Lifespan is amazing!!! We used them for one shower and cannot wait to do our master shower next. We then used them to build a sun-room off the back of our home and we could not be happier with their work. Everyone that has seen it, wants one now! Its incredible! Josh and his teammate were amazing. I would now trust Josh to build anything... in fact we plan to use them to add an awning and a deck off the sun-room soon. Jamie, the office manager was incredible! She keeps in touch with the customers and is so kind, knowledgeable and personable. I really appreciate the crew that helped and they did a great job with the window replacement and clean up. Im just bummed that when the initial person came to give us a quote that they didnt mention that there is no finishing work done and we would have to hire another company or fix it ourselves. The plantation blinds we had in place dont close like they did before and we have to paint new trim around our old plantation shades. Great company and loved the quick responses from their team but I wish I would have known this beforehand so that we could budget or plan accordingly.

It took a little while for them to come out on some warranty work. but they got the job done and it looks fantastic. I would use Lifespan for my bathroom remodel again !

We had our shower replaced. Josh was amazing. He removed the old shower, including the cement around the drain. Our shower pan that was custom made is wonderful. We love the acrylic shower walls....no more grout!! Josh was quick, efficient and did an amazing job!!! All in one day! Recommend him and Lifespan with 5 stars!!

Lifespan remodeled my bathroom and they did a fantastic job. I had a great experience through the whole process. My new bathroom looks awesome. I got 4 different bids and Lifespan was in the upper range for price but I felt like I could trust them and they knew what they were doing. No surprises and great quality.

Thanks to LIFESPAN for a marvelous remake of our shower to accommodate my disability. Josh came on time, was very polite and worked like a beaver all day long. He brought drop cloths to protect our carpets and went to great lengths to contain the project in the bathroom where the shower was being built. The quality of parts and workmanship is impeccable. I had contacted several companies to bid on our bathroom remodel. Lifespan had a competitive bid and were able to meet our schedule. I was impressed with their work ethic. If they stated a time they would arrive, then thats the exact time they showed up. They were never late and hit their deadline for the job.The quality of the work was excellent, and at multiple times during the tear down and construction they gave us updates and let us know of any issues they ran into. Dear LIFESPAN,I am a 100% disabled veteran.  My home (1952 construction) needed remodeling to accommodate my access to essential services by walker or wheelchair.  That entailed exchanging the step-over tub/shower in our upper bathroom for a wheel-in model with no sliding doors to impede my use.  LIFESPAN was the first company to respond to our request for bids.  It promised to be competitive with any lower bids and their sales staff demonstrated LIFESPAN had the expertise and resources to satisfy our wants.  We were happy with what they promised us.  We were even HAPPIER WITH WHAT THEY DELIVERED! We had Lifespan do 2 different jobs for us.One was to install a shower in place of our old leaking tub and shower. Josh arrived on time and went right to work. He and his helper did all the demolition and the installation of the new shower quickly and professionally in one day. They even cleaned up after themselves. We also had Lifespan install a new deck to take the place of our FAILED Trex deck. Jody and Jordan were great in rebuilding the new deck. Then Gary and Josh were great in installing the new railing on the deck. Thanks Lifespan on a couple of jobs well done!

We had a complete remodeling of our bathroom. They removed the bathtub and surround and installed a shower, shower pan and acrylic walls. We love the acrylic shower walls....no more grout!! The job was completed mostly in one day but they had to come back the following day for just one hour to put the final touch. They did a great job!

It takes an entire hot water heater to fill the tub, and I cannot get out of it without assistance. (I am 75 years old). It will have to be replaced with a 14 tub.* The walls and floor will have to be redone to accommodate the smaller tub.* We agreed to 2 toilets. I wanted to replace my 2 1980 toilets with water efficient toilets. I did not check the contract; the installer wanted to install ONE toilet.* The final invoice for the unfinished bathroom was $850.00 more than we agreed. Russ also wanted more money to fix the problems with the unfinished bathroom.Donna

