Whenever I got there they told me it was going to be an hour-and-a-half wait to have four new tires put on my Jeep well it ended up only waited maybe 40 minutes at the absolute most they also had done my husbands truck a year ago rims the whole nine and it is turned out very nice we will be doing business with them again

The staff here are polite and professional. They installed an inner tube on a lawn mower wheel for me at a reasonable price and they were quick about it.

An amazing group of guys. Took my truck there to have a lift kit installed and purchase and install new rims and tires. I dealt with Josh who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You mean the whole experience worthwhile and the price was right in line with all of their competitors if not better.

Buyer Beware. Employee signed me up for 6 months same as cash I did NOT even need. Had used in the past so though sure, why not spread it out. Bank drafts lined up for 6 months pay. Only it was 100 DAY lease loan! Cost more than Double the original price! I went in person to Cardinal. They only offered excuses. Employee doesnt work here anymore They called Snap Finance stating customer given wrong info but Snap did nothing and Cardinal did nothing. It was left all on me. My family, friends and extended family have gone there for years and I am very disappointed in this. I trusted them and now I know I cant count on them to do the right thing on principle. Cannot recommend anyone else use them.

This team of professional tire men when’re the extra mile to help me with a defective tire. Steve made contact with the manufacturer Represtative and was able to obtain some support for my issue. My wife and I traveling from NY picked up a mail in my 2019 ram. Went online to find a tire center. Found Cardinal tire and what a Gem of an operation!! Greeted with unbelievable courtesy. They took my ram right away did the repair away knowing we still had 5 hour drive ahead of us. What a group of respectful and knowledgeable people. Will tell everyone we know in Ny if traveling and have any issues to look up Cardinal Tire. What an exceptional operation!!

I ordered new rims and tires entirely over email as I live 2 hours away. These guys were great to work with and shipped my new wheels to me fast, tires mounted, balanced, with pressure sensors, and wrapped up without a scratch on them.

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES. Friend set up with PREDATORY LENDER 100day lease Snap Finance vs 6 months same as cash she was offered but did NOT need. (She and her family had used it before there). It cost her more than double the price of tires/work to get out of it. She went in person to Cardinal and given only excuses and told the employee not there anymore. Not their fault. The other bad reviews say call or come by. As I was there at time of purchase I did call numerous times and no call back or resolution, so I went in person to talk to Steve, the owner. He basically left it as the customers problem, an Im sorry and $100 instore credit offered. For real? Like anyone would come back. I told him her whole family were long time customers and was it worth bad reviews and bad word of mouth to not help with a better resolution. His response was no. So.. my point to him and anyone reading this is, its bad practice to set up customers with PREDATORY lenders vs actual 6 month product that was offered and then leave the customers holding the bag in the terrible aftermath. It is not right to even allow your customers to be in this position by associating your business with predatory lenders in the first place, just to ensure you get paid no matter what.

These are a great set of folks, they never tried to sell me something I didn’t need, the service is always fast no fooling around.If you want great tires fast service and a good price this is the place.

I needed a tire they ordered it on Friday got it in on Saturday. Fast!! Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company. They know how to treat their customers. Give them a call first if you need tires.

Took my RV in for a tire with a slow leak. No appointment. They quickly pulled my RV up to a bay and began looking at the tire. I watched as they spent about 45 minutes with soapy water and the dunk tank. While they could not find a leak in the tire, they felt it could be the valve stem. They added a short extender that would seal the valve. That fixed it! They charged me nothing for their efforts. Great service!

Brought my 2011 Tundra in for new tires mounted balanced and alignment. The team at Cardinal Tire went above and beyond my expectations. My truck rides so smooth now. Took a trek into high country the next day and, from highways to off road, it performed like a boss. Thank you!

