Was bait and switched for this service. I called and was quoted a simple lockout for $29. The guy came and was not wearing a mask during the service. Then he demanded $110 for the privilege of a 1-minute service of opening my door with a slim jim (on an older manual lock car). So - on the pro side, it was very fast service. On the con side - its a con. Dont trust them.

Was quoted 50-60 to open car door, once he showed up, he said 100 instead, he was in the truck within 2 mins. I don’t recommend this business, honesty goes a long way. Would rather have been told it was 100, instead of lied to

Blamed my daughter for his inability to provide a new key that worked for her Subaru and still charged over $100.

Super sketchy, called them about getting a locksmith out. Locksmith tech called me and wouldnt give me a price on what labor would cost in case they needed to drill the deadbolt on my place. I said no thanks I would call someone else.Called another company who said they would come out and they gave me a solid price on what labor would cost in case they needed to drill but they said in most cases that wasnt needed.While the 2nd companys locksmith was on their way out, another one of these guys called back and said they could come out and beat the 2nd companies price, but they would probably need to drill the lock so it would cost $200. Again I said no thanks dude.Second company showed up and picked the lock in about 30 seconds, total cost $60. Stay away from these guys they are super sketchy.

I would give the. 0 if I could. TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION!! Complete bait and switch. Tell you one thing on the phone then show up and high pressure negotiate for more money. Very aggressive as well.. HORRIBLE COMPANY and people!!!!!!!!!

The cost to open my car door was crazy.I called the companys phone they sent someone but they cannot give an estimate over the phone of how much it could cost and then the technician arrives. he said it was not his price but the company that sent him determines it. I called back the company and they said that it depends on every single technician. No one to help. Will not call ever again
