Ordered the gigabit service and internet is superfast.

Absolutely amazing service. Felt like I was talking to a friend. No pressure sales staff, I got the impression that they were truly trying to do what’s best for me. They answered all my questions and were up front on exactly what my bill and service would be, with no surprises.If your looking for a small town service feel in a larger city. I would strongly recommend these guys. They go out of there way to truly do what is best for you regardless if they get the sale or not. AMAZING.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. CENTURY LINK IS NOT SAFE TO GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO. I CONSIDERED USING THEM FOR INTERNET AND SIGNED UP TO HAVE THEM SET UP A FREE MONTH OF SERVICE. I CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY BECAUSE I FOUND SOMETHING THAT BETTER FIT MY NEEDS AND CANCELLED SERVICES. THEY NEVER CONNECTED THE FREE MONTH OF SERVICE. I NEVER HAD SERVICE WITH THEM, YET FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING COLLECTION NOTICES FOR OWING THEM MONEY. ON THE MULTIPLE CALLS TO THEM THEY REASSURE ME THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND THAT I WONT BE RECEIVING ANY MORE BILLS. YET I KEEP RECEIVING BILLS FROM THEM. THIS IS HARASSMENT! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EVEN CALLING THEIR BUSINESS. APPARENTLY THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO GET YOU OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM ONCE YOU ARE PUT IN IT. EVEN IF YOU NEVER RECEIVE THEIR SERVICES. CALL AT YOUR OWN RISK! IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THEM. 3 DIFFERENT COLLECTION COMPANIES HAVE DEALT WITH THEM ON MY BEHALF YET THEY KEEP FINDING NEW COLLECTION AGENCIES ALSO. EVERY TIME THEY GET A NEW COLLECTION AGENCY I GET A NEW BILL! FOR SERVICES I NEVER RECEIVED!
