I thought this would be a quick cut, was not expecting much. I was wrong! Ive always had a great stylist here!

Alsatia was great in working with my son to give him a very high quality haircut. He can sometimes get a bit anxious about these things, but it was not an issue here.We will be returning for sure.

Im a young adult male, and not at all fond of sports broadcasts. That said my usual hairdresser was out of town and Sports Clips was the closest barbershop to my place.I was very impressed by the quality of the location, particularly the MVP treatment. I wasnt prepared to let a new hairdresser cut my top hair which is longer and permed, so I just asked for a fade on my sides which is how I usually like it. The hairdresser did a good job, but I was more impressed by her attention to detail and always asking me for my input as to how I wanted it cut. I highly appreciated that. She was also in general just very friendly and a good conversationalist, it was a great way to start my day.The prices of Sports Clips is a little too high (19-20usd) for someone who gets their hair cut once to twice a month, but I would certainly go back every now and then as a special treat to myself.

Enjoyed my haircut experience significantly more than at any other time in my life. Friendly stylists who know what the hell they are doing plus watching sports on big screens throughout the place. And the hair wash and hot steamed towel on your face relaxing for a few minutes in a dark room after your cut...Awesome experience!

Usually a good place to get a haircut same goes for this downtown location. For the price and the happy good looking gals that work here I recommend it. And free hair wash for first timers is a plus

The manager at this location was super helpful explaining how to save time and sign in online and avoid a long wait in store. As always a great haircut, and the mvp treatment is a must.

My son & I got haircuts today with Bailey. And we both agreed that it was the best haircuts weve ever gotten. We have paid less for cuts & a lot more for cuts. We couldnt have been happier. It seemed like all the team members (employees) were happy to be there & Im sure that helped the overall feel and environment of our experience.

The manager, Ashley I think it is, always makes sure you are happy with your cut and takes special care whether that be checking her employees work and adding a last touch or checking in on you later.

The check in process was so smooth! They give a time window and then notifications which made it so easy for my husband to get in during his lunch break. They were quick and did a wonderful job!

I have used this location several times and have not been disappointed. During My previous four visits Ashley cut my hair on two of those occasions. So, for my last visit I went online to specifically make an appointment with Ashley and I was able to do so. That was my first time to make an appointment online and I found it difficult to navigate. Ashley did cut my hair and she is very professional, thorough, pleasant, and fun. I believe she is the manager there and I suggested that she should take more care and cleaning up because there were a lot of cobwebs around (Ha ha! Halloween cobwebs!) I plan to continue using Sports Clips and would recommend it. And I will continually make appointments with Ashley as long as she is available.

Pretty sweet. Like most All other sport clips however we had Brady or Brandy (she has very short orange dyed hair) she cut our 4 yr olds daughters hair absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend

A decent haircut, but the barber was very rushed and didnt take their time to make it look as nice as it could have been.

I went in not knowing really what I wanted and Melanie was able to ask the right questions to get me what I wanted. Plus she was very knowledgeable and shared some interesting facts about hair.

This place gave me the absolute worst haircut of my life. They messed up my hair so bad I went to barbershop the next day to just have them try and fix it. Literally go anywhere else. They have no idea what they are doing.

I LOVED the spa-like services of the hot towel, hair wash/condition, and the scalp treatment! 💆‍♀️ My stylist was also super nice and actually seemed interested in what I was talking about! I just wish they had a few more things for women and longer hair, but I do understand that they are a specialty salon 💇‍♂️

The quality of the cut and the MVP service are exceptional - Ashley at the 400 South location in Salt Lake City cuts an incredible fade. I am 100% happy with my cut every time. She is polite and professional and engaging! She deserves a raise and a promotion!

My experience at Sport Clips was great! I arrived after not signing in or booking an appointment and was walked through the process. I was quickly brought to a chair and my hair was styled perfectly. I was then treated to the MVP package because it was my first visit, which is something I will definitely do again. Maddie was really friendly to chat with and she gave me a great haircut. The shampooing products were top notch and the styling paste she recommended is perfect. All in all a stellar place for a haircut.

