Order Cab. “Be there in 20mins”Hour and a half later. $196.00Almost got on the highway the wrong direction. Missed flight.

Driver was very nice and professional. Came fast when i called and even had to wait for me in the parking lot & wasnt rude or rushy about it at all. Tipped him 2$ and i hardly ever tip drivers. Also ride was muuuuch cheaper than Latino express. Affordable, friendly, and fast! Would recommend over Latino express any day.

Worst taxi company around by far!!! Had a SCHEDULED appointment for pick up also I could make it to work on time. No only did no one show up, all my calls were ignored for over a hour. Had to go to another company and was over a hour and a half late for work. Very unprofessional.

Tried calling this taxi service many of times no one accepted my call accept for once only to hang up on me without a spoken word. I called TJs Taxi instead got a awnser right away and a taxi asap. Wont bother to try Safety Taxi again.

Archie is the best taxi driver ever. As a young woman I was hesitant I was hesitant about Uber and Lyft because of all the horror stories, but I feel completely safe. He’s always on time and there for me whether a ride or a DD. I’m so thankful to have met him here. I have gained a life long friend. I’m a 27 year old single mom of 2 and he always keeps me safe. So thankful for him. Thank you so much for your services Archie.

I called and was told 20 minutes and hour later still no cab. Tried calling to see how much longer the wait would be and they dont answer and unable to leave a message!No professionalism at all and I will never use them and will further try to discourage anyone who does!!!

You cant get a cab a night and with the city busses gone there are a lack of cabs. You have to wait 30 minutes to an hour but they wont let others people come and open a cab company.

No one ever answers the phone here. Which really sucks considering its impossible to get an Uber on this city.

I waited 2 hours got another cab and I still ne or got the call that they were in the way 8 hours late!!!! I called the next day they said I was next in line to be picked up....... In other words these people are crooks

Called them for a pickup they told me it would take 30 minutes for a driver. That’s fine but I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and quests what no taxi!! Tried calling the office for an hour and it just kept going to voicemail which voicemail was full. When I finally did get through to dispatch I told them they might as well cancel the ride because I am missed my appointment again because this is not the first time this is happened. Dispatch told me when I asked her for the owners name she said “not today“ then I asked her for her name and she hung up on me. I wish there was another taxi service in my area because I can not drive due to a work injury and not able to work. I have to rely on these kinds of services

I used this company for work on Thursday, no problem, there in 10 min, Friday, there in 20 min, Saturday, never showed up. I stood outside for an hour and a half! Callsd numerous times, ignored. Sent text, ignored. Missed day at work for me $$$$!!!If I could, I would give a negative today only because they didnt communicate.

Been waiting for an hour for a cab that said they would be here in 15/20 mins when I called, keep calling back and the person in front of me is here and there, while I don’t have no clue when they will be done, you mean to tell me you have 1 taxi ? Should be ashamed for even calling yourself a taxi service.

Called for a taxi was hung up on never called back. I called and texted went straight to voicemail. I was a stranded vet broke down.Unacceptable !!

I will never for any reason call this place for another ride. Not only did a 12 minute ride cost me 29 dollars. The driver wanted to argue about where I told him to turn. Then he drives in the construction zone and tries to go down a one way road after me telling him it was one way. That was about the scariest ride ever. So unless you are in dying need of a ride thats going to cost you alot I would call another taxi service.

RUN RUN RUN!!!! HORRIBLE service!!! I was told a 20 minute wait.... which ended up being 1 HOUR. Horrible car, and driver was playing vulgar music and texting the whole time!!!

They definitely need to change their name. I thought their driver behind me was going to kill me. He was trying to push me off the road. There were at least 6 other cars in front of me, I cant control that they are going slow. I have the entire encounter on my dash cam. Absolute maniac behind the wheel.

Cant even call me back after a confirmed taxi ride to work 45 minutes ahead of time only going ten minutes down the 85.... Never showed or answered when I called 15 minutes later to make sure they were for sure coming still so I could call off work... What a joke.

I ride with this service often. I am now in a dissatisfied state. For the last week, they have been late and later. I advise if you are looking to get to your destination at a reasonable time please look for other cab service, Uber or Lyft.

The lady is so ratchet. She had no clue where Walmart was in the same town they do business in. And then said sir I cant come offer you a ride until you explain directions. Latino express way better

I have never actually used this service but after the encounter I just had with one of their taxis, taxi number10, I never will! It is appx11 am on June11. I was driving through downtown Salisbury coming up to a stop light. The taxi was beside me and the driver was dialing his phone. He does up and cut in front of me almost hitting the front of my car the he had to slam on his brakes because the light was red. Rude, unsafe, dangerous, inconsiderate, menace. Should be called take your life in your hands taxi!

The cab drivers try to charge extra. Never pay with a twenty. They will try to make up a false reason not to give you back all of your change. They also will try to take the long way around and over charge you. Try an uber or latino taxi. Some of safetys drivers are VERY VERY shady and dishonest.

Called them at 3:49 pm to get to the dealership to pick my serviced vehicle up at or before 5 pm. The dispatcher told me it would take 10-15 minutes and my taxi would arrive. 30 minutes passed and I called them back. The dispatcher stated she would check and see where he was. She told me she dispatched two and they would be there shortly. Another 11 minutes passed and I called the dealership who said they would have a shuttle get me. I called safety taxi back to cancel and told the dispatcher who I was. Before I could tell her to cancel she put me on hold to check the whereabouts of her taxis. She told me they will be there in a few minutes, I cancelled. If youre a taxi service please dont make your customers wait an undesirable amount of time.

Terrible, the guy took the long way around to get to my house then hit-on me the whole time. They over charge, take the longest way possible, the cabs are filthy and so are the drivers.

The taxi was 5 minutes early, got me to the Charolette airport in record time without going to fast and was very polite. The one thing I wish was that the car didnt smell like cigarettes inside... it says no smoking?.!? I also called the day before to have it scheduled in advance... and I double checked with them in the morning to confirm. I do this whenever I get a taxi as I dont want to be late. I would use again when Im in Salisbury, NC.

Worst experience ever. We were forced to pull cash out of an ATM to prepay because our trip was too long. Driver was rude and confrontational. ANY other option is better then this.

They need to charge by their meters only before the Feds get them. And guaranteed they will catch them.

Big, very clean Mercury Grand Marquis transported me to Lexington, NC for only $26. Slightly late due to getting lost, but Google Maps guided him onward.

Waited in cold for 30+ minutes...they said maybe 20, i finally called back and cancelled. Not sure how they remain in business, go with Latino express instead. Apparently customer service isnt something they value or strive for. This isnt a huge city either, sheesh!!!
