The automated phone system is terrible. You cant talk with anyone in office unless you have an appointment. You have to go to a table in hallway fill out paperwork.
I understand that their is a Pandemic going on. But we still have jobs to do and this place/DHS main office customer service unit is definitely falling short all together. I called every single day for a week at all different times. Also hit the call back option each time after being on hold for longer than 20 minutes each time. Obviously the call back option is not working because I have still not, here it is Wednesday of the following week received a call back. Last week I also, since not getting through. Decided to set up an account through mydhr. Since I had a scheduled appointment and needed to report a new number change which I did in my account. So after a few minutes of the time my appointment was scheduled and no call. I have been here on hold for exactly 27:00 minutes. Ridiculous!!!
They have always returned my calls within the same day during the covid shut down.