The wait was a bit long, but the employees work hard to keep themselves and customers safe. I was happy with how my hair looked after they worked on it. I also like being able to watch sports while I get my hair cut (though I look forward to watching more than corn hole in the future).

I always have a great experience at Sport Clips, will never go anywhere else for my haircuts. My go-to stylist Aireona did a fantastic job, as always. I always enjoy catching up with her and she knows exactly how I want my hair to be cut, never have to worry about a bad haircut with her. All in all Im very proud to be a Sport Clips customer for life.

Even during the covid-19 Ashley helped me out and asked as many questions to make sure I didnt have my hair cut messed up or seeming not looking well to the public view. She made it perfect and I will be going back. She helped me find a product to help with my hair thinning problem and so far being a week and a few days or so its showing minor results but everything takes time and Im loving it more and more everyday. I hope to make sure I go back to this store and have Ashley cut my hair again cause I feel great handsome and fresh. Melanie was great! She really took her time to ask me how I wanted things done, while still applying her professional judgment to make it look great. She even asked me about my cowlick, which never happens, but which was very appreciated. The haircut was exactly what I had been looking for, and the shampoo/scalp massage was incredibly relaxing. She was also very friendly, which always make the experience that much better.I had been going to a different location, but I think Ill be going here from now on. The service was just excellent and they likewise did a great job with my toddler.Little to no wait time during Saturday mid day, which is always a bonus.

Maddie is a great stylist and was very attentive to my requests. I highly recommend her. I have been a long time Great Clips customer, due to a convenient location, but got sick of the huge turn over rate they had. It was rare to get someone to cut my hair the way I liked it, and when I did, they were no longer working there the next month I went in. I had resorted to just having them do buzz cuts because I could no longer stand the awkward hair cuts (my hair is finicky). Finally switched to Sports Clips and long story short, the service I love and find the most valuable is experienced staff who are still employed there the next time I go in. Ive been in 3 or 4 times now and have not been disappointed once. Thank you.

I have become a fan of sport clips. My stylist was so nice. I felt as if she were interested in making me as comfortable as I could be. I had here also trim my beard and it has never looked better. I wish I could remember her name. I would like to return again and request her. Merry Christmas

I will dye my hair soon a white bleach color and they did perfect with the cut for when I go dye my hair, I highly recommend this Sports clips. Melanie was really good!

Ashlyn was extremely professional and outgoing. I felt right at home walking in the door. She was attentive and actually interested and making sure I receive the haircut I was asking for. While the cost of this haircut is more than some other places, I like the personal touches. It is nice to be pampered occasionally.

Great people that are super friendly. And I enjoy the conversations I have with them, It doesnt feel like that awkward superficial talk that you typically get. And they will ensure that they do exactly you want, if they dont get what you want they ask questions rather than assuming wish is always important. Wait times are a lil long sometimes but the online check in is super easy to figure out and just flows.

Good haircut at a fair price. The service wasnt bad. I was offered the MVP at no additional cost even though I had been to sport clips before. The lady that cut my hair was nice for the most part. She made a couple of negative remarks when it came to certain features of mine. None of which, Im sure, she meant anything by. It was just a little alarming is all. Overall though, it was a good experience.

I had a music video to shoot that night and didnt have time in the week to make it out to her place so I stopped by Sport Clips. Harley was fantastic. I was a little nervous about having someone else cut my hair but she made me look and feel great for my video shoot. MVP is a must! Will be returning again.

I went into sport clips from the very first time, there was a 23 minute wait for me in order to get in. It was nice to watch how the line dwindle down as my turn was coming. It was a nice television going on so it was not at all inconvenient. Would have been nice if there was a coffee or hot water Dispenser with hot chocolate. Other than that it was fabulous. The person who cut my hair was very attentive, constantly checking in to make sure I liked what I saw, and your service for hair shampoo and hot towel experience was great

I totally was welcomed in and the wait wasnt as long. The place is very relaxing and so cozy that it felt like your right at home. I liked the head messages and warm towel on my face. I had never been to Sport Clips before yesterday. I had no idea what to expect. I was meet by Rob as soon as I came in the door. He was extremely friendly, very professional, and he did an outstanding job on my hair. He also told me that since it was my first visit to Sport Clips that I get the VIP treatment (maybe MVP) for free. It was awesome. I had a coupon for a free haircut as well. He knew that from the beginning but didnt give me less service because I wouldnt be paying. I made up for it with my tip. I will be a regular Sports Clips customer from now on, thanks to Rob and how I was treated!

