Had a 8pm appointment just got done loading! They put my phone number down wrong! Checked in a hour before my appointment and still leaving late. Told to go to a certain dock # then after being backed up to the door for almost 2 hours was told to go to another door to load instead! Way to much time wasted! Very disappointing each time!😢🤔🙄

Worse warehouse they take there sweet time to load only 16 pallets got here at 5.30 pm now it’s 8.05am still waiting I will not come here again it’s took more then 14 hours to load 16 pallets

If I could give this place 0 star I will .this place its a piece of joke No respect to the drivers, slow customer service, dirty and nasty place. Stay away from this place, do not make any business with them,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Does not even get one star in my book .twelve hours waiting for 8 pllts that took them all of 2 hours to put them on my truck checked in at 11 am for a 12 noon appt. Was put into a 915 pm and released at 1115 pm that is abusing the system in my book

Worst place ever do not come here for pick up, checked in 10 am( 1h early actual appt 11am) the time is 7:15 now still waiting for missing 3 pallets shipping office who responds the phone is really rude when i called them ask for estimated time after 7 hours waiting they hung up on me while i was trying to explain the situation. Also, they sometimes loading warm pallets be careful.

When you arrive you better be ready to set sat for9 hours waiting on product to be loaded on a drop trailer that is to be ready by 6:00 pm so you tell me how it was it is bullocks in all it socks having to go to Taylor farm to pick up

This place is a hot mess lol I wouldnt recommend volunteering to pickup a load from this place. There not very efficient for starters..

Whats the point in having A appointment when you never get called in on time this is not the first time this has happened we had a appointment for 1 pm 2 weeks ago didnt get called in till almost4pm didnt get loaded till after 740pm we are now 2 hours past our appointment and still waiting this is a joke to pull from

Unorganized on how proceedures are done there. Having to figure it all out. However, once backed into a dock they load/unload pretty quick.

They are pretty good got me out in less than 3 hours thats pretty good when loading produce

Bad experience had to wait 4 hours on the dock to get the load and after 4 hours they had half of the product. They called me and said that I will have to wait in the parking lot and they will call me when they have the product, still waiting for 2 hours.

Please google allow us to give rating in negative... 8 hours waiting for 3 pallets... And after the light turn green we moved the truck... He called us back to pull back the teuck again to the dock... Recieved the paper work but the light still red and truck is hooked under from the bottom... Even cant move the truck,its 6am in the morning and shift got change all the employees are enjoying and laughing outside and no one realize the pain we are facing as a truck driver... Already informed them to change the loght to green and they are just delaying us.. one of the worst place

Absolutely frustrating, completely unorganized... the gps destination is the pick up area, you have to check in down the street in a dirt lot.. there is lots of parking with a food truck and a booth with a com system to check in, several porta pottys after checking in 4 hrs later i get a call to get a door 5 hrs more i ask whats going on im getting 2 pallets they didnt even know that my load was for my truck, check in employees do not communicate with dock employees so it took me going on the dock to get them moving employees act like there is no reason to get drivers going and out.

We arrived at 3 for a 1900 appointment checked in at 1900 given a door at 2030 loaded and checked or at 430 next morning.

Appointment set for 0800 its now 2200 😑😑 expect to use pc together loaded or screw up a freshly done 10hr break

This place is the worst. Been in door from 8:52am until 4:39pm. Took all my time, also missed my next appointment pickup.

Taylor Farms isnt bad, but it is hard to get into docks with a line of trucks and truckers who do not wake up when shipping office calls them. Their own drivers go around you while you are backing into the dock. It is a good place like I mentioned but truthfully security is another issue. I witnessed one guard who wasnt paying attention as trucks came in. Seemed like she was sleeping while standing. I give them 2 stars but this is what I saw. Maybe its different on certain days or times but so far past few times have been somewhat stressful.

