No one there can help or has authorization and you cant get them on the phone! WHAT ARE YOU THERE FOR? A waste of tax payer money!

My eighty year old mother worked at a local drugstore for 10 years. It recently closed. She was told she could apply for unemployment benefits so she did. The experience has been horrible. There is a woman that works at the local office who apparently takes great joy implementing senior abuse. If you are elderly or seem weak in any way, find another branch and avoid the wrath of the miserable woman with short dark hair.

The front desk lady is so unprofessional and rude, becoming sarcastic many times during my visit.She was of no help. She also couldnt assist with resources or guidance to someone or place they could help me. DEAD END!