Dishonest, NOT licensed, deceiving, slow working.LifeSpan, more specifically, Russ, took advantage of my elderly mother who just lost her husband. My mother wanted to remodel her master bathroom. Took 5 months and It is still incomplete. He talked her into a 20” soaker tub. She cannot get out of it without assistance and she lives alone. He made her new floor planks opposite of the floor in her bedroom. He charged her in the ball park of $11,000 in labor. She is now paying a LICENSED plumber to replace the tub, walls and floor. He took the vanity out of her bathroom after she specifically told him she wanted to keep it. He said he would “take care of it”. He installed the overflow drain incorrect. We will find out what else is wrong, in a couple days. She was told someone would come to work and no one showed up. Russ is very charming, handsome and very nice. He is not licensed, he takes advantage of the cost of things-maybe that’s why he won’t provide a detailed invoice for her.If you want a job done by a licensed, HONEST plumber DO NOT USE LIFESPAN!!!

I bought an old house and needed a new shower and tub installed on short notice on a limited budget. LifeSpan was the only company who was willing to come out and worked with me to make sure I stayed in my budget. LifeSpan installed the shower and ran the new plumbing for it, and their team did a few things to make sure I would be able to finish the rest of the bathroom myself. A year later and Im still super happy with the work they did, and the quality of the product has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend LifeSpan.

Tim was great to tell us all of our options and to help us figure out what worked best for our bathroom. Brett brought over a tool for us to use to take out the drain since we were doing the demo. The drain was so rusted that it broke and the tool was not going to work. So Brett used his saw to cut through the tub around the drain so we could take the tub out. That was so nice of him we would not have been able to do that. James was our installer he did a fantastic job. Russ the owner is a stand-up guy. I have mixed feelings about leaving a review, because the finished work is 5 stars, but the process was 1 star or less. First let me state that we had some family events that prevented us from being home during the stated time it would take to finish 3 bathrooms - the salesman said about a week per bathroom because two were straightforward and one involved demolition of half the room. I understood that, and even for the easy ones I understand that problems arise. Having said this, it took 3 months from start to finish before all was done, and there were some problems along the way which I will attribute to one worker who I wont name - this isnt about him. There was one problem where a bathtub to tub/shower conversion faucet was improperly installed and when my daughter started taking a bath, the entire faucet blew out of the wall. Russ, the owner, came and fixed it within a few hours but the home water had to be shut off. There was poor installation of the surrounding walls of the tub by the aforementioned worker that had to be redone later in the build. This same worker improperly installed a floor drain from an upstairs shower, which drained water into my daughters closet below (in the basement) and that was not detected for 3-5 days. Russ repaired the closet ceiling and walls that were damaged. Again, this took another 2 days before we could use that shower again. The basement shower was a work of art and the best part of the build. It is my estimation that it is because the long-term workers did this and had excellent skills in its completion. Since the project was finished about 17 months ago, we have not had any problems, we love the finished work and it is easy to use and clean and maintain. We didnt like the entire 3 month process to get there though. This is why Im giving a 3 star rating.

Had an old deck and decided to go with life span home improvements. They came out and designed a new deck, railing and a patio cover with roller screen shades. They did excellent work. Very clean, showed up on time and finished on time. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for a deck and patio cover.

Though finally getting our bathroom remodeled was a long, slow process, in the end, it was all well worth the wait!Our new bathroom is everything we hoped it would be: beautiful, sturdy, and very practical/helpful since having back surgery had prevented me from using our old shower/bathtub and toilet.James came in, tore everything old out and built our new walk-in shower and installed a new toilet. Then cleaned up after himself, leaving our home at least as nice as it was before he came to our house. (And, oh yes, he was a very pleasant person to have in our home, as well.)It took awhile for Lifespan to schedule the construction, it was well worth the wait. Thank you.

They renovated a shower for my mom, (Marilyn T. of South Jordan, Ut.) they were punctual on the day of install, with very minimal inconvenience, and the results are stunning!!! You definitely get what you pay for, and the installer rocks!

Im still waiting for a certificate of occupancy, 2 months after the job was complete. Until this is received, I cannot be reimbursed for the $5600 I had to pay the HOA to allow the trucks on site. Also, the railing on the back porch prevents me from being able to enter my crawl space. Lastly, my concerns and requests have been essentially ignored. For 5 stars, please advise me as to why I am still waiting on a certificate of occupancy? Would Lifespan like me to bill them directly for the $5600? Also, when can I expect the crawl space to be fixed?