Sunday’s ONLY!!! DO NOT GO TO CHECK IN PHONE LOT!! Check in at main office DO NOT CALL!! Once we got to Taylor Farms Shipping head over to checkin at office near dock door #1. Waited in line to check in but not too long. May wanna grab jacket as it’s a cooler. Got checked in and got a door immediately. Will update once loaded.

Do not come here its humble request..if u want to come to Tyler farm make sure u have enough food to survive for 2 days ..bad lier Tyler farm management..appointment doesnt mean anything to them rude people..

Staging area is a Dirt lot it’s a mess,you need a truck wash after….my appointment was at 3pm checked in at 2:30 pm got door at 6 pm…9 pm still sting here on the dock…everyone I talked to been here 7 hours at least

Besides 3 hours after our appointment unable to get an answer from 3 different phone lines other than being put on hold. Well not so great today. The check in door has never or at least the last 3 years has not been washed. Social distancing is very important around here though 😆

Whats there about 2 hours which I guess its a real bad for a produce cooler. the only thing the people when you check out really dont need to act like they hate truck drivers. At least fake it to our faces!

Shipping Office is incapable of resolving order issue without yelling. Poor communication skills. Super slow place. However, forklift operators are great.

The worst place ever rude company they dont work hard enough to get there product out they will not answer there phone I sat there for 18 hours and 10 of those hours was to get in a door to be loaded they are very rude and will not talk to you unless ur loaded.

A good place all these produce shippers are doing the best I can. The only way to change things is the buyers to buy stuff one-day-old done in the warehouse cold and ready to go. .

Don’t come here this place sucks

Waited over 5 hours in gravel lot where it is crowded and crazy over there then had to deal with the chaos at the docks to try to get in to a door. Try to avoid this place unless you love waiting. Total wait time from start to finish for 2 pallets was 7 hours. Missed our 2nd pick up time because of this place.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars this place is a joke miracle they are still in business!!

Thought this place was going to suck based on the reviews but I got a door 2 hour before my appointment and was done loading in 2 hours. Park at the dirt lot and check in there’s a shack with a phone number to call. Has overnight parking lots of space look forward to coming here again.

Avoid this place at all cost.This place is full of Lairs. They will Lie n stick with it.The whole management is in with the whole scheme of things. Appointments don’t mean anything. If your order is not ready and you have legitimate appointment they will lie about making a call to you and Lie that “you did not answer”. So they don’t have to pay lay over to drivers. It is well thought out Lie.So be aware when booking load picking up from Taylor Farm 1207 Abbot St.

If you get this address you have to go to 1009-1015 Abbott St, Salinas, CA 93901 driver check in and staging lot. It’s on google maps. There’s a shack with a phone. Phone is down so they have a phone number to call. It’s very hard to get through. Check in very close to appointment time. Taco truck is on site.

Called me 5 hours after appt for a door. 2 hours later call and say that there isnt enough room for their product, need to get load reworked. Drew Massa was awesome and I was back to Taylor Farms in 1.5 hours and then they tell me that they cant load me. That I have to come back in the a.m. I told the shipping clerk, you guys make me wait 5 hours after appt for a door and cant give me 1.5 hours back? Definitely not a way to treat drivers. There were still over 15 trucks being loaded.

Hope you got some patience because they will be tried

Horrible management!!! Loader are so slow!!! Tried talking to supervisor starting arguing with me instead of telling his loader to speed up the loading process. Told me you need to ask for different company loads.

I am very pleased with the level of service provided to me. I was there on a Thursday and submitted an application for employment by Sunday around 1 OClock pm I received a call for an orientation for Monday morning. That was Great...! Very lazy people specially there office very slow take about 7-8 hr loading after your appointment . And worse part you have to wait 20-25 minutes for paperwork very very worse place 11/06

I would give 0 stars if I could. Take all the good features you want to have for a shipper, place the affix un- or in- before and you are on Taylor Farms.

