I really like the variety this gym offers. Theres a lot of machines, plenty of free weights and numerous cardio machines. However, even with all thats available sometimes it still is tricky to be able to do your workouts just because of the number of people who go here. Overall, Ive enjoyed my experience at this gym. Plus this gym is really well priced!

Everyone at The Forum is always nice. The other clients, the employees. They make you feel welcome. The smoothie bar is awesome. Great availability of flavors and different ad ins. Love working out here. Highly recommended. The extra classes offered are absolutely amazing also. If youre looking to get fit, get healthy, lose weight, or whatever else they can help you do it.

Love the Forum! Ive been going since it was first built! Super friendly staff! Has all you need machine wise, great classes, child care, tanning, and the list goes on! Im also proud because they do give back to the community in lots of ways. Just all around a great place to call your gym family!

Incredible place to workout. The staff are very friendly, helpful and likable. The owner Steve is a really great guy as well. It really feels like a welcoming environment for people of all shapes and sizes to get their pump on. Ive been going here for a year and half and I have no doubts about this place. They also just completely renovated the whole gym and its got a sleeker, more refined look. They also have very fair prices. Great gym.

Absolutely the best gym in the area if not the state. All new equipment with lots of specialty movements I havent been able to find anywhere else. Spotless facility. Highly recommend. Wish they had one in my city.

Great gym for whatever type workout I want. Knowledgeable class instructors. Classes usually last about an hour. Gym is neat & clean. Everyone is dressed accordingly in workout wear/ gym attire. Go check it out. You will b glad u did.

This gym is not only a fine establishment with insanely high quality in every area you can imagine, but it has heart and soul. The people here really care about the message which is For health for strength for life. There is classes, personal training, plenty of equipment, and even a volleyball area and obstacle course in the back. Its just awesome.

Awesome gym. Equipment is new but overall the gym still has maintained that great 80s- 90s gym feel (vanilla ice isnt playing, you may have to check it out to know what I mean). The staff is great, theyll go out of their way to make sure you have the tools for success to get to that next goal. The people who work out here are friendly and of all body types from high school kids just getting started, to body builders dead-lifting 500+, to seniors showing those young guys how to bench. Best gym in the area if you really want to achieve those goals, get those gains, have a fair priced membership, and make some great friends along the way! Otherwise, try planet fitness.

Gym is awesome. Super friendly staff, clean and great equipment. Childcare is super convenient for parents. Add a steam room and Id rate it a 10!

Excellent gym, their extended hours make it easy to schedule a workout routine into any busy schedule, as theyre open practically all day and into the night. Excellent equipment thats maintained its reliability. Actual hardcore workout equipment too, not like some of the more basic gyms out there. If youre in the area, definitely check em out. You can get a single visit for $7.00, and if you plan on becoming a member theyve got excellent plans and deals for like students and stuff too. :)

Great place to work out

Great gym! I enjoy going there to workout! Friendly staff and clients as well as really good trainers. I had some sessions with Rijkent Zwaan and he was awesome! I felt like I had plateaued at the gym and he developed a personalized program for me and walked me through it. He is super patient, knowledgeable, intentional about form and safety and loves what he does. Even though I have a routine now and he doesnt have to walk with me every step of the way, he is always super encouraging when I see him. Just an all-around great guy! Ive seen some nice gains and I look forward to meeting with him again at the end of my current program to kick it up another notch!

I really enjoy this gym. They have every machine you could ever need along with a good variety and multiplicity of cardio options. They are also open early and late, which affords a lot of flexibility to my workout schedule.

Wish I lived closer! Started there when they opened, had to move away. Nothing has filled the essance of home since Ive left. Matt and Steve rock the owner role, along with awesome staff and membership! Great natural light and equipped for all!

Since the last review i posted, management has put up signs to help fix the issue and so far it has been helping and creating a better environment to workout. Thanks to management for stepping up and making a effort to take care of the issue.

The staff is friendly, they are intentional about cleanliness, and they have a great mix of free weights, cable, and plate loaded machines. If you are looking for a good gym that has loads to offer, I would highly recommend The Forum.

Its a great gym I love how it is all open and not stuffy. They offer a ton of great classes and have a ton of exercise equipment.

Friendly staff, of course the gym is packed around 5 but there are still plenty of weights to lift. They make a good protein shake for after the workout

Love it here. Just a heads up sprint 3G gets 1X in the bathrooms but youll be fine in the main gym area.

Nice with plenty of machines and options. Staff seems cool. Definitely recommend for that night time pump though.

Love that they have daycare for moms who dont have a sitter ... helps time and money wise for sure. My daughter loves going so there doing something right.

I definitely do love this place I am there every single morning I have not missed a day! They do have a ton of equipment they have trainers on hand if you wish to go that route they have tanning beds they have a sauna and they do smoothies as well.

Best equipment and prices in rowan county. You wont find a better gym.

This is where I started my journey of weightlifting, Matt and Steve are like family to me and I always have considered this gym home. Great place to learn and grow as a weight trainer!
