Nicest, friendliest man! Of all wreckers in Salisbury nc they were the cheapest! I had so many issues trying to get my sons car home, and he was so nice and understanding. I had him waiting on me over and over and he was never rude!!ProTow will be the only wrecker i use again! Thank you Pro Tow!!

This place was very nice about having to tow my wrecked car and myself until my daughter could come pick me up. Friendly staff. Beautiful &Friendly dogs they have in office. If in Salisbury NC and need a tow call them first.

I was recently in an accident. The policeman called a wrecker for me, which happened to be these people. When my car got to the body shop, I found damage on the inside in 2 places. I called Pro Tow to inform them, and to receive compensation for said damages. I was given the run around, first saying it had to have happened at the scene of the accident, then they blamed the body shop. After multiple conversations, I was basically blown off, and am now stuck with the damages, unless I want to go through the hassle of taking them to court. I HIGHLY recommend finding another company if you need a tow. I would rather hook a rope to my car and tow it myself than to deal with these people ever again.

ABSOLUTELY miserable experience with miserable people each time. On the phone as well as in person. When you have an accident, which is a traumatic thing to go through to begin with, the last thing you want to do is have an angry person awaiting as you go to collect your belongings or call to ask any questions. Show SOME compassion!!!

I just called this place twice 9:15 pm on this very day to find out the hours of operation to help a friend that was involved in a accident retrieve her vehicle from this business.I called a second time to get clarification because the receptionist hung the phone up so quickly the first time. She recognized my voice and immediately responded with the notion of calling me a dumb ass and a n.gga. This woman receptionist who I not only find to be very rude and unprofessional but also an Obvious Racist stemming from her remarks directed towards me should be repremanded and face consequences for her unintelligent bizarre behavior.I am furious and very disappointed by her unexpected remarks and hope one day she receives counseling and serious help! This sort of behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable by all means and I hope that no one else have to endure what I just did....😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