I have to say they told me it was going to be hours and they called me within 35 minutes but I was only picking up 78 cases

Do not like Taylor farms. Always late to call you for your appointment and when you get a door one has to wait until the driver leaves, usually about 15 to 20 minutes. The office staff acts like they are doing you a favor by being there. I have stayed at a dock door for 13 hrs waiting for a cross dock. They didnt say anything about it until I went to the office and inquired why is it taking so long. In my opinion they should have informed us whats going on....NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN THERE

Better than usual, in a door within 30 min of appointment time. Though it did take over 2 hours for 7 pallets. Really surprised they dont total a dozen trucks a day in there though.

Security forces me out of parking lot. We have no chance getting parking at pilot, and i do not have clock to drive too. Nobody is parking, but he does not like my truck.Is this really how truck drivers are treated?3plts 4hr not ready for labor day weekend. Watch coming to holiday weekend. It takes forever.

Love the fact that if you get stuck here there are food trucks from tacos to pizza to fruit. Loved the place. But if you get loaded best believe you will get parked for missing product

If you have delivery to this place just enter the facility and back to door 1 or 2 and if they are full then park infront of the doors in parking spaces.i was delivering empty plastic baskets.It took me one hour and asking 20 people to find these doors for delivery.Do not listen to these idiots because 99% percent do not speak english and they give you wrong directions

APT LINE SUCKS.NO MATTER WHEN U CALL WILL BE PUT ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 30-45 MINUTES, BETTER TO SEND EMAIL WHICH THEY REPLY VERY QUICK .

Check in process was not working couldnt check in on time then it took over 8 hours to get loaded with half a load and was late for other half and had to sit over another 24 hours to get the rest of the load

This place sucks. I rescheduled for 12pm the next day. Got here at 11:30am. Got a door at 6pm. It’s 7:36pm right now. Waiting for 2 pallets.

I WISH I CAN GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING! TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME AND HOPEFULLY THE LAST DAMN TIME HERE! I HAD A 5PM APPT TIME, AFTER TRYING TO GUESS AND ASK WHERE THE HELL TO CHECK IN BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE BUILDINGS MARKED TAYLOR FARMS AND LACK OF SIGNAGE I FINALLY CHECKED IN ABOUT 430PM, THE PARKING LOT WAS A COMPLETE MESS! TRUCKS PARKING EVERY WHICH WAY, THERE IS NO SYSTEM OR ORDER HERE! AFTER WAITING 12 HRS I FINALLY GOT CALLED TO DOCK TO DOOR 19 @ 4:23AM THE NEXT MORNING! SO AFTER DOCKING TO DOOR 19 I WAIT AND ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATER ANITHER DRIVERS COMES KNOCKING ON MY DOOR SAYING HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN DOOR 19, SO I CALL THE # BACK AND APPARENTLY THEY PUT 2 DRIVERS IN DOOR 19 AND TOLD ME THAT THE OTHER DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THAT DOOR AND THAT I HAD TO VACATE THAT DOOR AND THEY WILL CALL ME FOR ANOTHER DOOR SHORTLY! ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATER I GET DOOR 37, ONCE I BACK IN I WAIT (AGAIN) HERE IT IS 6:35 AM AND I HAVE STILL NOT GOT THE RED LIGHT TO LOAD! WORSE PLACE I EVER BEEN TO AND AGAIN I HOPE I NEVER EVER HAVE TO COME BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE EVER IN MY DRIVING CAREER!!UPDATE: I DIDNT LEAVE THIS PLACE UNTIL 10:30AM!😡

I am a truck driver that has to load out of this place. All I will say is I do not eat lettuce any more. And it has nothing to do with the quality of the product nothing at all.

They take a long time to load and they are very rude.

If youre picking up veggies here then prepare to stay all night because these people wont load you like a normal company. I waited 11 hrs for 5 pallets. Terrible, Inefficient and careless warehouse employees.
