I couldn’t be more pleased with Atomic towing. My Tesla had a wheel hanging half off the axle and was in a difficult position to get to. The transporter company which Tesla arranged for us was afraid to even try to recover it. Jim assessed the situation, explained to me how he was going to handle it and then very professionally and safely loaded the car on to the transporter. We live in Florida and were in the process of selling some property in Rowan County. We had some farm equipment that needed to moved by the closing date. I found Atomic Towing online and based on all the good reviews decided to give them a call. Jim could not have been nicer. Our closing date kept changing and Jim was very accommodating. He went to the property and evaluated the situation and told me he would be willing to give it a shot. After several delays on the closing I finally gave him a call and told him we were ready to move it. He went that very same day and moved it to the predetermined destination. He kept me informed along the way and called when it was done. We were able to handle the closing and thanks to Jim also the moving of the equipment without having to make a trip from Florida. Also the price was very reasonable and Jim was polite and professional. Could not have been happier with the whole experience. THANKS JIM !!!

Jim was absolutely AMAZING! Our company is located out of state and we needed a car towed off a property we own, and he was able to go to the property the next day and have the vehicle removed. He was courteous and so polite! I will defiantly call him again if we need towing services in NC.

I highly recommend Atomic Towing Service. Jim was very easy to work with. He showed up quickly and went right to work. I asked for a somewhat detailed receipt, as I needed it in order to be reimbursed by my insurance company, and he did every thing I asked, and even added the VIN number to be sure the insurance company would be satisfied. He also gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he had successfully dropped off my vehicle at its destination. (I have never had a towing company do that before, and I was impressed by the level of professionalism and customer care that this showed). Jim goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. He was also priced lower than the other company I called. Very reasonable! I cant say enough good things about Atomic Towing. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I just want to say that I had a wonderful experience with them. I called a on Wed evening in a panic because my son was broke down in Charlotte and was pulling heavy equipment (hes 18 and i was a momma in panic mode). He calmed me and done everything to assist. Unable to find towing service to take me over the state border, I spent the night in my car on the side of the hwy. Atomic towing has set hours, but offers late night emergency cases. DONT HESITATE TO CALL JIM! He arrived quickly, at the exact time estimated, which Ive never seen in another towing company. Jim was very professional and kind, offering to get me coffee to warm me after being in the freezing cold car for hours. He gave me a ride to my final destination and kindly waited to make sure my car would taken care of before leaving. I travel through the Carolinas frequently.
