Completely rude staff. They act like they are bothered to do their job. It was so bad that even my teenager said something about it. Will definitely never use their services again.

I went here for a pre-employment drug test and the tech was extremely rude. I asked her if there were seat covers for the toilet and told her there was urine all over the toilet seat. She told me to just wipe it up myself with out any gloves and that I better hurry because I only have 4 minutes to urinate for my test. They obviously arent cleaning the bathrooms between patients at all. It was absolutely disgusting to have to clean up someone elses urine just so I could then sit and urinate on the same toilet.

Its been a long time since Ive been at this location, and I was surprised to see how low the reviews were before I actually went again. I went this morning and I found the entire experience to be fast, clean, safe, efficient, respectful, and a really good experience for my son to observe me getting blood taken, as he has a slight needle phobia. I wish I could remember the names of the two women who were working today. I honestly cannot say in my years of having blood taken that Ive ever had a better physiological experience. I didnt feel the needle at all and after 4 vials being taken there is zero redness or bruising. The phlebotomist was very friendly and educational with my son. They did have to turn away a couple people who showed up without masks, but they encouraged them to go find a mask and to return, which both of the other patients were able to do. Usually I go to my doctors office when their lab tech is available, but from now on I will likely use this location due to such a phenomenal experience, plus of course theyre expanded hours.

Yolanda was amazing. I had to take my little girl for blood work an she was so scared but Yolanda got it 1st time. She had a trainee helping Jacienda an between the both of them they went above an beyond their jobs. Very comforting an caring. Thanks.

How rude of a place.... you walk in the door and are greeted with we can only have 4 people in here.. when you havent been there before how are you supposed to know the routine of signing your self in.... you dont donit at the desk with the lady just standing there repeating herself... you do it at a computer... well heck the computer was friendly than the people at the desk. So I sign in and go outside to wait... well you have 6 people in here waiting.. can you let me sign in before you repeat yourself 5 more times... and yet someone else walks in behind me and nothing is said to them. I get it... 4 people... count who you have in there before you are so rude to those that are trying to sign in. They were so rude that had one lady crying when she left saying they didnt have to be so rude.

The staff was very rude...the staff asked me questions about other patients that she should have been able to answer. She advised she was by herself working in the ruddest manner (not my fault/problem)...and that she didnt know how long it wad going to be before i was called nor did she know how many people was in front of me...nor did she even look at any log or computer and slammed the window. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION...THEY ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO I DO NOT TRUST THEM TO STICK/SWAB ME.

They are suppose to be open at 7:00 am. I am here at 7:30 am doors are locked lights, are off and people outside waiting. I have fasted for blood work and hungry. What kind of professional business does not open when stated?

Tammy saved my day and went above and beyond. I am truly grateful that she helped so much. I was unaware I had been assigned to the quest location across the lot and they had stopped the screening at 3 it was 3:10 and I knew lab corp was an option. She of course took my paper and did all the calling to make it happen for them to screen me. It is hard for me to get time off due to the days and hours they all offer. Thank you Tammy.

Dont waste your freaking time going to this dump. The workers are more worried about chit chatting with one another and taking their lunch than they are actually checking in patients and doing their jobs.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. You rarely see an employee; there is no one at the window if you have a question. You get to sign in on the kiosk and just wait. Don’t plan on getting done in a timely manner. Hope I never have to visit here again.

The WORST experience since I come to USA(22 years ago).Woman with name rahida, was so rude just because my mom do not speak English and do not understand, rahida become upset because my mom show her the spot on her arm where Rochelle usually draw blood from,she looked me like what she are showing me,and I said she trying to help to show you spot,she untie her arm and said to me my name is rahida and i do not feel comfortable doing where she showing me,I will do it what I want.I said Forget about that she said anything,sorry.But she just left a room,so We were waiting for few minutes,(I was thinking she forget something) but she call in people that come after us,then another than another,and I said Mam excuse me, she said (in very rude tone) Debby will be with you when she is ready.Sure we was waiting for poor Debby to finish long (on hold) call to deal with us.WORST of the WORST.

I would rather deal with the mafia than Labcorp. Totally heartless corporation, charged me double because I DID NOT have insurance. Thats right, charging poor people double. Then you find out after youve given them $1000 for about $350 worth of testing at a competitors place that you can get an estimate on testing before hand if your dont have insurance. Makes sense now when my wife had our first child and insurance only paid a fraction of labcorps high testing fees. Their competitors are half the price, and YES you do have a choice regardless of what Labcorp or your doctor says. They all use the same test and get the same results. This review has nothing to do with the staff, simply the pricing as it is so high it has to be exposed.

This has to be the slowest place Ive ever been to. Receptionist was taking person calls at front desk. Only 3 people were waiting and still took an hour and a half.
