He is a good man and I think this is a very good company that obviously does not believe in taking advantage of people by charging a service that may not be necessary. I am so impressed with this company! The owner himself came out to my home just 1 hour after my call. I couldn’t believe how fast, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and kind he was throughout the service call, especially when most owners would never think of coming to a simple service inquiry. Mr. Driggs listened carefully to my concerns, thoroughly investigated the problem, checked moisture levels with a special device, found the source of the main issue, then double and triple checked to make sure that there weren’t any other problems. He then explained what steps should be taken to eliminate the problem, from both health and safety standpoints, as well as discussing what cosmetic changes that would need to be addressed to ensure this problem wouldnt persist in the future. He answered all my questions, gave me the actual time frame needed to fix the problem, the cost breakdown, and even what I could do on my own to make it more economical, all of which I so appreciated.I was very impressed with Mr. Driggs knowledge and sincere customer service skills and he spent well over an hour thoroughly helping me. Later that day he even followed up via email with all the things that we had discussed, including an estimated cost breakdown, project plan by step, scheduling timeline, actual level of urgency, etc. He said that he’d be happy to assist me with this project, but was also very gracious to mention that getting other bids would be a good idea so I’d know what company work best for me. I’ve never had any service company ever be as respectful, professional and genuinely thoughtful as Andy’s ServePro company has been. Servpro is awesome!! I had a terrible water in my basement with water 3 inches high. I called Servpro and Trey showed up within an hour. They moved things out of the way (most places make you move everything before they start). They had to remove walls and sheetrock, I couldnt even tell the had removed anything because cleanup was done perfectly.They tested for mold multiple times untill it was gone. Andy, the owner and Trey kept in constant contact to keep me updated. I would definitely use them again!! One more thing, I had another leak a week later late on a Friday and Andy came to the rescue and didnt even charge me. Thanks so much!!!!

They were extremely helpful when I detected some mold from a leak in our basement. The technician was very knowledgeable and came out to take a look and was very honest and helpful. Fortunately the mold issue didnt turn out to be major, and I was very impressed with the technicians willingness to come out and help me with how to address it.

Serve Pro Salt Lake came in with knowledge and skill and repaired the mistakes of another well known company. They really know what they are doing. Just had the best experience with SERVPRO! My wife found evidence of a water leak in our master shower last night. I called my insurance company, and they recommended SERVPRO. I called this morning, and Justin, the owner came by before noon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to diagnose the issue within about 30 minutes. He was very helpful in providing recommendations on how I should move forward to resolve the problem, and he took care of removing the affected materials and treating the area. Called Servpro to have my carpets restretched and cleaned after some water damage that was already cleaned up. They said it would be better for me to go directly to their flooring companies because it would be cheaper for me. They shared all of their contact information.
