Out of all the internet providers in Utah Ive worked with (and Ive lived in Springville, Orem, Provo, Payson, Lindon), They have by far provided the best service and the most reliable internet with no surprise costs. I got them through Utopia fiber.Today I happen to need to move within their network from one address to another. It was very quick to get to a real person who is able to help me change address and update our profile or whatever. Their name is Jens (I think), and he was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond what I normally would expect.

My company has been with SenaWave for 7 years. They have always had great customer service and we have never had any issues with not being able to connect to the internet which is important to us since we are an internet based business and fulfillment center.

SenaWave was great to work with. Their internet is lighting fast and their tech support was very helpful. I had issues i was working with them on and I was mostly working with Dave on those things and he helped me at all times of the day and night and one was even on a holiday very late at night. For downloads and streaming the service was amazing! I had to sadly leave them because it didnt work for a certain application but was very impressed by their patience and willingness to troubleshoot a problem.

Changing a clients equipment with other vendors is a hassle. Not with SenaWave! They were responsive and VERY nice. Competent, too. Plus, their WISP service is fast and stable! I recommend these guys!

They provide good quality internet, but I am giving 2 stars because if you need to cancel, you need to provide notice with 30 days in advance. Any other place or service can be cancelled with 1 day in advance. So now I am paying a full extra month for no use. Nice way to make an extra buck.

I started using Senawave in 2013. They do a great job. Great customer service. Great prices. Internet is stable/reliable. Over the years, the internet has gone out or gotten slow a few times at my home, but whenever that has happened, customer support helped me get things working again. (I was able to get through on the phone fairly quickly and get things figured out.)

I have loved the excellent service received thru SenaWave. BLAZING internet speeds and very rarely an interruption of any kind. Great service too. I strongly recommend their service.

I moved into an apartment building near downtown SLC after years in the burbs tied to COMCAST/Xfinity for my internet and cable. We chose to go with SenaWave as our provider and couldnt have been happier. We paid for a mid-tier speed and were thrilled with the speed as well as the continuous service w/ no interruptions, even after the earthquake we had internet access! Unfortunately, time came to move and our new place only has Xfinity. We pay 2x more for slower connection speeds and service has already gone out a couple times in just 2 mos in the new place. Strongly recommend SenaWave...yes, know in advance that you need to give 30 day notice upon cancelling but, seriously, shame on people for not reading their contracts upon signing up for a service.

The team was on time, easy to work with, and very professional. They hooked up the internet, communicated with me on were things were at, plus tested the line before they left to make sure the internet was working. Im down here in Utah County. Im sure speeds are great in other areas, maybe even other areas in this county, but the speeds were terrible for us. I would run speed tests and get tops 5mbps. If there was another person streaming in the house it would be less than 1 mbps. I learned later that the channel they had us on was competing against 10+ other internet users. The new company we are with now showed us.Customer service is really nice. The technician crews were just so so. We complained about our speed and our internet going CONSTANTLY down, it became a normal for us to say, oh internet is down, I cant work remotely right now. Eventually they came and installed their newest technology on our roof and once the technician left I ran a speed test to get 4 mbps. I dont think it was the technicians fault, just bad service where were at.We eventually left Senawave for cheaper and faster internet somewhere else. Again, customer service was nice and Im sure speeds were great elsewhere, but were so happy we are done, at least in our location.

They are easy to get in touch with, quick to respond to any support issues, and recently with the Covid-19 crisis have been incredibly flexible with our business being closed. If you are sick of dealing with the Comcasts of the world and want reliable service, quick response, and fair business practice gives them a shot you wont be disappointed.

We loved having Senawave fiber internet. We had a choice between Senawave and Google but Senawave was cheaper so we decided to try it. We were so happy with them! Their customer service is great and we never had problems with our internet. I love that you don’t need a separate modem to access the internet. Just have them activate your router and that’s it! Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Weve been SenaWave customers for a number of years and have been pretty happy with their service, but after our upload speeds slowed to a crawl, they really stepped up. First, it only takes a few seconds to get a human on the phone. Then, they sent a tech to our office within the hour and were investigating on the problem. (Turned out to be an issue elsewhere in the building) Once the issue was fixed, they offered a credit to offset the impact to our business. Highly recommended.

I have loved having senawave as my internet service provider! Prior to switching I had a lot of problems with my previous provider and streaming. Since switching I have not had a single issue. The service is fast and very reasonably priced. Customer service is also fantastic! They were really helpful in walking me through the set up of my new router. I highly recommend them.

Great internet for a great price. Customer service is very responsive and accommodating to its customers needs. By the time it came time to cancel my service due to moving I had nothing but good things to say about the service I was provided.

The price of their public IPs went up each time I called. Sure IPv4 exhaustion, but this was just an upsell. It was cheaper to set up a bastion VPS with a WireGuard tunnel home. This is safer, too.Side note, their website doesnt enforce SSL, which just feels sort of silly with them being an ISP and all. Do you guys even internet?