Had lifespan redo my bathroom. Needless to say, it was a disaster. The fact that they took a long time was not the major issue. It is the quality of the work, that I am reviewing.1. When they removed the old plumbing, they had to remove part of the floor. When they replaced the floor they didnt reinforced the floor. The floor would flex and would have broke, so I removed the section of flooring and reinforced the floor.2. Before they finished the shower walls I asked them to reinforce the walls so that i could have a frameless glass shower door. They told my wife I could just use ``wall anchors``. They proceeded to finish the shower. I called and talked to the owner, he came to my home and I explained the issue. He told me he would correct the problem. They came out and removed the backside of the shower wall, added the 2x4s. See #3 for the result.3. As stated, they put the 2x4s in and started patching the wall. I am estimating, but as I recall they made eight visits to my home to patch the walls. I told them not to come back, because the quality of the mudding was horrible. The wall was very wavy. I found places on the wall where the mud was 3/8 thick. I spent hours trying to smooth out the walls. I did the best I could considering how bad it was. We are going to put cabinets in so it should cover most of the wavy surface..... I hope.4. I made them come out an replace one of the shower panels. The cut edge that mated to the corner started out at the bottom of the shower with a gap of about 1/4 inch and about eye level the gap was over 3/8 inch. They filled it in with silicone. Now that they are gone and the project is done I have noticed that most of the panels are poorly matched to each other. As I stated to the owner, I expect better work from them since they are professionals. I have done a lot of home repairs, and I am sure I could have done as well as they did.5. I had them come back and redo the silicone to sealing in the corners and other areas. There where bubbles throughout. I have since inspected their rework, and there is still bubbles and big globs. I thought I was I the worst at doing silicone sealing. I dont think that any more.6. As I was prepping the walls to be painted, I noticed that the covers for the plumbing (covering the holes in the walls) are not sealed. So when I use the shower water can leak into the walls.I would not recommend them for for doing bathroom remodels.

Our project was to remove the tub in our master bath a replace with a walk-in shower. I had been looking into lots of options, tile, type of material etc. There are lots of details to consider which can mean someone who can each part like plumbing, tile work etc. Now, I watch a lot of HGTV! They always talk about problems caused from incorrect installation and how damaging water leaking and mold can be. I really didn’t want to have this issue down the road. One day, my husband and I are driving to go to dinner and I notice the truck in front of me is for Life Span. They do bathrooms! Checked out their website then went to their showroom. I loved that they have a lifetime guarantee! They take everything down to the studs so you know they can show you if there are any issues and nothing is being hidden. Their product is waterproof, antibacterial, and easy to clean. They have the safety bars (we’re old!) anti-slip surface, gorgeous hardware and lots of color choices. After the salesman came to measure and we picked our color, I had to add the other bathroom too! That one got a new soaker tub with safety bar and new hardware. Each bathroom took 2 days. They also do flooring, but didn’t know that until later, so they came back out and did both bathrooms in one day! Very satisfied with their work and will highly recommend them. Did I mention they do windows, too? That is next on the list! Thank you Michelle, Matt, Ryan, and James!

HORRIBLE experience! i have a detailed time line of the 3-5 day job that took 5 months to complete, but unfortunately it exceeds the character limit here. If you want quality honest work done DO NOT even consider them. Lifespan will tell you exactly what you want to hear, promise they do not “leave until they are finished,” tear apart your house and leave it that way, and when they finally do what they tell you they are going to do their installation is sloppy and they will install broken items and items that are supposed to be new but are not. Lifespans people do not care about their quality work and have no business ethics (they lied to us on multiple occasions). Furthermore, they blamed their contractor Chris and DICK for all of the problems with the cabinets.

It is hard to believe all the 5 star ratings......It took lifespan 4 months to replace a shower wall, during the 4 months there weren’t any calls to explain the reason of the delay. . We want to sell our house this May, but can’t because of it.

We have had some major jobs done at our home. First we had our entire deck: unusable in winter because of covered with snow, and unusable in summer because of the hot weather. We decided to create a sunroom and it is simply a wonder to see it. We finally have a place for our entire family to use in winter and summer with heating and air conditioning. Amazing job done by Lifespan and amazing employees. We also had three bathrooms completely redone in our home. This too was a major job.
