Nice location to deliver or pick up. enough room to back up, but sometimes it gets busy so be careful GOAL first! The loading guys are nice, but I believe they have lack of experience. They loaded my truck as a piece of S... drive axle was overweighted. I was trying to move tandem to very front, but had to drive back to fix it. They’d fixed it with no problems, but TIME !!!! I run out of hours and had to sleep at Pilot which is 4 min from there.....Maybe you gonna have better experience. Stay safe!

I couldn’t be more disappointed in our experience with the Midwest flooring staff. They have been rude to me on a number of occasions. They have lied about me to fellow staff members and made accusations against me, as a customer. My mind is blown! I have never left a negative review about a business before, but felt compelled to go out of my way to do so after my experience with Midwest. The arrival of some of our flooring has been delayed multiple times, throwing our whole project off. I understand sometimes things happen that are out of someone’s control, but what is in their control is the way they treat people. Their staff member Julie was particularly horrendous to work with. She was harsh, rude, interrupted me constantly when I was trying to talk, and hung up on me when I was trying to figure out when I can pick up my order. It was so unprofessional, I could hardly believe it. Kaylee lied about the conversation we had to staff members, for a reason I can’t really figure out. Take your money elsewhere when buying a floor. I sure wish I had.

Their quality of delivery is very poor. Boxes always fall apart and items are usually missing. Dont seem to care to fix their issues. Drivers are rude and dont want to talk about it. Ill be ordering someplace else.
