I have never had a bad experience with this service department. Specifically, Niall Wade has been nothing except helpful, friendly, honest, and professional. I cant recommend him highly enough.

In the beginning, when I stood in line for the next advisor, I was a bit paranoid for no one acknowledged. (Even if anyone says one of us be with you shortly if better than avoiding eye contacts or ignoring)Once I was serviced then the rep was very helpful n courteousThe dealership is clean with great waiting area as well as refreshments for customers

Amazing service from this location in SLC. My service advisor was Kyle, and he took the time to talk to me as a human, not rapid responses that some service advisors give. He helped me through picking out what best maintenance was needed for my vehicle, in addition to giving me an accurate rough estimate of time needed to be at the dealership for my vehicles service. Everyone at the dealership that Ive met so far has been so kind. Would totally recommend this place over other locations. Thank you. ❤️

Price seems to fluctuate.Bought my car in this place and also bought the maintenance package. The first oil change (A maintenance) went smooth, but they said that theyll have to do a B maintenance next time. So when I called easier this week to get an estimate associate looked at my account and said I would have to pay $95 + tax. I told him I had the maintenance package but he said it just applied for the oil change. And I would have to pay the difference. I called back another day to schedule, but phone kept ringing. So I scheduled online. The online process was good. There was an option for the B maintained with an extra charge of $40.95. I went in today to get it done and told the advisor that it was a B maintenance. He said ok, and that I dont have to pay anything extra since it was included. He mentioned that I will need to replace my taillight, (accident) and quoted me $500. I told him I took it to Ken Garff body shop right next door. And they quoted me $300. I told the advisor this and he said that was just for the part. Which is untrue. When I got quoted for $300 that person said it would include labor and thats what it says on the paperwork. Now that Ive gone through this experience I will be questioning all their pricing and dont find them to be trusting. Disappointed.

Beware upcharge! We have been using this location to service our low mileage 2009 CRV. Every time they try and sell us another unnecessary repair that is several thousand dollars. We have 2 oil changes left on a package, but will be looking for an independent mechanic to avoid the high pressure upsale tactics of this service department.

I have been coming to this location for 10 years with a variety of different Hondas. The service department is the best I have ever worked with. I work right downtown, and they always provide me with a ride if I need one. They do an amazing job on the service as well. The last time I visited, they sent me a video of my entire engine and undercarriage, with a step by step explanation of the work. They always treat me very well. They have a package for three full service oil changes for around $100. In todays market, that is a great value. I dont have enough good things to say about the service department at Ken Garff Honda.

Adam, Edsel, Chris and Kevin were all outstanding. We spent well over 6 months considering a Civic and checked their website a few times a week. We made the decision to finally check out our options. Not once did we feel sold or heard any sort of sales pitch. They were all honest and very personable. All of our questions and concerns were answered. It was an outstanding experience and we feel nothing but confident in our purchase. Ken Garff has the best customer experience that we have ever experienced. These guys are pretty good at what they do and do a good job at communicating. There is a lot of activity here and I felt like the job was done in a timely manner. I bought the 3 oil change package, which is a good value. Employees are helpful and trustworthy. Parking is a bit on the limited side, but for service that isnt too big of a deal. Egress isnt bad unless it is the middle of rush hour.

The folks here are always amazing. From the finance office to the service department. They are always ready to help out, fix, or correct any issue that you have. This is my 3rd vehicle with them and looking to continue to buy from them in the future should the need arise. Oh they would be rated 5 stars if I ever gave 5 stars but I dont.

I almost never leave a review, but I felt that my experience today warranted one. Several months ago I bought my Toyota sequoia from Ken Garff. With the purchase of the vehicle I received 3 free lube oil & filter services. My first service was fantastic but todays was not. I made an appointment and Niall was the one to sign my car in. I asked if I could also get the alignment done. Niall said absolutely well do that too. He told me to expect an hour or so wait. I took my 9 month old and sat down in the waiting room. After waiting for close to 2 hours I stepped into the lobby and kindly asked if he knew how much longer my car would be. Niall was extremely rude and told me if I came into a Honda dealership with an (and I quote) off brand car I should expect it to take longer. I was rather surprised but didnt say anything and sat back down. At 2.5 hours my vehicle was ready. Niall told me I should have known it would take that long because I brought an off brand car to a Honda dealership. He kept chuckling and shaking his head and spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. I explained that I had bought my car there at Ken Garff so I was only using my free services included with the purchase of my vehicle. He KNEW my car was a Toyota Sequoia when he signed me in for my lube oil and filter and I asked for an alignment. Niall said offhandedly as I checked out that they werent able to do the alignment. I inquired why and he then said (verbatim) if you have a TOYOTA car, that means you should take it to a TOYOTA dealership for servicing. He said it in a long drawn out manner that suggested I was an idiot. He charged me $53 for the alignment (which wasnt even completed) and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I am not sure what prompted Niall Wade to treat me with such clear hostility. I certainly wont be going back.

The people are friendly. The service area seems a bit over populated considering the times. I left the building to go get a coffee since they are not able to offer it at the service center. The oil change/ inspection took about 1.25 hours.

Extremely rude customer service on the phone. I was transferred to this location on the phone by my old dealership because I moved. The lady on the phone had such a bad attitude and even started yelling at me. She wouldn’t let me set up an service appointment because she said the guy I had been talking to on the phone who transferred me to them doesn’t work at their location. If she would’ve told me in a better way, I’d probably understand but it’s her awfully terrible attitude that bugs me.
