They did a great job. My Honda Accord wouldnt start because I couldnt get the key to turn. I thought Id need a mechanic but the car place recommended a locksmith. I wasnt sure at first cause I didnt know locksmiths do that kind of thing. But the marks came out and did a great job. I felt really comfortable having those guys handle it after a few minutes. They got everything working again. Probably cost less then a mechanic too.

After our usual locksmith told us on Tuesday that they were unable to help us until Friday, we started calling other locksmiths in the area. Luckily for us, I called Marks Mobile Locksmith first. Initially they said they could be there the next day, but would try to get out the same day. 15 minutes later, they called back to say they would be there later that afternoon! Not only did they call, but I received both a text and an email with the specifics of the appointment time saying they would arrive between 4:00 and 4:15. Jonathan, Marks son, showed up at 4:00pm on the dot. NICE! Very nice and, best of all, knew what the heck he was doing! Once the job was done, I received the invoice via text. Actually paid less than I expected for a rush job. Im super happy that I found Marks Mobile Locksmith and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

Very quick, friendly and professional! Locked our keys in our semi at a truck stop and called a local towing company that showed up, broke a key off in the drivers door and gave us $100 for the added trouble and left. We called Mark and he arrived within 15 minutes. He not only got the doors open, but he also extracted the broken key at no extra charge! All around great guy! Highly recommended!

Just got a replacement key for my Chrysler 300 done by this person and he charged me $210 for the plane key! I called American lock and key in Monterey and they said they would charge me $89! This guy wanted to charge me $279 on the week ends and $179 on weekdays! I really needed the Kia soonest possible and it did not know any better or else I wouldve waited for American lock and key! Dont go to this guy he overcharges for keys! If you do go with this person call American lock and key first to get an estimate

Mark is fair with his pricing, reliable, and easy to deal with. Only used his services once, but would call him again if needed.

Charges way too much he did a work for my honda and didnt even fix the issue on my ignition he spent around 3 hours on it and didnt do much to it and i ended up getting someone else and the guy charged me less and fixed my car in less than an hour. I wouldnt recommend him bad experience.
