As a CUSTOMER of HRP I can say that they are an absolute joy to work with. Great product lines, excellent customer service, prompt shipping..etc.etc.etc..... Ive dealt with them for many years. Dont let a few disgruntled employees sway your view. He** hath no fury like an employee scorned.
PLEASE dont work here!!! The owner DOES NOT care about his employees and also the operations manager. They both care about making money and only themselves. Theyre not team players. Every company meeting that we had was about making more and more money basically. NEVER on boosting company morale or making their employees happier. They dont understand that happier employees equals more productive employees!Youve got high expectations with low pay. Also you get very little in depth training. Pretty much its a 10 minutes crash course on your job. Then they yell at you for making mistakes even though they know you werent properly trained.All the warehouse employees are the workhorse of this company and should be compensated better.Two more things if they do decide to train you. They will only show you once. If you dont do it right even though youve never done it before and they know that. They will give up on you. Looking at you Racers Edge! They also dont believe in cross training you. Please avoid this company.

Customer service is great! I have drone that is behaving oddly and Levi tried to diagnose over the phone, but it is beyond phone support, He offered to to an RMA, however I puchased from a local RC shop, so Ill work with them first. Overall a good experiance, even if drone is grounded for a short time.
