Great staff friendly and helpful for finding work currently looking to hire more flagging staff

I have been to this office several times. Seems they are always improving the location, or making the staff and employees more comfortable. I dont think they have a very easy job, but it sure looks like every single employee is important and work hard to get everyone employed. AA+

Anytime Ive needed extra money on a day off or just needed a job in general, theyve always been helpful in finding something as long as you get there early enough!! I recently needed some work on days off&went there and Ms. Mitzi was polite and extremely helpful in getting me re-applied after a merger in the company since I had been there last. She also called me on a day I didnt sign in early enough and got me work after another employee had to leave early and drove me to the job. Its a really great place and pays by the day. I prefer to work with Mitzi because shes just so nice and doesnt make you feel like a bother when you have questions either!! She makes it a very welcoming environment for sure!! Need work, go to Labor Finders!!!

The staff screens and hires the most capable employees available. They are great at keeping jobs for the employees. Constantly, scouting for more clients/jobs for those who need the jobs.

Ive been working at labor finders off and on for several years and good staff great manager they trytheir best to get us working..Mitzi and Mike and the gang are good people to work for.

So I just went up to laborfinders to get my repeat ticket to statesville. The very rude ignorant woman TAMASIA or whatever would not give me my ticket and was terribly rude she always is no matter how nice you are to her and thats not right as a professional you should not be able to treat people the way she terats people and now im out of work for the day because she is rude and unhappy with herself. I am currently calling the BBB and main laborfinders people to get her removed from her position because its gone on for long enough. I f have any numbers to main people please comment below

These people hire the worst of the worst. Nothing but a bunch of drug addicts and drunks hanging around the place during and after hours. Vandalizing businesses around the area and harassing customers. Something needs to changeEvery good review this page has is from an account with only one review. Fishy

Tweekers everywhere, but hey thats Salisbury.. There are decent people but in that town and especially this place especially 5AM-10AM youll be hard pressed to find any..Watch your car and dont leave anything sitting around. I was there just days and seen cars vandalized, and stuff got stolen and drama ensued at least every couple of days.They were only giving out flagging jobs when I was there, and a few small jobs. They get lazy with flagging classes and only send regulars to the other jobs. Read this paragraph until you get why they dont have work for people..Yeah the people behind the desk dont like working-poor culture and pretty much treat people like scum, but thats human nature(eg: class-warfare). They might want to try sending out people who dont have a record of costing them contracts(regulars) and actually care about a career/living..Im glad I dont do drugs and had the option to get out of that town and get a better job.. Youll see what Im talking about though. Most day labor type offices in these types of towns see the same fate; Labor Finders isnt the first to use this business-model..Youll want a long shower just from driving through Salisbury.. *Most* of these people almost made me kind of get the objective-genocide the silent majority are dishing out in America except I know there are people *with* financial-security just as bad who are riding that same pseudo-philosophy..P.S. If you think any of this has to do with race, then youre probably a case in point..

Ive been with LF for about a year and a half or a little longer, I get asked all the time why dont u get another job or whatever, reason being I love my job. One day I might be flagging a major intersection, the next day I might b working at the VA hospital.. and get paid daily. Ive seen 3 diffreant people come into LF this week begging to fill out an application so the could pay there power bill, or just to put food on the table. And I can promise u all 3 people were at LF at 5:00 am ready to go work and all 3 did and had honest money to show for it... Ive made lots of great friends. Its a good feeling when u actually look forward to go to work

Labor finders in salisbury does NOT follow their company policies at all. The front desk girl is just plain mean. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! They state that they pay daily, no they only pay you daily if they want to wait for you to get back. So if you work past 6pm no pay. When you depend on the money they will tell you hey at least you dont have to wait a week.
