Fellow who was working on 10-30-16 was very immpersonable....he spoke down to me on the phone while I was trying to make a reservation. I finally had enough and decided to take my business elsewhere by calling another U-haul provider on Broadway who was much more friendly. The owner of this facility should be aware of how unfriendly his employee was. He shouldnt be in customer service with his attitude.

UHaul makes renting a truck and moving easier. The prices are fair and the trucks are clean and nice.

The only Uhaul I went return to. Customer service was terrible and very hard to work with. Unfriendly staff who obviously do not enjoy what they do. Not recommended
