Great service super kind Nancy Adam and the family were very helpful made us feel very comfortable even though you could get a U-Haul from various locations they were truly amazing would do it again if and when needed straight from them

This place is the best I the area to rent a uahul. I was towing my car behind my truck and a bit hesitant as I had never done that before. The staff were more than happy to show me how toattahand detach the tow dolly. Gave me driving tips and overall were a wonderful group of people. Thanks!

Is a little complicated the way they handle the rentals. Nice guy. But he needs to work a lot on the way he handle the reservations pickup and drop off. The guys is a nice guy.

2nd time to rent here this year nd its again a VERY POSTIVIE experience: accessible, safe place to leave car (neighborhood is decent), and manager is easyn deal with and NEVER HAVE issue with their vehicles so far.

I liked driving their van to go haul stuff. It was so responsive w true power steering. Made me want to be certain my next vehicle is as easy to drive as U-Hauls rental. Plus, customer service is always reliable and trustworthy. If you have hauling needs or something else you have to get done, go see our local U-Haul on Central Avenue in Salinas. You will get your tasks done and might not feel overworked!

Dont rent from this place. we went to pick up a truck that we reserved and they put in the wrong date and wrong name and wanted to have us drive another 45 minutes to put up another truck in a different area. The person act like it was not a big deal that he made the mistakes.

Had the headlights to my uhaul truck go out right before I was about to hit Pacheco Pass. Drove a good 3-4 miles on the highway at 10 o’clock at night in pitch dark with no light except for hazard lights until I could find a spot to pull over and contact road assistance. Bunch of semi’s and small speeding cars passing me by while I’m driving with no lights, not fun lol. Asked for some sort of reimbursement for being put in a potential life threatening situation that could have easily been avoided if trucks were properly maintained. Owner didn’t seem to care. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Picked up truck. Everything was good. No problems. If I need a truck again I will go back to him to rent truck.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE IDIOTS!! DONT BOTHER WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!!! I ordered a ubox from Texas to California and it is now 2 days late. I spent 3 hours on the phone being transferred 6 times and the last person hung up on me!!!!! They cant tell me where my box is or when it will be here, just kept saying we dont know. I demanded to speak to a manager and they hung up on me!!! They have the worst customer service in the history of the world!!!

Needed a last minute rental, this business was open Saturday morning and had what seemed to be the last flat bed trailer in all of Monterey County. All worked out well and it did its job.

Home depot booked my truck for the wrong day, went to u haul, had a truck in 10 min .

If you gotta do it, these are the guys.
