I received a futon bunk bed today that I ordered. Bill was the delivery driver, he was very friendly and pleasant. He greeted myself and my dog very professional. I worked in retail for 40 years, and customer service is hard to find. But Bill was very helpful and put it where I asked him to. He was very customer service friendly, which means a lot to me now days. I was very impressed with him today. So I would like to Thank him very much for his great service. SEKO was the company that delivered a furniture order I had placed through World Market. John was very warm and professional quickly setting up a delivery time with me after he had called and left a message. My delivery driver Bill was the best! He gave me a call before delivering and was speedy! He was so nice and even chatted while doing some heavy lifting! I have worked with other logistic companies in the past, and even though my interactions were very brief I could tell that the employees care about representing their company and that speaks volumes! I had chairs delivered last week and a kitchen table from world market delivered today. The process was great. This morning the driver Keith called to confirm the address and give me an ETA. Ned the delivery man from SEKO did a great job this morning with the delivery of our new tread mill. It was heavy and very awkward to manage. They always respond promptly to our pick-up requests and send email updates when the package has been picked up and delivered. It is my son‘s third birthday today and we decided to order him a place that from Walmart. The delivery was promised yesterday so that we can set it up and have it ready for his birthday. When it didn’t arrive, I called Hailey to get some help. She was just the sweetest thing and went the extra mile in finding out where things went wrong. It didn’t appear to be a problem on SEKO’s part and she promised that she would add a note and go the extra mile to tell John to get it on the truck the next day. John called me promptly in the morning and told me that he had received Hailey‘s note about getting my sons birthday present on time. She actually wrote a note about my sons gift! And John was kind enough to bring it up and realize how important that was for us. When the driver, Bill, arrived, he was so darling and so sweet and said that he had a special delivery for us. He went the extra mile and delivering it right to the place we needed it too so that my husband wouldn’t hurt his back. He was quick and I could tell that he was ready to go and deliver special packages to everyone else, too. I’m just REALLY impressed with this large company that felt like a small Mom and pop business because of their attention to our individual delivery. I was ready to chew out Walmart...haha...but SEKO and these three employees, John, Hailey, and Bill, saved the day! THANK YOU!

Keith & Bill waited for me to get to my house and then they lugged a large, long and very heavy package all the way to the back of my house so they could turn it sideways and get it into my basement. If you’re hoping for a great customer experience—look elsewhere. I had a chance to interact with AJ, SEKO’s Salt Lake Operations Manager, and he showed how little he cared. In front of the rest of the office staff, he was unwilling to answer questions or escalate an issue. While there was a policy issue at the heart of his decision, his communication style was condescending and he was more interested in being heard than listening to his customer’s questions and concerns.

On behalf of RRD, I would like to thank everyone at SEKO SLC for their quick response and notice to detail. We work with them usually on a weekly basis. It is refreshing to deal with such professional individuals, including Sailor and Hailey. Congratulations to a fine team you have assembled. I had a very bad experience receiving a delivery from this service. The delivery man arrived with a 140 pound item, no dolly, no lift equipment to get the item off his truck and requested that I personally come out to his truck and wrestle this large, heavy, bulky item back into my office myself. I managed to find a co-worker to help get it off the truck and this delivery man stood there and watched. He did nothing to help us get this shipment into my office. I hope this company never delivers anything to my office again.
