The guy who came out was aggressive, irritated, and talked over me. He got angry when I tried to ask questions. He bent door parts rather than carefully taking them apart and then he left with a part of our door.

Called them to get help opening an office safe. When I explained my problem, they let me know that there were two other, closer locksmiths that would probably be able to solve my problem better.Sending me to a competitor so I could get the quickest solution is 5/5 customer service.

Had an emergency at about 2 am and called them for assistance with a lock-out. The first call I made, they hung up immediately. i called back and gave all my information and was told a technician would contact me within 5-10 minutes. After 30 min, there was no call so i called back. I was told again that a technician would call in me in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later I solved my own issue and never received a call back. Poor service, would not recommend them in any kind of emergency situation.

Charged 250$ to drill a doorknob that the locksmith made no attempt to pick or try to find other solutions. The guy was from Israel he said, also if they state that your lock is a “smart lock” it’s actually just to confuse you. A true locksmith with attempted to pick any lock. To the guy working like this, you’ll be paid in your karma in your next life for scamming people. But that’s your choice, god will be the one to decide what your judgement is.

Extremely weird experience with them. I locked my keys in my car, and I called them to pop the door open. They matched the price of a competitor, which was awesome! The tech was very fast, super helpful, and generally awesome. However, the dispatcher called me after the service had been performed and yelled (literally yelled, I dont remember the last time another adult yelled at me) about how I swindled him and that he didnt agree to the price I was charged (he did). Weird customer service strategy, I was ready to use them to make duplicates of my fob car keys, but now I will definitely not be using them.

I highly reccomend this company, i have called 15 companies trying to find the best prices and best service. Other companies never returned calls and were so expensive. I called their company, they gave me the best service, the best price, and were so fast. I will definitely use this company in the future if needed. They are professional, fast, and easy.

Locked me keys in my car around 9pm. Got a quick response and the tech was on his way shortly after the call. Arrived in a timely manor and it probably took him less than 10 mins to get my car open. Now, the price it what was outrageous. I paid nearly $200 for this service which I thought was very expensive.

Do Not Use This Company!I needed a new key fob programmed on a Sunday. They gave me a time and didn’t show up. I rescheduled for the next morning and the tech would not answer the phone that next morning. I called a different company. When the tech showed up late he was angry with me for calling someone else. He yelled at me calling me names and cursing as he drove away.

Ben arrived quickly and went out of his way to get my new key made when it was freezing cold outside and circumstances (not caused by him) caused the job to take a lot longer than it was supposed to. He stayed until the job was done and was nice about it. Excellent service! I would recommend this company for sure!

Lost my keys to my truck. Called AAA locksmith they showed up with in an hour, which was nice. Lasttime this happened to me I had to wait hours for a locksmith. Was nice and friendly. Great company. They came and made me a key at snowbird ski resort when I lost my key on the mountain. Ben let me wait in their car while the key was being made because it was freezing outside. I also called around and they told me the price over the phone and they were the best. Go with this company.

The locksmith I called suggested that he try to fix my problem over the phone, AND HE DID FIX IT, for free, to save me money. He talked with me a couple of times to make sure I got his instructions right I appreciate it so much and it is it is so nice that he didnt just come to our house and charge a lot of money. He FIXED it! I can get my camper shell open! I am going to send the companys link to to my family who may need them someday.. And ... it is well worth it for a customer to try to understand an accent that is difficult to understand. In my case it turned out very well!

The cheapest locksmith ever! I lost my car key and called every where and every where was $200-$400 for a new key to be made and this place was the cheapest and fastest place they came right out. Quick to answer the phone, prices are pretty high, but theyre willing to drop prices if you might not have enough. I needed an exact price before I could have a technician come downs and they were able to transfer me to one to get a better price estimate.
