Awful customer service and the worst experience, I did the fingerprinting with them to be able to be a volunteer in my preschooler classroom and they misplaced them somehow... i paid $100 and did the fingerprinting in August wasnt able to volunteer until late January, my baby was so sad. And they wanted me to repay for the fingerprinting that they lost. Everyone there really rude and not helpful at all. Never again. Dont use theirs service if you want good results.
