I am so disappointed in this company. I am still waiting for them to pick up a pallet from Superior Transport. Superior has called them 5 times to pick up the pallet and they have still NOT responded. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau of Salt Lake City

Recently tried to schedule a pickup as of 11-15-19. I was told they no longer service the Salt Lake City area and their partner SST, could not handle their workload. Their website should be updated to reflect this.

This is not business, it is a bad joke.Sent the pallet on June 20 with 2-3 business days transit time from LA to Utah. Today is July 9th. The pallet still has not been delivered. Never again!

We just had a shipment of light fixtures delivered to our business by a driver named Sandy. He delivers freight here quite often and is always very combative. His attitude is terrible and he always acts like he has a chip on his shoulder. Today, while unloading the fixtures from his truck, he threw one of the light fixtures towards the back of the truck and damaged the fixture. I asked him for his name and he mumbled something to me and so I asked him to spell his name and he said it was Sandy and that shouldnt be too hard for me to spell. We dont want him delivering any thing else to our establishment. He should be the one paying for the fixture he damaged. His service today was by far the worst by any freight company that we have deliver products to our office.

Poorly managed, bad communication, unreliable.Had a pallet scheduled for pickup with these jokers. They missed two days, a different excuse each time. I finally called corporate headquarters in TX, and even they couldnt get in contact with the Salt Lake facility. Nobody was answering the phone at 9:30 AM. They finally suggested that I cancel the shipment because they couldnt figure out what was going on.In the mean-time, Im having to tell our customer that their shipment was delayed. Again. And again.

From my experience they are a poorly run company and very unreliable.If you dont mind your shipment being 4 to 5 days late then go with central Freight. If you want a trucking company that is reliable, pay a little extra and use another trucking company.

Not impressed. I have been told two different times my shipment would show up and it hasnt. This has been more expensive to use this freight carrier than any other. They might look inexpensive up front, but they are more expensive in the long run.Not only do they not keep their commitments they give miss information to cover their butts.I will never use them again.

Cant even get a hold of someone at the company. No hours listed on the website and they have sat on a pallet for 3 days now that only needs to go from the salt lake warehouse to Layton Utah.

What an awful company! No customer service and when you do talk to someone the conversation is filled with empty promises. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!

Central Freight Line has my vote for the worst run freight company, they regularly miss their estimated delivery times and also regularly broker shipments out to other trucking companies that are equally as bad.

I have to say that Mike went above & beyond to get us our delivery when we needed it. I’m really grateful for this!

I have to agree with the other one star posts. First shipment lost, second attempt now two days late. Tried to call, unable to get through. Bad, Bad service.

TERRIBLE!!!! Trying to get a live person to speak with at the Salt Lake location is a joke!
