Very unprofessional. They prioritize their friends to give haircuts, aren’t welcoming if you come in for a walk in (they make you wait for them to tell you they don’t do walk ins), constantly forget their appointments (sometimes again to prioritize their friends), and are really overpriced for an average to good haircut. In my experience the woman employee picked up for the younger guys slack as well. If you’ve never been here and are considering making an appointment or a walk in, don’t. Don’t waste your time or money look for a different place.

Great cuts.After the first visit I am able to make appointments via text message directly with the Barber. They are open Saturdays early!They also use a real strait razor to finish the cut.As it should be.Highly recommendedCash only

Family owned business, not great customer service to walk ins or non regulars. Over charge prices for poor or non existent customer service. Wait was long only to be told to go elsewhere. The front window displayed and Eagle Globe and Anchor for military yet refused service to veterans.

Walked in, with literally 1 person in there. Was told to come back 3 hours later if I didnt have an appointment. Guess they didnt think i knew Spanish since they were talking to each other and said they had time but would rather cut the hair from kids getting out of school.

The place was not friendly towards walk ins. Seems like a place were you need to be in the know and know Spanish to even get them to look at you as a client.

So nice did wonderful work on my two boys fade was done right so hard to find people who can cut my mixed kids hair but this place can .kept open just so we could get hair cuts thank you.

Good barber shop don jose is on point with the fades

I have been going to Tiatoani for over a year now and my barber is Jose who is nice and professional but has tendency to cut my hair crooked from time to time due to distraction from people or tv in his store. Most of my haircuts have been uneven and I feel like I am going to a professional barber and pay good money to get a haircut you would get from rookie at beauty college where they teach you how to cut hair. At times he cuts ok hair if there is no distraction form anything but otherwise I am not happy which is performance. I hope things get better otherwise I may have to look for another professional barber who knows what he is doing every time I go to get a haircut and is never disappointed.

Not a fan of this place. I walked in hoping for a cut, not know they didnt take walk ins.Waited there for 20 mins. No one said anything to me. They all just talked within themselves. Never have I felt more out if place than at that time.I understand if they dont take walk ins. But they should always greet people that walk in and make them feel welcome. At this place i did not feel that way.Hell even if they didnt greet me. I would honestly just want them to ask if I had an appointment within the first 5 mins of being there. So Im not waiting.I cant rate this as no stars on the maps so here it is.0/5
