They are always right on time for their appointments and I don’t think I’ve ever waited for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The office itself is extremely clean and modern looking. In my last visit I had a Deep cleaning of my right upper and lower jaw. This meant LOTS of Novocain. Whereas this would have otherwise been quite a miserable experience, Petra, my oral care specialist, treated me like family. Seriously! My visit to Next Dentistry was for my regular periodontal maintenance visit. The 1st person I met was Jessica at the front desk. She greeted me with her usual big smile; then took my temperature to be sure that I was COVID free. Then expertly handled the check-in paperwork. Petra Martinez escorted me back to the exam area where she proceeded to perform my dental hygiene procedure. Petra is one of the best in her trade. She treated me with care, concern and confidence. Even offering a warm moist towel for my face after she was done. Almost a Bernardus Spa treatment. After Petra’s fine work, Maria at the front counter handled the check out. A 5 Star experience from start to finish. Most highly recommended. You won’t be disappointed.

I would really recommend Next Dentistry. I have had bad experiences in the past at other offices and I am glad that I found this office to help me fix the damage from the past. I have had Nancy and Jessica assist me multiple times in each visit. Nancy is very sweet and considerate- she takes care of me so well, making sure I am accommodated. She is gentle and has so much patience and grace in her work. She explains the details of work being done so that I understand procedures. Jessica has been awesome as well- making sure that I can know what insurance covers and my portion out of pocket. Both of these ladies have gone above and beyond and make this my dental office of preference. I have received dental work done by both Doctor Hemingway and Doctor Rousse (sorry if spelled incorrectly). Both have provided me with satisfactory services.

Friendly and professional staff. They provide a clear cost estimate in advance of doing an dental work. They use the latest technology. They are on time with their appointments. They do everything they can to make the experience comfortable, even putting lip balm on my dry lips during a procedure.

Been a customer since ‘18, and have never looked back. Exceptional service, superb to other dental offices and true to their words. I had one of their crowns unexpectedly break, and gave them a call about it. They immediately brought me in and replaced the crown, made it better than before, at no cost since they warranty their work.

My experience with Dr. Roos and Nancy was fantastic!I love the upbeat and positive attitude the doctor has. Both Nancy and Dr. Roos communicated clearly about the procedure I went in for, and with minimal discomfort I was able to have a molar extracted. Everything was great EXCEPT for the TOO MANY reminders before the appointment (phone calls/text/emails). Honestly, they were annoying. I think 1or 2 phone call or text or email is sufficient & if the patient doesn’t answer or call back, just take it as if it were confirmed.

I need to get my bridge replaced but when cleaning my teeth Petra made sure I was always comfortable and when I showed discomfort around my bridge are she was sure to be extra gentle around that area.
