I always have such an amazing experience at this location. I came to learn there is new ownership now. The staff Shana,Tiffany, and Sital always greet with a smile on their face and do their best to help me. Will definitely continue going back to this location!
I pray the young lady that said she didnt see me walk in but also asked the customer who walked in after me 5 minutes later can she help them after the customer pointed at me like, she was here 1st, but you as an employee that also told me she thought the line was going, this way sees this rating 1st. Tiffany was doing a great job today handling both in-person and call-in customers. She was able to move quickly between customers because of her knowledge of what each customer needed. She helped each person to understand what they needed to do with her packages.
Slowest service ever. There were three people in the store and it took 10 minutes to even get a “hello I’ll be right with you”. Just dropping off prelabeled packages and it should have been in and out. Just felt the employee could have been more polite and acknowledging.
Wow! Excellent customer service at this location. I arrived right at closing time and when most places would have said, “we’re closed” the amazing employees at this location smiled and welcomed me in and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. So thankful for their great customer service!!

They have always helped me with everything! I was able to return my Amazon, ship out a Valentines gift, got my car title Notarized and faxed some medical documents, all in one day. The girls are always super nice and know their stuff. It can get busy at times but the line moves quickly.

I had a massive work project that needed laminating, printing and shipping. The three ladies working were so helpful and gave me great customer service despite being super busy at the time. They were wonderful and I will certainly go back for the rest of my shopping needs.
Will not step foot back in this location. Was yelled at while there today and the lady with dark hair was very rude. I was also overlooked by someone that was behind me in line.
If i have options i will never use this service only reason i use is if i by something online and shipper use this serviceusps or fedex i dont have never problem
Always a great experience. They are very helpful with our large boxes and even let us use their hand truck. I hate seeing the bad reviews but unfortunately you can’t be in a hurry when each customer needs to be handled. Also unfortunately they need to make some kind of revenue such as boxes, tape, shipping etc. I try to go not during lunch or right after work and it helps with speed. Thank you.
Surly counter employee charged $1.07 to seal a small box for me. Don’t you make enough money on your prices? This added insult to injury and the poor attitude did not help. Will use any competitor when I have the chance going forward.

I am disappointed with my last interaction with this place. On 9/14 I came in with the intention of having a package delivered locally here in Salisbury. They gave me a list of options of when I wanted it delivered. I chose 9/16 as my delivery date. However the package never reached it location by the promised time. I tried to track it online but was unable to. When I go in to inquire about tracking I then told it was being shipped via usps. Instead of making it right the manager says they won’t offer it anymore because he has had several people complain. I said if I wanted to send it USPS I would have went there but I wanted it sent through UPS. Before I left I said “lesson learned”.
I went there today and Im pretty sure this location is out of business. There was no equipment in the store and the door was locked at 2:30 pm on a Thursday.

Went to print out papers. It cost $2 to log onto their computer or $2 just to email them something plus the cost to print. Girls at front desk had attitudes. My phone company Verizon seems to use this place quite frequently. Each time if mailed out of there Ive had good experiences. Sometimes Verizon isnt too clear on how to send the package out. The man in the store really knows a lot about it I would suggest you follow his way of mailing out things. He has been around the block a few times on mailing. Thank you sir for keeping me honest on how to mail this stuff back to Verizon. I am glad we have this it is open as early as 7:30 in the morning wow! This place has great hours enjoy one of Salisbury best mail Out centers. This is a quality place for Salisbury.
AMazon pays a lot of money to UPS. When returning an Amazon package, that Amazon is paying for, I should not have to pay almost $2.00 for a 10 inch piece of tape. I am not going to go buy a roll of tape that I will never use for anything else. This is why the USPS and FedEx get my business
Let me preface by saying that every time I have visited the UPS in Salisbury, I have had a good experience with the speed and quality of service. For that, I would rate 5 stars.BUT, the location gets 1 or no stars because it is terrible. I understand rent was probably quite high next to Harris Teeter but the new location makes me not want to send packages UPS. Accessing the building from Jake Alexander requires a u-turn if coming from the highway. The parking lot is tiny and traffic does not flow nicely in and out of the small shopping center. There are drive thrus on either side of the building causing unsafe conditions should one be forced to park in the back and walk around due to no available parking up front.
Mr. Robert claimed, barcodes did not work, and tried to get get me to send him my personal email and send him the labels, he then claimed the computer you can use to print off labels did not work, and then when I said so you claim my barcodes are bad you want my personal email and now the computers are down cause I refuse... Suddenly the computer was usableforcing me to print at store and to pay for the labels that are free from Amazon. He then had me go through the packages and tell him which label went with which. Because apparently he cannot read a row of numbers himself. Took me 2 seconds to print off labels and they charged me to use the computer. Honestly went to drop off items from Amazon and what should have been maybe a 2 minute visit turned into a 20 minute ordeal because they wanted me to spend $$ at the store. Id rather drive the 30minutes to the next store than deal with him again he was super rude from the moment I walked in. Honestly, they should consider new employee. He also is the only one who seems to have multiple bad reviews and issues with scanning barcodes, and the only one who responds to the bad reviews claiming that it was the customers fault.
I love each one of postal workers here! They are absolutely wonderful in customer service, always helpful when u you hsve a lot to ship out, knowledgeable on best shipping options and they help u get ur packages ready! Thank you all for all you do.
For a return of an item:The convenient of dropping off and her scanning the bar code on my phone to send an item back to its shipper. It couldnt get much easier. Only takes a few minutes, that is the parking, the walking into the UPS Store (the longest part). Unless your shipping.
Fast, was in and out in under 5 minutes. Door was very dirty though and they allow too many people inside for such a small store IMHO
Very rude man works there bad attitude poor customer service skills. What happened to smiling being friendly to people wasn’t busy I felt very uncomfortable after being there. Just add to my review had go back to this terrible UPS store nothing change still don’t care about customer all I can say is Wow and they don’t even Apologize for their actions.I just got a message from ups Salisbury saying no man was working there this was a year and a half ago he was like 6 foot tall stocky build he worked the counter there was a lady sitting in a chair with her back to you as you entered
These guys earned a three star from me in 2020, they have been putting in a noticeable effort to improve their business and listen to their customers. I hope they continue to improve!
This UPS Store located in Salisbury, NC has great customer service people, they are friendly and helpful. I have mailed out so many packages over the years and never had any problems, with people or businesses not receiving them. The store is clean and easy to find . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get packages sent or buy stamps.

