I was coming to the area from out of town for a wedding. Where the venue was at, you were unable to get an Uber or Lyft. I called ahead to book with Taxi Etc and had the best service from start to finish. They were so helpful with booking our ride to and from the venue. Both rides were on time, vans were clean, and drivers were friendly. I left my wallet in the taxi and they helped me track it down and even shipped it to me since I was from out of town! I would definitely recommend booking your next taxi with Taxi Etc!

I love this taxi company. They have very reasonable prices and their drivers are very respectful, polite, and good natured people. I use this cab all the time and every time I call them they show up within reasonable amount of time. The driver is very responsible and it honestly makes me feel better about putting not just myself but my 1 year old daughter in their vehicle also. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS CAB TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS TO USE A CAB. I WILL ALSO CONTINUE TO USE THEM UNTIL I DONT NEED TO ANYMORE. THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL

Terrible service!! I called and asked them to come at 6:35am as well as gave them my address and everything and they even said they would be there. And I even called them more then ten times and they never answered . I have used them a couple of times and I thought they were ok but they were always 15 minutes late so that’s why I asked them to come more early so I could not be late for work.I take my job serous and they should too.The taxi cab drivers have even told me that the company does not even car that they are late that all they care is about the moneyI do not recommend!!!It’s more of a zero star for me !

Earlier today I had to get a ride from Salisbury all the way down to Essex. Mrs Evette Palmer went above and beyond to ensure my ride was comfortable and pleasant. Mrs Palmer made it a point to ensure I had everything I needed plus more. I never expected such a pleasant ride from a taxi service. Mrs Palmer was warm welcoming and very professional. If I lived in the area I would make it a point to use her and only her for any transportation needs

BJ was incredibly helpful in trying to pick up a family in need to go to a shelter, stayed in constant communication with me and upgraded to a van with no additional charge. The person picking up waited for a while and made every effort to give this family a ride. I will certainly use them again and appreciate the dedication they have to helping others!!

Really chill and cool guy. He made me feel comfortable and it was a very relaxing ride. I will definitely ride with them again in the future. I recommend to everyone, price is very fair as well too.

I highly recommend Taxi, Etc. and wouldnt hesitate to call on them again. My wife and I took a long taxi ride from Salisbury, MD to Washington, D.C. on a Sunday after our car broke down the night before and we couldnt drive home. Gabe, who drove us, came shortly after we called to request a ride. Everything was easy and transparent. And Gabe is incredibly pleasant person. He made sure we felt comfortable during the almost three hour ride home, all after a distressful 24 hours. Taxi, Etc. was also very responsive via email after we requested a receipt for the ride some days later. Great company, great people!

I called at 5pm to schedule a 6pm pick up they were 15 minutes late I called to see where the cab was they told me he was on the way waited another 5 minutes called back and told the sane. Then called back to cancelled I wouldnt had made the 6:30 bus that I needed to catch to get home. Dispatcher had an attitude and hung up

Worst cab driver ever!! Super late and wouldnt give me a time that they will arrive. Not calling them again. Dont recommend.

Not sure why this taxi service has such bad reviews. Everytime we call they are to our home within 15 minutes. The driver Michelle keeps her vehicle spotless and is very personable and nice! Dispatch is knowledgeable about the area and is usually pleasant on the phone. Would definitely recommend this taxi service to anyone!!

When this company first started around here it was good, fast service and reliable. Now this company is trash, you gave to repeatedly call them asking where the cab at they sometimes wont answer the phone after they told you the cab was on the way. I called early in the morning for work and they told me cab was coming so I wait and wait at this point Im almost late so I call them again and no answer never showed up, had to call someone else and was late. Worst ever since baileys.

Waited an hour only to call them & see what was the wait so long for & apparently the woman didn’t call anyone to set up my ride I’m assuming her shift was over so she just wrote down the address I was & where I was going & left .