Took my lowered 94 honda civic for a full alignment there at cardinals tires. They did a great job adjusting the toe and steering back to place but since my car was lowered they didnt even bother making adjustments on my camber even tho I had installed upper adjustable camber kit in the front left side and front right side. All they had to do was loosen 4 10mm bolts and move the upper spindle ball joint in or out but they failed to do so, maybe because they have no experience on adjusting aftermarket adjustable camber kits or they just chose not to adjust it at all. I paid a total of $106.95 after taxes for a full all-wheel alignment and got a 3/4 of the job done only. Not Happy at all and not returning back.

Justin and his team are extremely professional and well spoken. I was actually working on some shop equipment for Justin and while doing so I got to witness how well all of the guys work together. The way they handle customers is 10/10. I ended up having them order me a set of tires before I left. The pricing is hands down the best I have seen at any privately owned shop. I HIGHLY recommend giving Cardinal Tire a chance before you stop at one of the big chain retailers.

I went to Cardinal Tire this morning and got 4 tires for a great price. The people were friendly and the service was GREAT! They had to order my tires and they came in the same day where every other place told me 2 to 4 days. This establishment is very clean and smells good too. I will definitely be going back.

I highly advise not doing business with place for safety purposes. First let me add that I myself had worked as a mechanic many years at numerous repair shops, and tire stores. This place gave me extremely poor customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I had ordered 2 very specific tires by model number the day before over the phone. I was slightly early for my apointment for recieving 2 new tires, and a 2 wheel alignment. After waiting for nearly 2 hours the manager told me my front wheel bearings were loose. Aparently they arent familiar with the specifications of a 1998 chevy s10 2wd pickup. My front wheel bearings were brand new, profesionally installed, and well within proper specifications for this specific vehicle which requirs that you do not tighten the bearing nut with any amount of force past snug. Once broke in it is required that this vehicle has a very slight amount of wheel play. There is a keyed washer that prevents the bearing nut from backing off as well as a cotter pin for safety. Anyways they offered to charge me extra to re pack my bearings with grease, and tighten my bearing nuts which on this vehicle would have ruined my wheel bearings and cause a very dangerous situation. Said they would just do the alignment anyways. Upon giving my truck back to me I realized they gave me the wrong tires, and we had to play the phone recording to prove it. Well needless to say they did not do an alignment at all. I know this because my right front tire still had the same very visually aparent positive camber that it had before I brought it to them. Also I counted the upper control arm alignment shims on both sides before and after. Im sure the guy that did my aligment just manipulated the results by pushing the alignment reflectors by hand to give me a false printout saying it was good to go.

Outstanding staff front end as well as shop.

They did not honor the free tire rotation on my dually that they used in their sales pitch. Then they didnt do the rotation properly and I had to make a return trip to town to have it fixed because the entire truck would start shaking once you got up to speed outside City limits. I did not know they would not honor their word on the rotation when I had it done or I would not have had it done there. And if you purchase a tire from them (for us it was for a piece of equipment) be sure and clarify the out the door price if them putting it on the rim, taxes etc. Before you order or you will be sticker shocked. I would highly recommend not doing business here based on my own personal experiences however I know another person who has had a good experience there so, take it for what you will.

Great service! They had patched a tire but for some reason it still had a slow leak. They patched it again and took off the charge. It could have been another hole but it was the same tire so no charge.

My experience is always amazing when I go to Cardinal Tire. Everyone is always helpful, polite, willing to explain things to you. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I had the pleasure of working with them yesterday. I rushed after work to get my tire fixed arrived around 5:35 ( shop closes @6PM). When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, the employee had a great sense of urgency as he was working with me. Normally you go into stores and if they are closing within 30 minutes employees have an attitude, well that definitely wasn’t the case here :) As a female you tend to get nervous when you are taking your car to the shop, you just never know if they going to take advantage of you or not . I will be the first and I’m definitely sure not the last to say that I know for a fact this place wouldn’t do that . I will always recommend Cardinal Tire. Thanks guys

Excellent facility! Ed was very helpful and informative, offering cheaper options for tires with a 2 year road hazard plan. My husband was in Michigan calling the shop and I was here helping my mom but they were very understanding and efficient. The facility is clean and attractive - comfortable waiting room. I highly recommend this shop over larger, less personal tire shops.
