Decided to give it a try just because it was local. Don’t even bother, they were suppose to take out deposit prior and receive receipt to confirm it. Never did. Then at time of event I requested for some sort of payment receipt once more only to be told by Victor that I should received it. I requested for another one to be sent and still yet to receive one, 1 week later. I got the Lincoln Navigator super stretch white with black top, vehicle looked super old and not taken care of did not look anything like the Facebook or photos on their website, and included some strong tobacco smell, for 700$ spend it else were. Driver was unprofessional to top it off when requested to be taken somewhere. Apparently the client needs to have also have the addresses be taken somewhere since the driver can’t figure that out, because that’s not there job...

I really wish I read the reviews prior to dealing with this company. I booked 3 weeks ago for my daughters 5th birthday party, (which was yesterday) and paid a $50 deposit. I called back last week to pay the balance of about $230. It takes them hours just to send a receipt of payment! ** Red Flag ** I called on the 5th at about 4pm to confirm details; Victor advised he wasn’t in the office and had to call me back. He called me at 9:32 pm and was able to confirm. ** Red Flag** because WHO conducts business at this time of night?! Moving along .. here it is the 6th of February- my pickup time was scheduled for 3pm. Victor called at 2:18pm to say the alternator went out on the limo. He also said he didn’t have another car to offer me but would refund the money. He had no remorse, as the right thing to do would have been to at least rent an SUV and still deliver service. It sounded like he was at home with his feet kicked up, really not giving a care about the inconvenience caused. Besides the fact that I had relatives travel in from out of town and 7 little girls excited over their first limousine ride, he yelled at me and hung up the phone. Of course we called back and advised we found another company that would help us. We suggested he keep what we already paid and to cover the remaining cost of this new company because their price was higher. He said he would not do that because he could not afford to. Can you imagine the embarrassment, hurt and anger!! At the last minute we had to apologize to our family and friends, and manage to travel with 7 little girls for over an hour to the hotel for the spa party/sleepover. Victor claims to have refunded my money. It is the weekend so I’ll be patient as it may take a few days. However, we plan to take further action because this is no way to treat people.** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ** !!!!!!

I wish I could give this a negative review. Booked the limo on Friday- gave all the itinerary details for Saturday beginning at 11 am. Was told that my card would be charged AFTER my trip. 11:30 am rolls around on Saturday- no word. After calling and calling someone answers who has no idea what is going on but says he will send a different limo (which is less money) to us ASAP- we live about an hour away. As soon as that call was over- our card was charged FULL PRICE. No contact was established to us from them at all, we are having to check in every hour with more and more BS excuses as to why they’re late. Now we are coming up on THREE hours late and NONE of our calls are being answered. The police are on their way to our house to file a report. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

Victor took my daughter and her friends on a fabulous ride for her birthday party. It was wonderful! It is very roomy and looks great on the inside. We had soft drinks and water available to us and very nice music to listen to. We really enjoyed the ride. Thanks, Victor!!

Can you leave a negative 100 review? Booked a limo 3 weeks in advance, my debit card was charged and here we are no limo...no call. My daughters 18 birthday surprise ruined. I had to send her and her friends in a car to go eat. THEY TOOK MY MONEY ALREADY! I even recieved an email and a text confirming the reservation. No show and no contact. I have tried calling and emailing and no reply. Im so disappointed. Police are on the way so I can file a report. Thanks for ruining the day All Star! 1 star is 1 too many! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM.

This man was very rude and unprofessional. I had called previously and as you would aspect the quote price changed. The gentlemen asked me if he could call back and i said sure i just want the available quote you just stated. He said he would and just hung help. So i called back because he did not take me name or number, so who would he call back? When i stated this to him he did he had the right to not rent to who he wants and did not want to rent to a person like me. Like me? Not sure what I said because all I did was asking question, this is my credit card Im using. I have a right as a customer to screen, which was not acceptable to him. But he does not have a right to be straight out rude and expect people to accept it. Emo would want to do business with a company like that, if you having a bad day deal with it in a better way

I loved the beautiful limousines and the friendly courteous drivers. Our party started when we got into the limo and we all had a great time from the moment we were picked up at the airport. I was amazed at the comfortable ride and the driver was so cool! I recommend ALL STAR LIMOUSINES to all my friends!

My group of friends go out every weekend to dinner and to the club. This week we all pitched in and hired All Star Limousines to do the driving for us. I wish we had done that sooner, we all got to sit back and relax and enjoyed our evening so much more, and no one had to be the designated driver, so we all had a blast! Amazing and completely Awesome experience

The idea of a stretch limousine is great, however the service wasnt. For one my husband ordered the Bentley and we were given the Lincoln with no consultation what so ever. After the wedding was over the driver decided to inform us that there was a mechanical issue with the one we ordered so they decided to give us what they had. As for the condition of the vehicle it was poor, and disappointing. Ripped seats, trash in the vehicle, non swept floors, etc.Also, the driver did not assists any of my bridal party into this high SUV, nor me (the bride) but wanted to take photos and use them for advertisement. The Limo also had no music and poor reception for local stations we listened to static the entire ride to the wedding. For the price my husband paid for this service, I feel like it was no where near where near worth it. I would not recommend this company to anyone for a special event maybe not even to tour a local city in. Neither nor my husband were satisfied. And to top it off even after the service was done we still werent contacted by management with an apology for sending us just any vehicle, nor to find out if we were satisfied

Was in town for a wedding and this limo service was the best Ive ever experienced. For North Carolina residents I urge you to go with this company!
