Especially when you are needing a long-distance tow!They were beyond helpful and fast while AAA left us stranded for the first time in the 36 years we have been with them! AAA left us waiting for 6 hours for a tow and we had to call local companies ourselves and they got the job done fast safe efficient and affordable!

Stood up by this place! They quoted 25-30 mins, no show after an hour and a half!!We called back and quoted one more hour, if not more...They acted like we never called, as they asked for ALL our info AGAIN! Canceled call and hired Salinas Valley Towing. He was there fast!!

I used USA Towing to help tow one of our company vehicle that was involved in a car accident. USA Towing was quick to respond. The vehicle was towed back to our office in less than 1-hour.

Would definitely use USA Towing again whenever I need my car towed. They were very helpful when I called, answered my questions, and explained their policies and pricing clearly. Employees were professional and courteous and I felt very safe having them handle my car. I got my car back in the condition I left it in and the inside was not touched at all. Very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to call on them again.

They really need a renovation for their entire lot.

Im sorry any place is charging $149 a day for having your car and then willing to put a lien on it 3 days into it is crooked if you can not have to use a tow company and send a message you should try because thats ridiculous

My jeep wouldnt start and had been calling companies for a couple hours trying to get towed back to Monterey. Was worried with all the negative reviews, but decided to give them a shot since they were the only company willing to come out to big sur on a sunday night. Enrique (tow driver) showed up and got me back home without an issue. He even helped me push the jeep into the garage. Thanks again Enrique! you saved my butt!

My car needed to be towed from Monterey to Salinas after overheating, and USA towing got to my car within 45 min and had it towed to dealership for me before it closed.Thank you USA for your help.

They didn’t have authorization to take my vehicle and it took the police to get them to release my car. All on a disabled veterans first day of work. The manager demanded “$100 to drop the car”. When they had NO authorization. They damaged my car, they won’t call me back and now it’s going to small claims. After I tip off immigration, of course. Horrible. I will see them in court.

This company lied to my friends and I today. The the yard said they would allow the car out and once he was there on time. CHP misguided a form and now they want to charge a 100 gate fee. This is a fraudulent tow company and I will be reporting them to the state as well. #usatowingsucksApparently Ben is the one in bed with the. CHP On this. I spoke to a manager named Marian in regards to my vehicle that was towed there and long story short I would NEVER recommend using this company. That woman had by far the worst customer service Ive ever come across! Her professionalism was unbelievably horrifying! Very rude attitude and I bet one day theyre going to get sued! That business shouldnt exist or it needs a new manager/owner. Im posting on Facebook as well and Yelp what a horrible company this is and the horrible experience I had dealing with her and that company she represents.

I purchased a vehicle last week. Im pretty happy but the first time I looked under the hood the battery had green markings . I remembered cuz it stood out in my mind. Anyway I did purchase the vehicle. When I opened up the hood only because I must have played the radio too long or something the car wouldnt start.... No Green Battery!!! .... They SWAPPED IT OUT FOR A CRAPPY OLD BLACK BATTERY. .. NOW I HAVE TO JUMP START MY CAR EVERYTIME ISIT AND LISTEN TO ME ADIOORIFILEAVE MYDOORS OPEN TO CLEAN IT OUT. WAT COMPANY DOES THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT OH YEAH US A TOWING THATS WHO

This company does not know CA law and regulations regarding towing . Worst company ever . Can compare it to being towed by children . Wish there could be a negative star cause not even 1 star they deserve.

They try to put up the smallest excuses to get you to pay more. Horrible service and really rude! This towing should be fined or dealt with with.

They cut me a deal on my tow bill, but they stole my fire extinguisher and and my diesel jugs.
