These guys rock. Got a rental bobcat stuck in my backyard twice in one weekend. First time they came and pulled me out with a winch. Second time the owner of the company showed up. I had the bobcat stuck on a stump and the owner stopped by and instructed me and helped me get it out just using the bucket. Would not take cash just helped me out. I will always use Simpson Towing. On a road trip from Massachusetts, the axle on my trailer broke. The people at Simpsons Towing went out of their way, not just to tow the trailer, but allowed me to use their personal mechanic, Rick, to locate a usable axle, have it modified to fit my trailer and installed at a very fair price. When traveling, Ive usually been taken advantage of, for repairs, and was very surprised that all of the people at this family-run business went above and beyond to help me get the repairs done quickly. Went there for a price. They gave us a guys name and number. The guy that showed up not very empathetic about situation. Quite matter of fact. He didnt call us to let us know when he was coming to pick up vehicle. Got the feeling that he wasnt taking the truck to the recycling place. Still had good parts on it. But told us it was worth nothing.

Great people on time

I was stuck on the side of the road with a broken cv axle my insurance company called them at 11:20 pm no one showed up cause the driver cancelled the tow an I wasnt told an I had 2 small children in my car so I had to sit on the side of the road till 3am when another tow truck company could get out to me.