My friends car broke down so we called taxi etc to get home. This woman answered with just “hello” we asked her for a price from the place we were stuck at to get home. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We hung tf up.

Very fast and reasonable prices for rides

I called a cab at 6:32 and at 7:13 i had to call back to see if they were still coming to pick me up and after they picked me, they had to stop and “get change” but came out the store with a bunch of snacks. i had an important playoff game for basketball and i need to be there early and i arrived there at 7:45 and my game starts at 8:15 but sometimes they start 15-30 minutes early.

Usually fast service when they actually answer the phone! I like this company because the cabs are very spacious and they have friendly drivers. The biggest issue is that they dont answer the phone, A LOT. How can you run a successful business like that. They need new management.

Most of the drivers are nice, and the fairs are reasonable, vehicles clean. But Ive had to wait for 45 minutes or longer and when they get there they have a bunch of people in the vehicle. The last ride I got the driver was weaving way to much and drove 20 miles over the speed limit even though a schoolzone. I was scared he was going to rear end someone. I probably wont be using them again.

If zero 🌟 was an option. That would be my selection. Worst service Ive never had. I called at 1:01pm at Walmart bus stop N Sal. Blvd and was told she was on the way. At 1:35pm I called and was told something about she in the food court she on the way to you. Confused, I hung up and waited ten more min. Finally, I gave up; we began to walk the 4.5 miles home with 50lb of dog food, 16lbs of cat food, 20lb of rabbit food/shaving, and 5 qt of transmission fluid. We made it to the outskirts of Sams parking lot, about to enter traffic and at 1:55pm, a van casually flies by only preoccupied with the large McD fry. I believe unwilling to notice the missed customers struggling to find a way to safely get home on foot.Please do not call this company unless you have hours of free time on your hands.

The wait times are very reasonable, the cars are clean and the drivers are nice. The service is way better than the previous taxi companies I have used in Salisbury.

Sometimes I had to call the cab back and see that was coming on time sometimes they did not come on time sometimes he was a half hour late then they smell like weed in the cab then also half the time the Cavs be stinking unclean and filthy and then the cab drivers you get they got attitude problems and smelling all stinky and dont take baths and do not take baths at allplease remind you people got getting in those caves when you come to pick the customer up then I want to smell stinky underarms or. I use to love this company. The dispatchers were professional and very nice. I love the fact that the call you when your cab is outside. But lately the dispatchers have been extremely rude. The older lady that works from 7am to 3pm is the most professional. Shes so nice and always sound eager to do her job. The other dispatchers barely answer the phone. And when they do they have the nastiest attitude. There have been several times where I have tried calling back to cancel cabs and they wont pick up. One dispatcher told me that drivers dont like to get me cuz Im always a no show which is true becuz they do not answer phones when I try to call back. I get hung up on when cancelling a cab. I WILL NOT EVER STEP FOOT IN THOSE CABS AGAIN UNLESS ITS THE OLDER LADY ANSWERING THE PHONES! Shes the only person who cares about how the business looks. Most of their drivers are very friendly and professional tho.*update a year laterI let a guy use my phone to call a cab. That was at 5:02am. They call back at 5:59am and I tell them I let someone use my phone. The dispatcher ask “so he’s not with you?” I tell her no and that I was at work. This rude lady gives me attitude and just hang up. The proper way to handle it was to say “ok, thank you.” The phone etiquette is absolutely disgusting and if I could give it 0 stars I definitely would

When you ask the driver to put a window down. Because your struggling to breathe. Due to the heatwave and the ac isnt reaching the back of the van. Oh, no honey we dont want that heat in here. Her response should of been. Ill turn the ac up for you. Instead, I got out of the cab. Poor customer service!!!

Seen one of the taxi driver s who drive for this place in a gold van sitting at a gas station in Salisbury and throw a bunch of trash out theyre door instead of getting out and putting it in the trash. This is why Salisbury is such a bad place now. Hope this person is FIRED!!!!
