Ultimately she helped us find the perfect house, and was able to get us the house at a price we felt good about, and was able to jump through all the hoops so we could get a quick close. When I first was referred to Susan I had already started to develop harsh skepticism on Real Estate agents, because I felt like my wants/needs werent being heard and that I was being pushed into homes that didnt meet any of my criteria. Sue was an excellent realtor for my wife and I. She helped us get into the house of our choice for a lot cheaper, along with all the repairs necessary for our standards.