The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable and laid. When I was there there was only one guy ahead of me so I only waited about 10 minutes. My stylist was super friendly and did a fantastic job. The location is super convenient, right by my house. They are a bit expensive but I still highly recommend it to anyone.

This was the first time Ive ever been to. Sports Clips but my stylists did amazing. I wanted it short and to look good and thats what she did. They were both friendly and funny and it was a great experience, definitely a 10/10 would recommend. A bit on the higher end price wise though. But worth it.

Was up in Salt Lake at doctor appointments I live in Provo. I received one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a very long time. I wish I lived closer because Shira would be my hairstylist for a very long time. She is awesome.

I had a great time. Devon cut my hair and she was fantastic. She had the greatest sense of humor and the most awesome smile. My hair cut was a 8/10 but in her defense I distracted her the whole time l. Lol

Rob always gives a reliable and detail oriented hair cut. My son chooses him everytime. And I agree. Hes attentive and listens to what You want. All the staff are very nice. He loves the hot towel treatment. Little bit of a guy spa experience. He feels special. No need to go anywhere else, we go there for him everytime.

Perfect haircut! Stylist was extremely patient and knew how to work with my 6 yr old son who is autistic and gets very stressed out when getting a haircut. She was fantastic with him, and he had a much better than normal experience.

Absolutely the best haircut Ive had in 40 years. Lets be honest, you can get a cut anywhere, I often just do it at home. But I needed a cut and just wondered into Sports Cuts, cuz it was the closest. Im so glad I did. Prices are within reason, outstanding customer service ( and thats important for me). And the massaging hair wash, after 12 hours of traveling in a plane hit the spit ( 5 more minutes and I would have fell asleep). 5 stars all the way.

I go here at least once a month! Usually a pretty quick in and out! Havent had a bad stylist yet. Overall Ive always received the haircut I asked for. The MVP is great!! I wish they would put better sports on! I have yet to see any combative sports. At least put on some boxing or UFC. I dont want to watch tennis, golf, volleyball (unless its beach!) 😂 Love the experience overall just get some better content. Let the customer choose what is on. I was told employees are not allowed to change what is on?

The environment was friendly and welcoming I was told the next available was 30 minutes but my wait time was five minutes! The barber was warm and welcoming and had excellent recommendations. I was very satisfied with the cut I received. The hair wash, hot towel facial, and massage chair was incredible!

The staff was very nice and treated me as i walked in(harly) was her name I believe and helped me with check in procedure. She cut my hair and was polite and nice to talk to but not too much talk. Over all I had a great experience at you store and would definitely get my hair cut there ahain. First time going to this franchise. The price I paid does not equate to the work that was done. Went in for a trim and cleaning of my neck line. The neck line doesn’t look clean at all and my hair was trimmed more than the length we agreed. Now I’ll have to go to a real barber shop to finish the job. I’ve never been dissatisfied with a haircut before.

Love this place. Almost no line whenever I go and theyre really quick. The location is great so that if you do need to wait theres stuff to do. Maddie helped me out amd she braved the request to do a lightning bolt. It turned out great! Will be coming back :)

Great experience. I am pretty particular when it comes to getting my beard trimmed when I get a haircut and they did a fantastic job. Very professional made sure that every part was to my liking with my facial hair and the overal hair cut. Would recommend to my friends.

I recommend more training for the very nice person who cut my son’s hair. He has kind of a long-haired skater boy cut. Now he looks like a little page-girl. It really is the worst haircut of his life besides the ones I’ve given him.