Worst customer service experience ever and the owner is a joke. Package was delivered late and ive been waiting for my refund going on almost a month. All i get was excuses and it should arrive any day. Said that for the past week and a half. Not once did anybody store level apologize for any of this inconvenience.
Save yourself a headache and go to USPS. Customer service here is bad, I’ve had bad experiences on multiple occasions.

After him saying my expensive package wasn’t there (and that he couldn’t look it up in the system.....?) mind he didn’t not ask for our name or tracking number at all. Guess what! It is there. He said come pick it up at 6..... or when you’re closed? Even tho he wouldn’t check to see if it was there. He was upset that i asked for his information. Went there today to drop off a package with a pre paid label from Amazon the owner told me the label would not work and I needed to pay $3.80 for a new label. I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to him he said you need a new label I said I would go home and print another he said how much will gas cost you? I walked out the door a UPS truck was parked outside, I asked the drive to scan the package he did no problem. This guy makes a habit of scaming people. BEWARE
Robert repeatedly yelled at me over the phone, as well as another person attempting to track the same package. He told me he was the only person I could talk to and he decides who helps me. He told me my problem is not his problem and I need to tell the post office near me to do their job right. He hung up on me 3 different times.He kept reffering to me as son or boy and was very rude
Terrible service by vapid crew. These women are unprofessionall and least interested to help when overnight service on their part is delayed or lost. I will avoid this UPS store.
Piss poor customer service The young lady at the front desk was rude. For returns Ive been coming here at least once a month for the last six months now they have a new policy of not taping any boxes. Today is the first time that Im hearing about it and shes not willing to tape any boxes. I asked if she could do this once and Ill tape going forward and she was not willing to budge. Carrying boxes in and out at eight months pregnant definitely not happy with the lack of service.
Employees very rude. Attempted to scan my pre paid package and then charge me more to add tape to package after scanning it in. Then got offensive towards me when I questioned that fact. (When Im in Winston my UPS folks always secure and protect my packages free of charge claiming thats their job/duty (old military guys there)) DO NOT Recommend. Take your business elsewhere to save money and frustration.

They wanted $64.00 to ship a 5lb fishing rod and stuff so I knew that was highway robbery. I then went toFedEx and shipped it for $34.00.
Called this location and “Sherry” answered the phone. First off her attitude was disgusting! I wanted to know the status on my package and she couldn’t help me although my package is being delivered through this company. Then I have her my tracking number and she grunted “Ughhhhhh” MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NEVER WILL GO HERE AGAIN.Went into store with USPS FLAT RATE packages to be sent. Robert advised me it was cheaper to send than UPS. I said even being USPS flat rate. His response They get you with that advertising. Your one of those they get every time. Robert DID NOT bother to tell me that his rates were higher the USPS rates. I moved forward and went with UPS delivery. I left his store and went to the PO to check the flat rate shipping rates. Lg flat rate was 18.85, med flat rate was 13.60. I called Robert immediately and told him to hold my packages as I was coming to get a refund and sent them USPS. My rates for these flat rate boxes that Robert was charging were $27.58 for lg flat rate and $17.60 for the med flat rate.I will state - I did not ask if his rates were higher that USPS rate for the same service, but Robert did not advise me that they were either. A VERY MISLEADING INDIVIDUAL. When I returned to the store and asked if he was the manager, I learned he was the owner - THE CROOKED OWNER.
