My Practice My Business is hands down the best training Ive had that has directly effected my office. The training we had we were able to start implementing right away. Dr. Rob and Tracy are so personable and willing to help you out in anyway. I had heard about the Clinical Business of Dentistry Training over a year before we took the course. I had my doubts and was skeptical of the training, but once we were trained we found out there was a better way to do dentistry. It made doing dentistry fun again. I have waited to give a review because I wanted to see the true effects of it. We are now 8-9 months out from the training and we have nearly doubled our practice. I am a small office with only 2 ops and we made up the cost of the training in 3 months. I believe that every dentist should take this training. It not only benefits your practice but dentistry as a whole.

This is the first training that I have done where there was an immediate return on my investment. It makes so much sense. Give our patients choices. They get to choose which crown they get, and we charge accordingly. What a novel idea. We get to choose what TV we buy, or what soap we buy, or shampoo. We ought to get to choose what dental products we buy. Also, I was so impressed with their dental insurance knowledge! They taught me how to maximize what insurance is already suggesting we bill. After learning that my dentist uses this company for their patient education/documentation, I just had to leave a quick review. The documents I was provided during my appointment were absolutely wonderful. They provided me with multiple options to choose from and the information was extremely detailed when it comes to explaining the product/method that would be used. Being provided with that information is like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Never before have I been so informed about the procedure and options from a dentist.

We use My Practice My Business consent and treatment forms at our office and I love them! As a dental hygienist its a good way for me to explain to our patients why they need treatment as well as what exactly that treatment entails. I especially love using it for patients with periodontal disease, but I also use the forms for crowns, root canals, extractions, fillings, etc. when I need to help out at the front desk. This software gives our patients more confidence as they walk out of our office with a treatment plan that fully explains that WHAT and WHY of their specific treatment.
