Insurance company sent me to this location for a rental car while my truck was in the body shop. I was able to get in and out quickly. On the day my truck was done. I called to see about what I was to do with the car. They told me to just leave the keys with the body shop and they will come get it. I ended up getting a call a couple days later saying I kept the car longer than I was supposed to and that I owe them more money. I repeated what I was told to do by leaving the car at the body shop and they would come get it. Not my fault they did t come get it that day. I finally got that straightened around and did not get charged extra. Still frustrating that even happened in the first place.
This is place is a joke. Do not use them. They lie to you. And will tell you one thing then do another. And you can read word for word to them what their own website says and they still tell you they can’t do it. So if I could give them negative stars I would. They have for sure lost my business and my trucking companies business
Great place! Went there and spoke with Nick and Clayton to reserve my car, they were extremely helpful in getting it scheduled. When I went back two weeks later, Nick helped me out by getting me into a great ride, and went over everything! If you need to get a car, go here, these guys care about their job and it shows! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went to pick up the full size SUV I had reserved. There wasnt one available so this experience started off as a 1 star review. I was offered a standard SUV in place of the larger one I needed to move my daughter to college. The employee was apologetic and had attempted to call ahead of time so I would be aware of the situation. I didnt get the call but that was my fault not theirs. We decided on the Ford Flex. It turned out to be big enough for everything and was the most comfortable vehicle I have rented to date. Everything turned out fine and probably better than it would have been. Thank you for allowing me to be frustrated for a moment and being kind through the whole thing.
Even though the local facility was still closed due to COVID related reasons, another branch called me in advance and worked out a time to meet me a day early (without extra fees)! I have rented from our local Enterprise both personally and for employees at my work, and have always had great service. While I dont rent often for myself, I will continue to use Enterprise every time!
Enterprise booked my reservation but when i arrived I was told they were out of vehicles. Nobody contacted me prior to arriving so I could at least have the option to make other arrangements. 3 days later I was called and told a car was available. From that point on, everything went smoothly and a upgrade was provided at no additional cost.

This was my second time renting from enterprise and I was very disappointed. Car was dirty had an odor and gas was on empty when I picked up. But they did give me one day free and was able to bring back empty.
I received excellent service. Everything was explained to me and options were given that I chose instead of my original reservation. I received my refundable deposit back in a very timely manner. When I need to rent a car again I am calling on Enterprise 100%. Thank you for your service!
The car they gave me was, FANTASTIC, it was a 2020 Hyundai Elantra, and it was super clean, drove beautifully, and GREAT gas mileage! The guy who checked the car out to me went over everything in detail, made sure I knew about some fees, and what I needed to do when I brought it back, overall great experience, I will be back!

Enterprise Salina KSWhen I moved to Salina KS last year I rented a car from them for a 2 month period with my Canadian license and there was no problem. For the past year, my husband rented them a car four times, again with Canadian driving license, and there was no problem.Last time when my husband wanted to rent a car to be at Wichita airport at 4 am, they said that they need international driving license. They had absolutely no respect to us as their customers. Also, they had lack of information that in North America, there is no need of international driving license. The Canadian driving license is accepted by US and vice versa.
Great service, new car. All guys in the office at 3:20pm 10.29.2019 are super. I dropped car back and they gave me ride to the Pilot truck stop. Thanks guys

I needed a truck to move furniture to and from where I was going. Enterprise really helped me out. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. And the vehicles they provided were gorgeous!

I rented a vehicle at the Salina KS location for a one way to Beaumont TX. The reps there were very nice and explained pricing to me. Even upgraded me (I was moving). I would definitely recommend!!

I called Enterprise and they said they had a car ready to go. When I got to the car lot they were all sold out. They guy said the phone reservation system doesn’t reflect what is really in the lot. Not good for being broken down 8 hours from home.

The staff at this location were amazing! Every single one of them!My car broke down on the highway just before Salina. My husband had scheduled a rental in my name, but since I didn’t have a Kansas identification card, they wouldn’t rent a vehicle to me without a credit card. Well, me being a stay at home mom I have not had much of a need for a credit card.That didn’t stop them from going above and beyond to help me. They let me sit in the office ALL day with my dog June. They offered to watch her while I was out finding another service to use, and offered another ride.I finally did make it out of Kansas, and have the staff at enterprise to thank for that. If it hadn’t been for their generosity, I don’t know where I would have ended up.Thank you, enterprise! From my family to all of you.

Enterprise Car rental has always been quick and easy. We had to go from Newton to Salina to get a car since we were late for our noon appointment. Only thing they should do differently is use a phone that shows up as Enterprise Car Rental on caller ID. I dont answer random unidentified numbers.

