They said they would call me back after 7pm and that was over a week ago as of yet they still haven t called. Really frustrating.

Within the past week I needed to call Bail Hotline for someone I love, and I must have called them for sure 20+ times within 36 hours. Daniel stayed till well over 1 a.m. one night to try and get my loved one out asap. The following morning Alex was also really helpful with advice, even though I was really frustrated since we still could not have the bail posted or put the money down yet. So I called them pretty much every hour to hear about court, ask about the status, etc. Luckily my loved one was able to let me know the bail was reduced so I called right back- once they received the info from court they re did our applications, emailed them to us, said we could get this done asap just finish the apps and come with the down payment in 30 min so we could go post bail!!!!My heart was so happy at that moment!!!! Many factors led to me not being a signer, and I called Daniel many times throughout that evening to try and figure something and anything out and even just vented because I was emotional and frustrated due to the situation at hand with my loved one, and I appreciate them being there for me during a hectic and emotional time. I hope they are both recognized for that. Thank you again. Hopefully I do not ever need to call a Bail line again, but I know who I will call if I do. All the best~

I have used Bail Hotline Bail Bonds for years now but last year more than once LOL! But the first time I ever used them, I had called many Bail Bonds thinking that for sure theyd help me but they all refused.... I’m a criminal defense lawyer and I would NEVER send a client to these people. I had a client pay $6,250 for a bond. We appeared for the arraignment and the prosecutor hadn’t filed charges yet. About seven weeks later the case was filed but “Steven”, who refuses to provide his last name or license number, claims he cannot provide a reassumption for the bond. He just took $6,250 from my client and when the case got filed they turned their backs on us. There are many other ethical and qualified bondsmen out there, and I would go to one of them instead of this place.

Warning! Do not ever use them if u want to be treated like just $ in their pocket... I called around 12 midnight filled out 3-4 different emails as requested, then called back several times before I went to bed (I was super tired). I was told all documents were received after being passed around to several different agents and that to wait April 4-6 hours and he would be realeased. I wake up to a call from the inmate around 9am (8 hours later)to tell me the officers told him he is being bailed out and that there waiting for the bondsmen to come sign documents. I called Bail hotline bail bonds back only to find out that they are now saying there missing a document and I have to wait for them to re email it to me. They charged me at 1am in the morning...I shouldnt of had to call in to find this out. We paid for service and didnt get any! I am trying to keep this nice without saying some nasty stuff I am feeling right now. Trust me call someone else if you can, Run!!!
