Wow, they were literally no help at all! I came in looking for answers as to why I haven’t been getting any of my calls. I told the sales rep that I have already called the customer service number and did the update on my phone. She looks at me and says “well I don’t know what else you can do...maybe switch carriers”. Very poor service! I pay my phone bill every month. I obviously know I can switch carriers.Hire new knowledgeable help !

Sprint itself might suck sometimes and have very bad customer service when calling the 1800 number but i give this store just the store by itself a 5 star. It is not the people at the stores fault for the 1800 numbers customer service. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. My sales person named Ebony was the best!

Purchased mobile hot spot April 10, 2018. Item was not in stock so waited until April 16 for it to arrive . I was told I would have good service in my area. I was connecting at one to no bars. Returned item to store on April 18. April 25 credit still not posted. I went to the store. Sales person told me she cancelled account over the phone while I was in the sprint store. April 30 charges still on account. I called my credit card issuer and had a block placed on my account so Sprint could not be paid. Each time I went to the Sprint store there were no other customers. Now I know why.

Excellent Customer Service, this store has a great team willing to help out in any way they can. Management was extremely helpful and willing to help out no matter how long it took. Id recommend this location to any and everyone!

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I get better customer at McDonalds. The majority of the employees do not know anything about the products they are selling. You never hear the same answers. You hear one thing then come in and you are told something completely different. The staff acts like youre inconveniencing them by asking for help or have any other questions. They are rude. We had a representative turn his back on us while we were asking him a question. I was with Sprint for 4 days and canceled my entire service contract with them because of their lack of respect for customers. i went to AT&T that night and was in and out in 45 minutes with phones and a plan that was CHEAPER than Sprint. Yes CHEAPER and a lot better customer service. Sprint claims to be cheaper and they are. You get what you pay for. Cheap service and cheap customer service. I will never recommend anyone to sprint because of my experience at this store.

It gets the job done bit it will take you while. No one is in a rush to solve your problem. They will be engaged in conversation with another service specialist while working on your issue, but it gets done.

I recently came to the Sprint store to get my new Galaxy S9 and I could not be happier with the service I was provided. The Sprint employees were very friendly and answered all of my questions about the Galaxy S9. Additionally, one employee, Vertis, went the extra mile to provide excellent service by bringing me the box to my new phone when I left it at the store. Thank you Vertis and thank you Sprint!

They messed up an easy sale. I was planning to move to Sprint from Verizon as it was time for a new phone. I knew the deals I wanted to use as i had looked them up on Sprints website 2 hours before but when I spoke to the guy at the desk he had no idea what deals I was talking about. He could not even look them up online. I could hardly hear our salesperson talk due to the noise from the back room as several female staff where laughing and screaming at the top of their lungs. At this point I knew the people I was dealing with were a joke. I went back with Verizon later that day.

The staff are the worst people i have ever seen employed. Have made numerous trips there in the passed 10 months and nothing has changed. Hire people who enjoy their jobs. Cant wait to go to another carrier

Worst customer service ever!!! I had To get up and walk out!! He wanted to explain something instead of explaining it in a professional way he flip the computer around and said “if you think I’m lying here you go“ I’m just mind blown about that!!! I will NEVER step foot back into that store. Pretty sad when I live two mins from the store And I’m willing to drive 50 mins to the next sprint store just because of the experience I had today !! More like -1 star...

My wife experienced an issue with her Samsung Galaxy S5 while we were vacationing in OCMD. This was the closest Sprint store. The store staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Paul is an awesome tech! He was able to correct the issue in no time at all, and had us on our way. I highly recommend Paul, and this store. The service we received was phenomenal!

I have had sprint service since 2008. I have received terrible service from them. They reconfigured my bill without my knowledge or consent to remove a discount that I am entitled to. Their tower was down and for over 2 weeks I could not make a call however they refused to credit my account. Walmarts prepaid service provides better coverage at a cheaper rate. My friends have it and they still have service when I have none. At the end of my contract i am switching.

Reps and techs are awesome at this location! Some people should research the apps they will use before blaming a tech for issues. The phones only do what the user tells them to do... Does the service stink? Well yes, but this location is AWESOME! Thanks guys and gals!!!

I purchased the LG Stylo 3 from the Sprint store. My LG Stylo 3 phone was sitting in my air-conditioned house when all of a sudden it caught fire. Sprint has refused to do anything to help with this problem, my son received burn marks all over his fingers, and his wrist. The customer service we received with Sprint has been horrible, we have been given the runaround. They refuse to replace my sons phone. The scary thing is, if my grandchild 3 years of age, was playing with the phone he would have been seriously burned. I highly reommend never getting Sprint. Their service. is terrible. I purchased 4 phones only less than a year ago and all phones are working improperly. they drop calls. and all are cracked with broken screens. The CEO Mr Forester promised he would handle this problem. Its been 48 hours and still nothing from Sprint please I beg you do not get service with Sprint or purchase the LG Stylo 3

Mr Timothy Schoolfield that work at the Sprint store put his hand on me and was not concerned about helping a customer but trying to pick a fight very poor service and even after assulting a customer and having the police called he still seems to have a job very good Sprint

Does sprint service suck..Yes..but this store does everything in their power to help you. I have heard people on the 1800 sprint call on the store phone cussing but its not the stores fault. the phone selection sucks with sprint and upgrades make you do a mail in rebate. This store will help you as much as they can as workers they are great they just work for a sucky company

Staff used her own phone the entire time she was supposed to be helping me. She instructed me to connect to Panera breads unsecured wi-fi to use an app because this sprint store does not have free wi-fi. I think you get the message.

3:30 on 5/15/19. Doors r locked. There is mail thats been pushed thru the slot laying in the floor at the door. Lights r off but appears as if there still equipment inside. Guess they cant help me.

Waited nearly 3 hours to turn in a phone for the contract buying program. She was there by herself. I even asked if I was to get something confirming she told me no. Said it would show on the account...so I got no proof nor receipt and here I sit a wk later calling back because it never showed up on my acct...can you call back in 20 mins....called back in a half hour...ok the manager has to handle this can she call you back....510 I called sprint she called there I get the serial number and sprints line for it. If it were done correct in the first place this wouldnt of happened. I said I needed a confirmation of it. It was right there on the site. If you dont know listen to the customer with the page out dont down talk or talk over them in a rush. Hire better employees that want to make money vs calling out. Or not coming in. That was ridiculous and Im beyond ticked with sprint as a whole right now. Back and forth. Too bad my 14 days are up tomorrow and the at&t phones gone.

Worst customer service. This is franchised store so they dont have to adhere to corporate rules and regulations. Furthermore they often give wrong information. Every time I go into this store all the employees are on their phones. Really terrible. No other valid options on the eastern shore.
