Great service, desperately needed at Eastern Shore. Driver is courteous and on time. He talks just enough to those in van who want to chat but one doesnt feel obligated to talk (often important after long trip). He drove in a safe manner as well.

The shuttle was completely full with only 50 per cent of the people masked. The driver was not one of the ones protecting himself and those passengers he was serving. There is more than just driving safely at stake. Very disappointed that Bayrunner set a poor example of the right thing to do.

This service was a lifesaver. I was in Ocean City, and I could not find a rental car within a 30 minute drive (which includes the rental car places at the Salisbury Airport). I needed to make it to BWI, so this worked out great.Chuck (our driver) was friendly and made good conversation. He would point out the various bodies of water, other landmarks, and provide some history about various things we saw. I sat up front, so you could chose to sit in the back rows if you wanted to nap or listen to music. Also, I am pretty critical of how people drive, and at no time did I feel unsafe with Chuck at the wheel.The shuttle, which is a big van that can hold about 13 people (mine had a maximum number of about 9 onboard including Chuck), makes several stops to drop off and pick up other passengers, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time. In my situation, I was picked up at 10:10am in Ocean City and arrived at 2:00pm at BWI.Chuck offered to mask up, but nobody took him up on it, so only 1 or 2 passengers wore their masks. Personally, I was glad I didnt have to wear one. That being said, I was under the impression if someone onboard required it, everyone (including myself) would have masked up.In talking to Chuck, I learned this company had trouble surviving due to Covid in 2020. Their rates are fair (not many other services in Ocean City to compare it to), but they need to fill up the vans with passengers to stay in business. They still do not have as many available times/routes compared to pre-Covid. Therefore, if you dont like the rate or being on a van with other passengers, find another means of transportation.If possible, I will definitely use their services again!

I needed a one way trip from BWI Airport to Easton MD. The Bay Runner worked great: reasonable cost, clean 10 passenger van and right on time. I wouldnt hesitate to use Bay Runner again.

Bay Runner Shuttle is the way to go! I had not flown in 15 years, being dropped off at the airline I was flying and being picked up from BWI was an amazing experience. Mr. Steve is awesome!!! I didnt have to worry about parking and driving in that traffic!! Ive told several of my friends to use Bay Runner, youre the BEST! :)

The driver was great and shuttle was on time. I am not sure I will ever take shuttle again though. The van packed us in like sardines. There were three people on my seat and the seat behind us. There was really only enough room for two people. It was a very uncomfortable 3 hour ride.

The young lady who took my reservation was named Riley and she too was very pleasant to speak with and quite knowledgeable. If you are looking for inexpensive,reliable, and safe transportation to ocean city take this shuttle!!! We did run into traffic on the way and arrived about 20 minutes after we were scheduled to arrive but unexpected traffic is unavoidable and the driver kept everyone updated as to the delay. If I need this service again I will not hesitate to use Bayrunner shuttle thanx for the great ride

The customer service during the call center booking, cancelling and questions was terrific! The driver was pleasant, but not sociable. Having never been a passenger with this service before, it would have been a nicer experience if the Driver had courteously explained more. The van was crowded (three to a seat) during a fully booked ride, so there was no social distancing.( What good did the masks do? except drive up CO2?) There was no easy way to get the shoulder seatbelt for the third person at the end unconnected. They were on time, but pricey for the accommodations.

Pros: Shuttle departed on time. Clean, comfortable ride, driver was pleasant and courteous. Would definitely use it again. Con: The shuttle arrived at BWI 1:30 hrs after the stated ETA! This caused some people to miss their flight (not us, fortunately.) Not the drivers fault that traffic was very slow over the Bay bridge - this is normal on Sunday afternoons and should be reflected in the schedule posted on the website and in emails.

BayRunner has excellent CS. We had to change our pick up times three times and they were pleasant & efficient each time. We were picked up right on time. The drivers were excellent. Especially our return driver to Easton on 7/9/21. He was pleasant, explained the company’s protocol on cleanliness re covid-19; and was extremely helpful with handling of my luggage. I highly recommend Bay Runner Shuttle Service. Will definitely use again!

We’ll it was on time and I got help with luggage, those are the pluses. The van was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I was bouncing around wondering when then suspension was worked on. I felt EVERY unevenness of the road (& I was not in the back seat! Additionally the driver came very close to hitting a car when changing lanes near BWI. IT Scared me.Would I do it again? Hum. Maybe.

I am a very nervous rider but BayRunners Shuttle did an excellent job. I will be using them again. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because after I got back I had a two hour wait to be picked up. I know that couldnt be helped when multiple flights are coming in at various times and all are being picked up in the most appropriate time for all involved. Im glad I have an alternate means of transportation to BWI airport. Thanks BayRunner.

My trip from BWI to Ocean City was 5 star; my trip back to BWI from Ocean City on August 20 was terrifying. Not only did the driver run off on the road due to his inattention and hit the rumble strips 3 times, but he also wore his mask down around his chin and with one hand on the wheel while driving with 11 passengers, he occupied himself by feeding himself with the other hand while driving at 55 mph. If it hadn’t been for 1 passenger yelling “eek!”, we would have crashed into the stopped vehicles in front of us. I wish I had spoken up about my discomfort riding with Chuck but I don’t know when or if I will need their transportation services again. Just a warning to all - if you’re uncomfortable or uncertain about ability to get you there safely, say something.

