This is a terrible scam. My husband was on the computer a few months back when a message popped up saying his computer is infected and that he needed to call this number for Microsoft tech help. It all seemed so legitimate, he called the number which connected him to these Yay Services people. They told him his computer had a virus and that we needed to give them control of his computer. This is when I looked these people up. I saw all the bad reviews and told my husband to get control of his computer again. By that time though, Yay Services had already accessed his harddrive and all his files. They argued over giving back control of his computer and were demanding we give them money. We ended up hanging up on them and thought it was over. Ever since, our computer thats only a year old, has been having blackouts, shutting off when were in the middle of using it, freezing up constantly, and a computer tech even told us we pretty much got hacked by these scammers. Now we have to get a whole new computer when we can afford it and Im beyond furious at these trouble makers...

I couldnt believe that it took one of their techs only a few minutes to fix my laptop issue!