From my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend SenaWave, our connects have been unreliable and I hardly even get 1mb Download speeds. I tried to call customer service and all they told me was to turn on and off my router...

My firm is a decades-old national construction firm based in Missouri. We have built hotels, hospitals, casinos and living spaces nationwide. We used SenaWave in SLC starting in 2016. We will start more construction in SLC in 2018. We have already decided SenaWave will be our broadband provider.In 2016, we needed dependable broadband in Salt Lake City to connect my construction project team for a national construction client. Other broadband vendors in the area quoted me fair monthly prices, but huge delays (many months long) in getting the service available where my project site was…on top of charging me for the construction of the circuit from where they were to where we needed to be served.I contacted SenaWave, and within 4 days of my call, we had reasonably-priced broadband service installed and functioning. We know we experienced at least 99% availability throughout the duration of our project. This included access in the middle of the night, and during snow and rainstorms. Our construction partners submit enormous coordination documents via broadband. We never lost data, and were never aware of a disruption to our service.SenaWave is an essential partner for Killian in SLC.

Amazing internet! I have been with at least 4 over internet providers and these guys are by far the best! We never have any skipping or buffering and we watch a lot of movies. We have never had a problem with billing either no hidden fees or tack ons for using “too much internet” we have not had a single problem! I recommend these guys to everyone!

I thought Century Link was bad. Internet connections drop on a daily basis for long periods of time. No explanation on their webpage on outages or updates. If I could I’d switch to Google Fiber.

Poor service with slow and inconsistent speeds. The majority of the employees that Ive worked with have been amicable and willing to help. My most recent conversation with a customer service rep, a mister Brown, was incredibly disappointing. He was rude, constantly cutting me off and talking over me. He was demeaning, treating me as if I knew nothing and kept insisting the problem was on our end. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

After an unfortunate experience with Comcast, we were in a pickle and needed Internet and phones for our business right away. Senawave was able to get us up and running within just a few hours of our initial phone call! These guys are local, fast, and truly care about making sure that everything is set up just right.

Our family got wireless internet through SenaWave about a year ago and have been fairly satisfied with it. The price is lower than weve been able to find anywhere for the speed were getting. We have experienced some service outages a few times, but every time we have called customer service, theyve been quick to respond and have always fixed the issue adequately.

They make an honest effort to make problems right. I got a call from a Mr Bradshaw and he validated my frustration and turned a negative experience into a positive one.

I had a job that required a dedicated internet line. Something that would not have a lot of outages. Well, that was not the case with these people. For a month it kept going in and out. I told them that I need a dedicated line that did not drop internet left and right. Well, there answer was to purchase a second line. Full price second line. Needles to sayi lost my job because of the crazy amount of times the internet would not work. So, when we opted for email billing rather than paper, they never sent either. We were billed on a Sunday and that same Sunday the internet was shut off. We called them, and the response was just golden You are not paying your bills sir. Mind you, we had not yet received a bill. Finally the internet bill came and there was such a classy reminder Pay your bill by today, no extensions given. Lastly, our internet has been going in and out, I call them and the response is another golden response. Sir, we can not see anything, Arrr you sure it is going in and out? These people seriously suck. if you are looking into getting internet, please look elsewhere, these guys have horrible customer service. Irresponsible and just rude to the core.

There internet is always slow...... they dont give u a business account even though you work out of your house. They dont have good support and they have limits and then they throttle your data.

Weve had a great experience with SenaWave. We called them with an emergency need for internet and they came out the same day to tell us about options we had for our business. Once the contracts were signed they had technicians on our doorstep the very next day!Since then we have had problems with our internal network setup (routers and switches). Their technicians have gone above and beyond, helping us by answering our questions. Their equipment and signal has never been the problem, its always on our end! Yet they have helped us every time. The internet signal they provide is extremely stable and they know networking better than many in the valley.A note on pricing. We find their pricing to be very competitive or even lower than other options in the valley. Additionally, their support is priceless! So, for cost, support, and over all service, they are a great match for our small business.

Just looking up a service to get online with Utopia. Senawave is the only one that offers less than 1gbps and 250mps options and they are the exact same price as others. That is a major red flag to me. I would suggest against this provider.

Just had it installed. Download and upload speeds greatly exceed the package I ordered and for less money than what I have been paying for lower speeds. Very impressed.

