The service is absolutely amazing he help me work on my 1991 Ford ranger he came to me and put a clutch in and help me put in master and slave cylinder and I would recommend using him he’s honest he tells you what parts is needed that way you’re not spending too much money he’s family friendly he’s really reliable he shows up on time he’s become my number one mechanic five out of five stars

My husband took our car in when he would not come to us and said Micah is an anti masker. Will tell you to take off your mask and says the virus is fake. Ive had enough people die on me after contracting it and being high risk myself I certainly would not go here myself. We will be taking our car elsewhere. Thank you anyways and good luck to you sir.

My experience here was absolutely great. I was here from out of town and most places were closed or had limited hours on Saturday. He squeezed me in last minute and was very helpful, honest and fast! I trusted his opinion because he told me it wasn’t an urgent issue, so I knew he wasn’t just trying to make money. He also charged way less than what another shop quoted. I have already recommended him to people and would go there again if in town in a heartbeat!

Weve used Turners Auto twice now, once for each of our cars. The best, most for the value mechanic weve found. They charge $30 for a diagnosis, which is great. They are great at working on only what you need and for the best price. We got a quote from two other places for double the price that Turners Auto ended up charging us. I highly recommend this place.

Towed my car here because I thought it broke down but I just ran out of gas.Explained to me that my vehicles gas pumps are known to have faulty gauges alot of the time. I was showing a quarter tank when I ran out of gas so I thought I could grab a bite before I grabbed gas but I ran out in the drive thru LOLDidnt charge me anything but shared knowledge with me instead. Super cool guy.Alot more humble than the treatment i received from Ken Garff in West Valley.Lets just say even one of their own salesman said to me they would never take there car to their own service center. How sad is that?

Honest, fair priced, friendly, and hard working. I went there for a suspension diagnosis and was expecting a quick flashlight inspection and an I dont know whats wrong, or fake shopping list of things that didnt have to actually be replaced. Instead he spent over an hour performing different tests and in depth inspections to deliver me honest results for a cheap price. He charged 1/3 what the Cadillac dealership charges for a diagnosis.This is definitely one of the most reputable shops Ive been to not only in Utah, But in the country.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every experience I’ve had here has been a positive one. Micah is professional, competent and extremely personable. It’s fun to just sit and chat while he works on my car. Its nice to know I have a mechanic I can trust. I don’t have to worry about him price gouging me or anything like that. I won’t trust anyone else with my cars.

Excellent service

I was on a road trip across the US and my car started having issues in Salt Lake City around 8 pm. A lot of other garages in the area closed around that time, including this garage, but after calling and explaining my situation, Micah offered to stay open late to get my car fixed that very night. After performing some tests, it appeared that the fuel pump was having issues, so Micah installed a new one in my vehicle. After that he performed some more tests to make sure everything was good to go, but it turned out that his diagnostic equipment was faulty and that the fuel pump might not be the issue. While it would have been easy to take advantage of me given that I was from out of town, Micah told me about the issue with his equipment, replaced my old fuel pump, and continued trying to identify the source of the issue until 11 PM. In the end, the issue couldn’t be replicated, and for three hours of work and the inconvenience of staying open late, he only charged me his $30 diagnostic fee. I highly recommend this garage and based on my experience, you will be treated fairly and with honesty and integrity no matter where you are from.

The only person I trust to work on my vehicles. It nice to have a mechanic I can trust not to charge dishonest prices and talk me into repairs that arent needed. Hes very knowledgeable, and does quality work. Any other shop will without a doubt charge you more for the same work, or a less thorough job. I recommend him to any of my friends and family who need work done.

This excellent service came out and helped him replace his flat tire for free (one of the lug nuts was stripped so he could not get it off himself).That speaks to the character of the employee, whether he is the owner or simply works there. More importantly, though, the character a companys employees directly reflect the character of the company itself, this one included. Enough said.

Turner’s Auto is the best auto shop in town - It’s the only one I will refer my friends to. Micah is a stand up guy - and he won’t just fix your car, he’ll fix your life!! (But only if you ask for that)

Mr Turner fixed my wifes car. I recommend him. He has a good demeanor. His overhead doesnt appear high and this allows his customers to get a good deal on auto repairs.

