As always, very fast unload here at SLC Costco DC! Friendly people, driver restroom, overnight parking both in their side lot and outside to the north on the loop road. Easy maneuverability, bolt cutters available, even space to pull forward and close doors, do paperwork after concluding at guard shack upon conclusion! Definitely FIVE STARS!

They didnt have any problems with their chep pallets here normal unload quick out the gate and on your way

This place is awesome, just be aware if you’re bringing in frozen the cut off is 0700. Other then that, they literally unload you in 30 minutes. Sure can’t beat it.

Appointment was at 5am. Arrived at 3am. Guy on gate told me: go to parking and walk to check after 6am, because your appointment in 8am. At 6am guy from new shift told me my appointment was at 5am. I dont understand what kind of jokes can be. Its good that I was unloaded.

Overnight parking available on the street or on the property. Check in (5am)2 hours before my appointment and I left in one hour.

Love this place, overnight parking available. Appointment was on Thursday, and I couldnt make it on time cause I lost a lot of time on my previous load, and broker rescheduled my appt to Monday. And I came to facility on Friday morning with hope that they can put me on work in. Checked in at 5 am and checked out at 7 am🥳🥳 didnt lose my weekend. Thank you guys so much.

I can only really give an opinion on the truck driver side of things. As far as far as warehouse delivery & only as a Drivers view, Costco DC has things running smooth & easy.

Very quick to get unloaded! Very busy place to deliver to,however, despite all the COVID stuff going on right now, they have managed to streamline their process quite nicely!!! Kudos to the shipping/receiving department!

I really like going to any Costco D.C. they are always fast and efficient. So many others could learn from them!

I personally didnt have a great experience only due to an initial mistake on there part. When I checked in 15 minutes early, my number was written down wrong, and was told my appointment was at 10:30 am not 4:30 am like I had originally presumed. Went back at around 7:30 am, and they said oops I wrote your number down wrong, sorry. So it took about another 45 minutes to an hour to squeeze me in. Upon checkout, when I received my ticket to leave, they wrote down that I had gotten there at 7:30, 3 hours late. So I have to return back to the booth, thankfully the supervisor was there who did it, she fixed the ticket for me so that kept me from losing to much money. Lost allot of time here though. Maybe next time.

Wild place but surprisingly functional. Parking space available for use but often full. Live loads and unloads done really really quick!

Huge place. Moves quickly. Told to go to D-13...NO SIGN AT ALL. Had to ask someone. How hard would it be to spend $25 on a sign ???

Overnight parking if your appt is less than 12hrs from arrival... Usually get you out within 2hrs of your appointment time. Wish other receivers across this great country could learn to be so efficient!

Some docks can be a lil tight but most offer spacious backing. Overnight parking. FAST unloading! Checked in 0440 for 0530 appointment. Gone by 0540

I had no problems delivering here. Docks are tight so watch your backing. If your door is ready they will give it, otherwise you get a pager and it will let you know what door to go to. When they are done it will page again telling you to go to “security booth for check out”. Very organized. Staff was really nice.

Always a great place to unload

Had a 1045 appointment got here at 1030 Was told to back into a parking spot and wait until 1200 and then check back with the gate guard and then was told at 1200 that they were too busy today to take the load and to come back tomorrow what is the point of a appointment time if you cant actually hold up your end of the deal? And to top it off the parking lot is less than half full and I can see at least 40 empty dock doors from where I am sitting

Its another big name hurry up and wait for hours and your time doesnt seem to matter.

Pull through the gate and park to the right. Walk up and check in. They give you a buzzer. Was there 15 minutes and I was put in door 325. In at 6:07 and out at 6:51. Just stay in your truck until buzzed and pull up to security and get your sticker showing received. Would love to have this as a dedicated run. All grocery warehouse should take note.

Thank you Costco team. They allowed me to come one day early. Of course, I was their last truck to be unloaded, but no complaint. I gained a day because of them. Its not everyday big companys will do this. But its nice when they are able too. Much obliged...

Waited 30 minutes to get from the intersection to the check-in window very busy. Then was told because I was 10 minutes late they wouldnt take me in til tomorrow. Trashy management

I appreciate the fact that this location does not waste the drivers time with Petty malarkey. Many distribution warehouses want to do everything they can to inconvenience the driver and cost money. This location provides overnight parking theyre very courteous and efficient.

Seriously, why can’t other shippers/receivers work like this?!? Arrived 0625 for our 0630 appointment, got a dock right away. They give you one of those restaurant buzzer things to let you know when you’re unloaded. Unloading took maybe 25 minutes at most. Drive back to the gate, they come out & get the buzzer & off you go! The paperwork we drove in with was the paperwork we drove out with. They give you a sticker as their receipt. Quick, efficient, friendly. Started our day out really well!

I had products and I still was in and out within 2 hours fast unload. I love the set never have to get out of the truck. I wish every shipper was like this. Made me think about moving to Costco Truck driver.

Bad rejected me twice

Right now (probably because of the holidays) they are only allowing overnight parking for drivers with an appointment before 8am. There is street parking from what I’ve seen, though.

Must have Costco membership to check in, if you don’t have one you can buy one in the office before you check in so that’s pretty convenient! 5 stars so far, will update at end of my Costco delivery experience! Yea like best place I’ve delivered to for sure, they use a beeper and took me 2 min to unload(10min at door) I’m happy. I’ve decided to become a stock holder after this experience!

If youre a NAVAJO driver then you know it is quick and simple to p/u or deliver here. If youre not w/ NAVAJO then know that there is a axel scale on the south end of the lot. There is also on-site parking if you arrive early. Backing here is wide open & simple. If you have trouble backing here, consider looking for a new career!

Very efficient place, show up on time, get in, get out. Very busy and they move an insane amount of freight, biggest hold up I have had is other truck drivers that are not efficient or have much common sense or courtesy for others.

Drivers are respected and are able to stay on site as long as needed to do there jobs safely..my 1st time to that location,but I would go again if asked!! Unloaders were very quick as well..

Check in pretty easy an unloading differs daily sometimes unloaded in a timely matter some days it could be 3 to 6 hours unloading depends on how busy they are or if they fallen behind

They can hold you long as they want to, was siting hear more than 35 hours because they decided change my appointment to next day. And then they dont have dor yet because people whos appointments for 9 am they getting dor at 4am right away. Is that how they should be? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Overnight parking

Usually, seeing a big name warehouse elicits a groan, as 99% of them are notoriously terrible to drivers and can be counted on to become a huge time sink. Not this place! Showed up at 0430 for a 0830 appointment and was told, apologetically, that Id be buzzed in closer to my appointment time; I got my door assignment at 0600 and a few minutes after I backed in, unloading began. Got the green light at 0625!A huge thank you to the fellas working this center; Ill happily come back :)