We got great speeds the first day. After that the speeds kept declining until eventually it quit altogether. Gave them a call and no answer just a referall to visit their webpage.....well that does a lot of good if you cant connect. Finally got in touch with them after the weekend and they were incredibly rude about me calling them....He told me he was too busy. They eventually came out and readjusted. Things ran fine again for a while. then they kept getting slower again and it eventually quit working again. I called and got the same run around. No answer. Eventually got someone but was told it would be more than 3 days for them to come out. I cancelled with that person. They failed to cancel though and was surprised to see another bill from them. I called them to find out what had happened, They said that they guy put notes in but forgot to actually cancel it. Well here it is months later and they are finally getting around to calling me about removing their equipment. I told them I would like to be home when they do this. I let them know that I would be available for an hour today and any Saturday for the to remove it. They told me that I was denying them reasonable access to the equipment. Come to find out the reason they deem it as unreasonable access is that they would have to pay their tech overtime hours. If you have technicians that operate on Saturdays I am not denying you reasonable access. They threatened to charge me for the equipment. Lets see what happens. The ball is in their court now to make things right.UPDATE:They are not answering their phone during regular business hours. It is 2:47 1/13/14 and have been trying to call them for the last 30 mins

My experience with Senawave has been absolutely fantastic! I signed up for 40 mbps and the speed was perfect for me. I live alone and use my computer, apple TV, and phone all at once and never experienced any issues with speed. The representative Ladd Marshall has been incredible to work with. He is always there to help. No wait times when you call and they can get you signed up immediately. If you are in SLC definitely go with Senawave!

I only get 1.2 of the 25 mbps Im supposed to get and its a reoccurring problem, they throttle their internet as well. Constantly their whole network goes down.Review up from 1 star to 3 as they were at least very upfront and candid with the issues and refunded my past month of service and cancelled my contract early since they couldnt provide adequate service to my area.

SenaWave has been a fabulous company to work with. When we moved into our new office in Saratoga Springs - there were no internet service providers available with a decent speed. Comcast would not service, Centurylink was only able to give us a 3 mb down and 1 mb up connection. Enter Senawave they saved the day. They brought in an over-the-air product which gave us 100 mb down and 100 mb up. Further, we have never had an issue with their internet or their phone service.PhonePrior to signing up we did a cost and service analysis looking at three potential options. Senawave ranked the best not only cost but also on service and quality.As a business we use them for our phone service averaging about 20,000 minutes per month. This company helped us look at our phone bill and decrease our cost by 25% by switching from dedicated lines to per minute billing. Rare is the company that will look at your phone system and help you lower the cost.Technical SupportWhen our phone system was having issues, after identifying the issue was not on their side, they called Yiptel (the provider of the phone system) and worked with them for over two hours to identify the source of our problem.I highly recommend this company for your business VOIP needs. This is a company that knows VOIP.

Its now been a week since they came and set up my internet, its been blazing fast and hasnt went down once. Do yourselves a favor and cut the cable or phone company loose and give these guys a call.

After dropping Comcast Business for Senawave a year ago, I can without hesitation say it was the best decision our office has made for our Internet service. I run a large coworking office with up to 40 people using the internet on multiple devices at any given time. Needless to say, consistent Internet is an absolute must. We had a horrible experience with Comcast over several years, so as soon as our contract was up, we went with Senawave. Their business service has been phenomenal, and our speeds are always great, even with many people using a lot of bandwidth all day.Weve recently upgraded from 75mbps service to 100mbps service, and its been fantastic. Definitely 5 stars from this business customer.

Senawave gave us all three of those and more.I have had two other providers first Digis (Rise Broadband), and second Utah Broadband.To be honest I was nervous at first because I had never heard of Senawave and sometimes companies can have a lot of bumps along the road getting their customers started.They were able to get me up and running with faster speeds and lower costs than anyone in the valley so I decided to give them a chance. And was I ever so glad that I did. I have been with them now over 6 months and have never had an issue.Speeds are fantastic and consistent.If you are thinking of switching to Senawave. Do it. It was the best internet decision I have made.They work hard to take care of you.

After trying three providers over six years, Senawave has been the best ISP to date for us in Saratoga Springs. After two years with them, we had major router problems for months (rebooting many times a day and slow speeds at night). We replaced the Cisco router with an Apple TimeCapsule, but could not get it to work. One tech rep at Senawave tried to help and another said it would not work with their service. Then, Along Comes Mary! She spent over an hour with us, working from home, and got everything operating properly. After a month with the Apple router, we have never had to reboot! And no slowdowns in speed. Mary is the best! She deserves a raise for sticking with us and not giving up! Thank you!

Ive been with SenaWave for over a year. It was stupid to stay so long. Here are the major issues weve encountered.1). Multiple outages on a weekly basis.2). Speeds during peak internet usage time are well below the advertised rates.2). Ping is well below par

Sena Wave has been our businesss internet provider for close to six months now. We were located in an underserved part of Lindon where Veracity had quoted us nearly $700/mo. for a 10 Mbps. We got three times that speed from Sena Wave for half that price (keep in mind that business rates are significantly higher than residential rates).When we needed help connecting our two buildings to the same network we reached out again to Sena Wave. They helped us come up with a solution to dramatically improve our connectivity and, when we roll over to their VOIP services, will drop our overall service costs by half. Cant recommend them enough.

SenaWave went above and beyond when I switched from my previous Utopia provider. I went from getting 20Mbps to almost 100Mbps on their fiber connection. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service and quality connection.

We switched to Senawave for our home internet service almost a year ago. It has been a great change for us. We actually get the speeds advertised at the price we were offered. If (and it is very seldom) the service is interupted, Senawaves tech support is always quick to restore service without any issues.