I had to replace a lower ball joint on my car. After toiling with the project, and having my Subaru on jack stands for about a week I had given up. I called up Turners Auto Repair, and Micah was here promptly. Most importantly this was on a Saturday afternoon. Micah was very knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had. The job was done in less than two hours, and cost me less than a towing fee. Very grateful to have this service available. I will be using Turners again the next time I have a project that is beyond my own capabilities.

Probably the worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. According to the reviews if you need little things here and there he might be of some assistance but I went in for a new clutch and it took over three weeks and he kept saying he couldnt find the right parts when I googled them and literally found 3 within ten minutes... He was unprofessional unorganized did not get my work done in the amount of time he told me. I have never been more frustrated with anything in my entire life... Every step of the way he made errors, he didnt even put the correct fluid in after the clutch was replaced and then told me that he didnt know if it would make a difference or not....I ended up selling the car the day I got it back from him because I didnt trust the work he did... Not only that but after I paid for the work and he drove it and said it was fine, I drove off the lot and the speedometer wasnt working I called him to tell him I was coming back and he said he couldnt start looking at it until the next week because my car had backed his other clients up....definitely do not go here.

If only I can give them no stars I would worst customer service I ever had I call them at 4:00 PM they told me that they would be here at 4:56 PM about two hours later I called them and asked them if they were on their way they told me that they forgot me so I told them Im still here waiting till you get. Now it is 7:10 I called and they said you need to be more specific of where you are at and I told them that there is only two KFCs in my location I told him the exact address and they told me that they will be here in 15 min. 45 mins pass I called they then told to fine someone else WHAT REALLY WOW YOU GUYS REALLY SUCK

Micah provides affordable, honest, and quick service. I have used him several times and have always been pleasantly surprised. Dont get overcharged elsewhere and risk a bad diagnosis. Micah gets it right and for much less.

My car broke down when traveling. Limped my car into Turners Auto Repair. He got the parts I needed and fixed my car up within great time and price and I was able to get back on the road and travel home safely.

I dont write reviews too often, but the service I received was definitely worth a review. I had the strangest issue that my car would not go into gear - I called several shops before, and they just suspected what was the issue, but didnt really know what to do with it. I called Micah, he came to my house, and was able to diagnose, and fix the issue. All within an hour and a half. I was very impressed. He did not overcharge me at all (even below the cost of just towing it somewhere..)He was very friendly - courteous, and as other reviewers said, very practical. He was able to get it going with whatever he had on hand. Definitely would be a return client!

Seriously the most amazing car repair shop Ive ever been to. It seems I always felt at least a little ripped off everywhere else, but this place did amazing work, was honest, honest, honest.

Terrible experience.. Not only did we wait around for the mechanic to arrive at every appointment, but we had to return multiple times to get it worked on because he repeatedly put it together WRONG. After a few failed attempts from him and the money pit growing further and faster we went elsewhere and had it fixed right away. Not to mention he repeatedly took other cars in and worked on them instead when it had already taken long past the original timeframe. Wouldnt ever recommend for anything.

Went with a guy to get my car inspected to sell, the shop is a complete mess and he broke a spark plug trying to put it back in. He didnt even give us any good answers, just mumbled stuff that might be wrong. I dont know if he is any good with repairs but he didnt seem to know a whole lot and was very rude.

I would highly recommend Turners auto to anyone who needs a diagnostic or work done on their vehicle. He did a great job on fixing the problem I had with my car at a great price and I left there feeling confident that If I need any work done in the future I can definitely trust him to get the job done.

I had a problem with my truck and found Mr. Turner online. Since he was coming out anyway I asked if he could do a tune-up on my wifes SUV also. As I wasnt home during the appointment, he called me with the problem on my truck and with different things on my wifes vehicle. All in all the total for both vehicles was less than I expected it would be for my truck alone. Plus my wifes vehicle is running better than it has in a long time. I will definately be contacting him for further work on my vehicles.
