Im an elderly woman who lives by myself and its harder for me to clean like I used to. Its very nice to have Molly Maid come and make everything look nice and fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

I was on the fence about using the service and initially had them do a deep clean with a follow up twice a month for 2 additional months. Let me tell you how awesome it is to come home after work on a Thur night and the house is CLEAN for the weekend to enjoy!!!We have 2 dogs and 2 indoor cats - so needless to say - I really only enjoy the CLEAN part for about 2 days - but its WORTH IT!!!!Molly Maid has 2-3 people come twice a month, clean the entire house - mop, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and change the sheets (once a month)!!! They do extra cleaning if asked..... LOVE THE SERVICE!

Very awesome experience. I have a small one bedroom apartment and this is the second time I have used MM. They were able to accommodate me for next day service and my apartment looks spectacular! I would highly recommend this service as they are responsive, friendly, and very thorough.

Fantastic and timely--Molly Maid of Monterey County did an excellent and thorough job in my home.

Schedule for move-out cleaning 4 days in advance. They confirmed two days ahead of the schedule date and time, but then never show up. I try to contact the person who called me on the day of the cleaning, Shirley, and she said shes on the way when I called on the scheduled time. Now its two hours later and still no show. Any call trying to get a hold of her went to voicemail. This is very unprofessional, and unacceptable. I wouldnt mind reschedule to Monday if needed to, but theres no communication and now i dont even know if theyre even coming at all. I will be looking at another service in the meantime and hopefully I wont get charged for since they took my credit card info when I booked initially.

The three ladies went to work quickly. When they were finished my house was sparkling clean. They were very thorough. I will recommend them to others.

First and for most I have to say, a business can be judged by the customer service over the phone. And wow was I treated with respect and great information. Kudos to the young lady (Mabel) I spoke to on the phone! I set up a date to come clean, I mentioned I was going to out of town and they totally understood. Returning back home to a clean place is always a great feeling. My place isnt that big but Maggie and Espe cleaned in places I wouldnt even think. They did a wonderful job and very professional. All four girls assigned to give our home its initial full detailed cleaning were quick an efficient. They were all polite and attentive to my instructions as I pointed out details needing their attention. They all as well seemed genuinely concerned and conscientious of my satisfaction as they asked for my overview when the cleaning was all done.

Molly Maids have done a great job over the past year cleaning my house. When ever I have special cleaning requests I just let them know ahead of time and they do it.

Cleaners were great. It sucks that they work for a terrible owner. Management was terrible. They gave us a time showed up 5 hrs later. Maids said that they were never told to show up at the right time that was already discussed. Called boss and got the run around for days and no response after awhile. I hope the main office of Mollymaids gets someone better to run the Monterey office as the maids are great but management is terrible.

Molly Maid exceeded all my expectations. I called to schedule a house cleaning and the woman on the phone was kind, knowledgable, and got me scheduled within 24 hours. My cleaning crew was on time, kid and pet friendly and cleaned our home thoroughly and quickly. I hesitated to use a chain but I will not have that hesitation again - these guys are professionals! I will be using Molly Maid again :).

Team 3 (Paty and Maria) first came to my house a couple of months ago for a one-time (major) cleaning. They went above and beyond, and did such an amazing job that I decided to schedule regular service. Ive been happy with their work every time.

This was my initial cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies worked through the house so quickly and got everything clean. With their get down to business attitude everything was done in 2 hours. This really helps minimize the stress my kitties go through. Most impressive was that the hard water stains in our shower was cleaned in one visit. I thought that would take a few cleanings but Tanya has the power. I was also wowd when I noticed the carpet on my cat towers were vacuumed. How sweet of them to do that. Im very pleased and look forward to my next regular cleaning.

Very unprofessional staff especially the receptionist lily. She really rude. The girls who do the chores really dont clean . The just semi clean. Pay attention to the people doing the chores they are doing the chores super fast since they have a lot of work. They dont take their time to clean the proper way.

The team did a fantastic job getting things actually clean. We disconnected a certain other maid service because they keep missing stuff.

I wish I could do 0 stars. DO NOT USE! I don’t know what they were doing at my house for hours when they were suppose to be cleaning my house so we could move in. I even asked them to come back and reclean, it was still dirty! My husband and I went through a whole box of swiffer wipes cleaning it after they left. I don’t know what I paid $175 for! They told me the only thing they can do is reclean, NO THANKS!!!

Great Customer Service and the Office always has our best interests in mind.

Molly maid has double billed my on two separate occasions, they have refused to refund my money, they do not return calls, they flooded my bathroom and left two inches of water across the entire floor and did not notify me. I discovered the flood when I returned home in the evening. They broke my coffee press and my water dispenser on my refrigerator and have refused to compensate me for any damages.

The team was fantastic, friendly, very professional and made the house look great! Already have them signed up to come back!
