Very very rude. you guys should be helpful while you made a customer feel less than, useless i had to see what i can do. dont waste your time here. the man that attended us did completely the opposite.kept sighing over the phone. How are we supposed to know the other information about what we need? are we able to call our person? no they get a limit call. So thats YOUR job to help US and make us feel like we’re getting something done. worst experience ever and went somewhere else where the service was totally immaculate! appreciated their help unlike here where i got off the phone with total disappointment.