This branch staff and manager do not understand the Enterprise Rent-A-Car service philosophy nor basic customer interactional/transactional structure, and they actually encourage people to stop patronizing them as part of their normal operational guidelines! After four months and 5k spent, they have never sent me a bill or statement, paper or electronic, yet they call me nearly every week demanding I pay a varying and unknown amount immediately by giving my credit card information to the person identifying themselves as an Enterprise employee. In addition, they claim there is a policy requiring you to come in and physically renew your rental agreement each month, but this is not an Enterprise policy, and they are trying to trick you into coming to the branch where they can inspect your vehicle, expecting you to drive from wherever you are, at your significant time and expense to do something that could be accomplished with an email or a docusign!! However, they had no problem modifying my rental agreement to a much higher rate that I had no transparency about after my insurance rental coverage expired and I was still renting the vehicle. In addition I had communicated in detail the routine maintenance I had completed! This dealership mistakenly has become infatuated with their cars and its the customers they are sending to auction! Enterprise please intervene, because this branch has a culture that is unhealthy and toxic to its customers.
Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Pretty much all you can ask for from a rental place.The only issue I have with this location is the very limited parking and gravel parking areas.This is a very small issue, they are still leaps and bounds better than the Salina Hertz, that place is horrible.

Really great service except, when I got a flat tire and followed the instructions of the Enterprise Operator, the Tire Repair Center had unreasonable amount of trouble seeking compensation for the repair. The local office was unreachable that business day and when reached the next business day, refused to pay for the repair. I had to get involved twice to resolve the issue telling the local office that I had called Enterprise and supposedly the conversation was recorded. Eventually the Tire Repair Center was compensated.

This Company Claims to be Some family oriented Establishment,when A family has an emergency in the state that has an EnterpriseThey come with all of these stipulations... They had the nerve to not allow me to Rent a vehicle because I am here in distress with an Out of State License.. Everything hasove to plastic granted, thats why I Keep a Debit card full of Money. Yet with Enterprise thats not good enough.. So lets get this Right A Young Veteran Stranded In Salina Kansas cant get a rental with his Pregnant Women Because you want The money Credited to a Credit card instead of Simply using my debit card receiving the funds now, So we can continue our travels... SMH.. I dont my even have the words to express the distaste for this company (Enterprise )and its rediculous miniscule Stipulations ruining Good peoples travels. The pick up location was fantastic. The girls in Salina Ks are so awesome. Got to California and had some break issues. Called and they set me up to exchange for a different vehicle. Zero issues during the exchange at Oceanside CA. The 2nd car had a sensor go out, exchanged at Albuquerque airport. During this exchange it was rushed, rude and we had to clean the windows of the car as they had water spots all over it. Drop off back in Salina, Ks the girls were amazing.
The sales associate kept her cool, even when she was the only person in the building and there was a line of the door.

We usually rent from Salina, KS Enterprise due to its proximity to our home. It is easy to access being close to I35 and signage is good for locating the entrance. The professional, courteous service is very good. The vehicle selection can be limited.

I put in a reservation a week in advance for 4pm. Working nights I missed their phone call at 10:30am the morning of my reservation. Calling them 2pm that day apparently they had my reservation time for 9am in the morning.That left me without the car rental I needed. A weeks worth of paid vacation I cant get back.
Our Rental Car was not cleaned well and smelled of cigarettes. The rest of the experience was great. The car worked well and the service was friendly.

Showed up a few minutes before 5pm, the gentlemen told me he didnt have an suv for me because i missed my 2 oclock appt. I showed him my confirmation email that clearly showed my appt time as 5pm. He said i was wrong and his computer showed 2 pm. I told him that i didnt believe him. He then said they had a car that might work, we went outside and that car was nowhere to be found. He gave me an excuse. I was very frustrated so i went back to my car to cool down. Went back in he said he could rent me an suv that they had already sold. I left with the vehicle, returned 2 days later. I was told by the lady helping me that the gentleman had been fired and that i shouldnt of believed him regarding the check in time.
As usual the folks at this Enterprise location go above and beyond. While seemingly busy, they always make me feel like a priority.
Rented several times from this location as its the only local branch. allison, Mandy and especially Ambyr needs to walk away from customer service. They never have cars, cars are so so(condition)& the staff will call you 3 days later talking about damsges. gtfoh

Nice guys, I wanted a car that had just been turned back in, they asked me to wait 15 minutes, had someone clean it out real quick and refilled the tank and had me on my way in the Mustang instead of the Corolla. Will visit again.
