Went to Supercuts for a trim to freshen up my hair and got my hair completely butchered. The lady that was my stylist was rude and the whole time she was cutting my hair she did not face me towards the mirror. After she was done with my haircut I realized she gave me reversed layers which I did not ask for as I just wanted a trim. The preference was to cut off only a few inches but it ended up being about 6 when she finished.

Supercuts is a easy quick place to get your hair cut if you do not want to pay a lot of money. The area is out of the way and not regularly visited. The staff is low and when it gets busy there can be a wait. The hairdressers do a good job, did not have a problem and the haircut was what was asked for. There are options if you want to get a little fancier such as the Tea Tree Special Wash (additional cost). They wash your hair and massage your scalp while a warm towel is placed on your face. It is a nice little indulgence that is not very costly.

Friendly. Not too busy. Using current COVID precautions. Great haircut. Highly recommended.

Clean, organized, temp check at the door.Couldnt check in on line. called in, secured an appt. Quick, appt. No wait. Added the tea tree shampoo treatment, nice addition. Very relaxing, smells great. Shampoo chair had massage feature. Warm towel at the end, mini face- neck massage. Worth it. Hair cut was nice too, lady named Soledad had a good hand, didnt cut too much.

I dont like haircuts but I go once in awhile. The staff is courteous. And polite it was a nice experience

I called to set up a Appt, and was Placed on Hold. But its as if the Phone was just set up on the counter because I could Hear Everything. So decided to call again and the Gal Hung up on me, called a Third time and again was Hung up on! I will be taking My son elsewhere instead.

Ive gone there for YEARS. The girls always get me cleaned up and and remember me everytime Im in. Hard to request just one of the girls as they all cut my hair the way I want.

Some of the stylists are great and some are horrible. It is hard to know what your final cut will look like.

The whole point of an appointment is to reduce wait time. So why do I need to wait an 1 to get a haircut with an appointment.Overpriced for a simple haircut ($20), first and last time I will come here.

Do you feel lucky? At least one Supercuts barber knows how to cut hair, because I met her on my first visit. Two visits since then have been disastrous. Bad cuts, bad service. Supercuts holds the record for the fastest and worst haircut Ive ever experienced. This place is bad, in the original sense of the word. Dont go here.

Terrible expensive place. Some of the gals in there do a half assed job, and thats for a simple buzzcut, they dont even bother to get the long hairs with the scissors. Some of the older women are good though. But I wont go back again, last time my fiance went in for a simple buzzcut, he was left with long hairs on the sides and bottom almost 20 bucks and then the hair dresser had the audacity to say So wheres my tip? -her exact words. Very unprofessional and greedy. You only get tips if you actually try to do your best, even if its just for a buzzcut.
