By far the worst experience I ever had. Purchased two door in November 2014, for what was suppose to be a professional installation before Christmas. It took over six months to have the door installed and no is taking responsibility for the improper installation, wrong size doors being order and then trying to force my patio door in a opening to small. Weve missed multiple days from work and I continue to have issues with both doors. Special Order manager Micheale Harrison wont return phone calls and havent been able to speak with a store manager. Take my advise dont deal with Home Depot and there so call professional installers.

DO NOT USE Them for Counter install and options- its all contracted out and you have to deal with the headache of the contractor and service is bad from their supplier!