This trip on the BayRunner was my first. I went from BWI to Ocean City. It was fantastic! The meeting place at BWI is so convenient and easy to get to. The driver, John, and Steve was along, were both excellent. Steve was the veteran and was very pleasant and welcoming. He also knew a short cut so we didnt have to wait in the long backup at the bridge. I highly recommend the BayRunner!

This shuttle was a great discovery! The driver was terrific and I thought the fare was good too.

The drivers were efficient. The van was just a normal van. It was clean enough. Very grateful that they allowed for a restroom stop. It was nothing fancy but the ride got me to the exact airport terminal I needed to get to. I will definitely use BayRunner Shuttle again.

The trip was a bit distressful because riders did not have to wear masks, especially since the van had 12 passengers on the way to BWI, All except for 2 did wear masks. One of those 2 coughed frequently. On the return trip, there were fewer passengers but only 2 of us wore masks. One of the passengers also coughed frequently too! The first driver wore a mask but the 2nd did not. He also told the group that masks were not mandatory without saying that if you are not vaccinated, you should wear one.

The driver was very professional and courteous. I was annoyed that we had to return to the airport to pick up a passenger that seemed to have no idea where the pick-up point was. When we did finally find him, he had an 11 year-old girl with him that was not on the manifest. After the driver and dispatcher finally negotiated a fare for the girl, we were on our way. when we reached the Kent Island drop off spot. the passenger was annoyed that he was not being dropped of at a residence. I enjoy using your service when I travel and hope this was an isolated incident. throughout the whole ordeal, your driver was in control and professional..

Driver was excellent. There was a passenger on the shuttle that was drunk and rude. He talked constantly using foul language and just being very loud and inconsiderate. I think passengers like this should be not be allowed on the shuttle.

Ive used Bayrunner for about 5 years. The drives are very personable and entertaining. Im a people person and love to talk and so do your drivers. I couldnt ask for a better service and the office staff is wonderful. When my flight to Salisbury was going to be late, they watched the flight so if the driver needed to wait a few minutes they would. The shuttle was great, Id just recommend not getting to the Washington County Transfer Center too early. There were several unsavory characters hanging out, felt a little unsafe because it was a holiday and the office was closed and I was the only one waiting for the shuttle.

A pleasant, capable driver who efficiently and safely took us to BWI airport from Easton MD in a clean, comfortable van.

My overall experience was NOT good. The trip took much longer than anticipated due to traffic, no fault to the driver or BayRunner. However, the trip was also extended due to several stops made for a disgusting passenger. The passenger was hungover, complained about feeling sick and actually got sick in the van, projecting vomit on me and my personal belongings. I spent the duration of my trip wearing soiled clothing. I do understand that my experience was not directly caused by your shuttle service, although I do believe your company should have a policy to handle such instances. It is not fair for other passengers to suffer through the duration of the trip. I would suggest that if in the instance of an ill passenger, your drivers should contact Dispatch immediately to provide arrangements for the ill passenger and to not put other passengers at risk, especially with Covid-19 still present across the globe. I would also suggest installing plexiglass in your vans to prevent potential risks against Covid-19 and bodily fluids being projected within the vehicle.Unfortunately, my options are limited and I will need to utilize your services again today. I hope my experience is better than my last.At the very least, I would like to request to be refunded for my trip from BWI to Salisbury on 5/23/21. I have been using Bayrunner for the past four years and this was the worst trip ever. I was on the trip that left on 4/4/21 at 11:20. The driver was rude and his idea to keep us cool was to open the front window and then close it. When asked to put the AC on he did but he did but did not turn it to cold. The driver should not be driving for Bayrunners. Drivers in the past have been Great but not this time.

Great Service! All the drivers I’ve l had has been great! They are always on time, and I feel safe with their driving. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price, I think that it is a tad expensive.

I took this round-trip shuttle bus service from Baltimore to Cambridge again and Jim, my driver, was very kind, professional, courteous, and friendly during each trip. Only two other riders boarded this shuttle and all COVID protocols were followed from Baltimore. With the exception of one unruly and rather annoying passenger during my return ride home, the other five friendly passengers followed the COVID protocols. So, I would definitely recommend this service to anybody who is in need.

Fabulous trip. Mo, our driver, made sure we were comfortable. Enjoyed the conversation; it was just enough to make me feel very comfortable but not too much to have to think about keeping it up. I cannot wait to book my next reservation and hope Mo is my driver again!

Great guys who are keen on delivering quality service! Theyre really friendly and want to help you out any way they can, either getting out of the van or helping you with your bags. They make restroom stops as well. Booking and rescheduling is also hassle free.

I have used BR in the past and have always been satisfied. This is the first time I used them since Covid and I was extremely dissatisfied. I told the driver I was very surprised at the # of people on the van and he said sometimes there are 10 people. I expressed that with Covid, I was surprised and wish I would have been told there were no guidelines. Their was a passenger behind me that had his mask down and talking, which I told him to put it on. There was no social distance at all.
