Im 34 years of age and African American.. I had a really bad experience. When david left few years back this place went down hill. As i walk in no one greeted me are spoke to me for 20 mins finally as i ask the representative/ front desk lady do they need me to come back she said no someone will be with you in a mins that was 20 mins ago. Keep in mind there was only one guest inside as i was waiting. I decided i didnt whant anything they where offering. Because when i walked in it was a very aggressive and judgemental place. I will not return

The woman at the front desk...the receptionist I assume was awesome. She was doing the interviews the day I did my application and everything went great. Had a job lined up with great pay as long as my background passed. But she also gave me options if it didnt. She was nice and respectful...I cant remember her name but shes beautiful. Well next I get a call saying they have nothing for me to call the Statesville office which is way too far for meSo I call Monroe staffing and they pue at the backup job onin said they couldnt so while my initial application and interview seemed good overall i ended up getting the same job they turned me down for at a $1 more an hour so not so good. But Im giving 3stars to the receptionist

I applied at Onin and it took me an hour to complete my application and interview. I have another job and was looking for supplemental income. I was told that I would be placed for weekend work which I thought was great. I was told to call back in a week. When I called back, they didnt have the application I filled out and I was not in the system at all. It makes me think that they threw it away after seeing what I made on my other job.. I wouldnt be applying for additional income if I didnt need it. I am truly offended.

I have applied to positions with numerous staffing agencies. What I have found is that you are only valuable when the application is filled out. This shows that they are getting the recruitment numbers for available staff to their clients. At Onin, I applied to a position that I think was a blanket posting on Indeed, as well as filling out an application on their website. I was called in for an interview within a couple days. I had to fill out another application because they dont get the online ones. I was told that I have a lot of work experience and felt I had a better chance with this particular client. I checked in weekly with no updated for 4-5 weeks. I then went back to their office and was told that they didnt hear anything back from the client. I was told they were going to reach out to the and I would get a call once this happened. Again, another 2 weeks went by with nothing until they finally got a response. I was scheduled for an interview the following week. I was there for 1 of 3 possible positions. I thought it went very well as I was scheduled for a second interview with another person. I felt things were looking good, I was told that I we would hear back from them in 3 days. It took a week of the Onin Rep reaching out several times to find out they thought I was not the right fit for any of the positions. To make a long store even shorter, I was told by Onin Reps that with my experience they could get me in a position really quickly (that didnt happen). They had plenty of production jobs available, but that was not what I was there for. I just wish people would be honest right from the start.

The 1 star review is absurd and laughable. The staffing company does not decide how long you train or the duration of the job, the company you went to does. My name is active with all the temp services in the area and Onin is the one that goes out of their way for me over the others. Nice and friendly staff. My go to place over the others and from my personal experience the best in the area.

Absolutely love this temp! They have always kept me working... And always give me the best jobs with the best pay! The people that work here want you to succeed and do well! I personally dont go through any other temps but ONIN

I done an interview passed my drug test an the lady told me to go make a resume she had a job for me I took an hour an a half making a resume took it to them the same day. Waited over three weeks an no contact from them when I called to find out what was going on they couldnt find my paper work gave the man my info all over again. He said had call back again tom. No contact the next day I called onion the evening of the next day they asked for my info again. Gave it to them a third time. When I called them back the next day all they could say was the original job wasnt hiring.. This place is a joke Ive tried to get a job threw them an they give you the run around must be nice to mess with a vet an his familys welfare. Hope you sleep good at night asked me to call back every two weeks bullshit

Raciest to white people and will put you on a job that will give you 2 days to learn a job then end your assignment and you will never hear from them again I would never recommend this place to anyone
