Has anybody been able to successfully reach someone at this number/email ? general mailbox is full and no one picks up for any other option.

I absolutely love them! I think it was Tiffany that helped me the day I went to fill out my app. Well anyway, she was very patient w/me, I kept her late even after closing, she didnt rush me out the door and say were closed so you would have to come back tomorrow hehe no she waited patiently for me to finish up everything necessary for me to start work the next day. And thats exactly what happened, I started work the very next day. Im sure there is a large amount of people they employee but when I went to pick up my check, she remembered me and I appreciated her acknowledgement. Made me feel relevant and valued. Thanks Tiffany!

Horrible customer service from Jennie. Sad to hear Sosan got let go, an being replaced with rude service. I will not be conducting business here ever again.

Chartwell just underwent a major staff reconstruction, and they did a good job at that. Roger and Sosan know what customer service is all about, and theyll have your back. Good place as of September, 17.

This was a good agency at first but turned out to be a dud. If you value yourself and take pride in the work you do I suggest going somewhere else. Very disappointed in my experience with Chartwell.

Sosan Sedeiqi, was pre judging the man in front of me, then me and my friend. Also I Besicually wanted a job there, while she decided to lie to me about another job she had coming for me so she could give the job I applied for to her Mexican people. Pretty racist and messed up lady literally.

They have a new crew very caring and very attentive every fast working as well.

Horrible lack of concern for the employees well being. These people will place you in overworked positions so you can be moved around after being unable to work the difficult positions. Worst agency ever. Jodie is a monster. Even an antique would be considerate of your health than her.

Low pay. Not good management. Recruiters are amazing but under paid

They didnt pay my husband what he is suppose to be paid with any of his paychecks. They also will not email him or his HR department or answer their phone or return voicemails. Obviously this place has an inability to run a company and I want them shut down. I hope they lose their business! Horrible company!!!!
