I had an awesome experience with Tiger last week as I needed a dumpster for a home clean out. I gave them a call Monday morning and they delivered the dumpster Tuesday morning. The driver was highly experienced and placed my dumpster perfectly with room to open the doors to make it easy for me to throw my things away. The price was also better than the 4 other places that I called- can’t beat that! The office was also super easy to get a hold of and the customer service was great, friendly and easy to book with. 5 stars, 10/10 recommend.

Tiger Sanitation has delivered to us three times during our home renovation project. The staff has been accommodating, placing the container in a tight spot each time. Drop off and pick up have been timely. The price is unmatched for a large container. Typically I don’t rave about garbage service but this is deserved. Tiger Sanitation saved the day for us with a residential roll-off dumpster! They were patient in answering my (many) questions, shockingly quick in dropping off the dumpster in the exact spot requested, and generous with working with the timeline over the Thanksgiving holiday. Did not pick up trash again this Friday.Guaranteed it would be picked up later that day. Never showed and do not answer messages.Out of the office all weekend and sounded like they could not care less that they skipped our block of business more than once leaving us with piles of garbage and nowhere to throw them.Atrocious customer service

Used them for work and they were awesome. Quoted a great price. Clear instructions on the open top. I requested a pick up as soon as possible, their policy is a day or two after request due to scheduling and they ended up helping me out same day. Extremely happy with price and customer service!

Awesome experience using Tiger sanitation. Got 5 dumpsters from them in a one month period. Dumpsters were much larger than other companies. They picked up and dropped off new dumpsters as soon as we needed another one. The drivers were nice and asked exactly where we wanted the dumpster dropped. Will definitely use them again in the future.

They brought the dumpster on time and placed it right where it needed to be. Could not have accomplished my remodel without them. I would highly recommended them to anyone needing to rent a dumpster.

Drivers don’t place dumpsters so you can open the door. This happened multiple times on multiple deliveries. They tried to charge me a $100 so I could move it three inches so the door would open and function and make the unit usable.Too bad I was going to order more dumpsters.Scam artist

Be cautious when using these Tiger Sanitation. Every time I scheduled the dumpster delivery or pick up, i get a call the next day that they have to reschedule. This has happened 4 times. Then they refuse to pick up dumpster for reasons because green waste includes dirt. Then they charge $150 when they refuse to pick. In addition, they say they will haul Construction debris, Concrete, dirt, etc on their website. Then i hear that they cannot take heavy loads over Parleys Summit. But they show their trucks on Main Street in Park City. I am small contractor in Park City and these guys are very misleading. They accept contracts from national companies but then refuse to perform the contract. Stay clear and find a company that is honest.

Absolutely the worst! Missed weekly pickups and then would charge me almost double for actually picking it up. The office woman lied to me almost ever time I talked with her. Went to a different company and they actually empty the dumpster when they say they will. Also use to use them for the larger dumpsters for renovations but no longer.
