Very helpful people stayed late so I could pick up my stuff

The ladies at Michaels were very gracious. My grievance is with UPS. My packages have been delivered to my porch for over 30 years. However on this particular day my item from Amazon was noted as undeliverable. The inefficient UPS driver walked inside my porch to place a sticky note on my door but was unable to leave the package on said porch. USPS, Amazon, FedEx have no issue. UPS usually delivers. So I came home tired from work..had to drive to Michaels to retrieve my $18 plastic file box. Shame on you UPS.

Terrible customer service. Ive had numerous packages either delivered to wrong address or not delivered at all in the past 10 years. Ive called Ive complained Ive went to the store personally on many occasions to pick up packages they supposedly couldnt deliver and would be told the problem was solved. Fedex and Amazon has no problems what so ever. UPS is a joke.. Ive already pursued every avenue to fix this problem and all Ive gotten is the run-around.. Ive even asked for my packages to not be delivered via UPS..

I will never again in my life use UPS, if I have to buy something that involves UPS, I just wont do it, I had a package delivered to my neighbors house, I called complained, they assured me it will never happen again, a couple weeks later I order using them again, same thing, delivered to my neighbor, a cousin sends gifts through UPS shows up at my neighbors im tired of it, I tried confronting the delivery driver man to man to see what his problem was but he was too much of a coward to speak, he just started running as fast as he could to his car, Its safe to say I will never be using this company and I would never recommend them to anyone, I understand one mistake but when its that many you know something is wrong, I dont usually write reviews, but when a company makes me angry which is very rare, I have to speak out.

The lady at the UPS customer center is awesome. The only bad thing about this location is that they are only opened for an hour. But it is so much cheaper than using the UPS stores to ship. I would guess probably 50-60% less. The UPS stores can charge whatever they like.

This is a great place. I have an account with UPS so I can track packages and ship packages. You can go and pick up packages between 7-9 PM if you had to sign for a package and werent available, everyone there is very friendly.

What shipping company doesnt open till 4 p.m. was supposed to get a package yesterday and I accept that it snowed and could not deliver it yesterday. but Ive seen 3 FedEx trucks driving out in my neighborhood today. and ups couldnt deliver package to my house unbelievable

Absolute worst shipping facility that Ive ever dealt with and the customer service at the local office is even worse. They screw up and deny it. Then when you professionally present them with the facts that shows they screwed up, theyll hang up the phone on you.

They get the job done, the hours are crazy thou, only open 2 hours in the afternoon

The customer service here is beyond ridiculous and the communication is even worse. My package was supposed to be sent out on two separate occasions and it wasnt. I called in 4 times and was given the run around.

Use Fed Ex or Usps this place is ridiculous! When you make a mistake fix it. If I wanted to pick it up myself.I would have just got it from the store..
