The guys worked very diligently to get the tire back on the split rim for me.They did a great job and stayed late to finish.I very much appreciate their work ethic and commitment to do things correctly.

We scraped off the bottom plastic part of our van. Were traveling from out of town and we stopped by here after calling a few places and were referred here. We dropped by and they were able to get our van up on the lift and zip tie the piece back up and within 20 minutes we were back on the road! Great service and friendly people. Highly recommend!

I am editing my experience. Thank you for your response. I owe you an apology. You did my alignment 2 years ago, and DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I did have your companies thoughts checked out by someone else and he said he did not see anything wrong, BUT another wheel alignment company could not do the alignment either, with a little bit of a different take on the situation, but essentially the same outcome. Parts on my 1991 Honda Civic in relation to the steering do need replacing. ANYONE choosing your company, would be choosing a first rate company and would not regret it. YOU have my heads up endorsement.

They were friendly and fast. Took in my truck for an alignment in the morning and they got it on the lift and back to me faster than I expected. Price was reasonable also. Ill be going back when I need tires.

Anita and the team there were excellent, professional, and easy to work with. They helped me with the appropriate all-season tires for my truck based on the terrain that I would be driving under, part dirt roads and part highway. They gave me the best price available. I asked them to check my alignment as well, they said that I didnt need one. So they didnt sell me something I didnt need. I had special lugs on the wheels that didnt come with a lug key when I bought the truck and they were able go out of their way to locate new lugs and a new lug key for them. I highly recommend Best One, they did an excellent job.

It didn’t feel like I was just another customer. They fixed exactly what I wanted them to and very timely. They didn’t try to push any products or additional services. Customer service was phenomenal! I showed up two hours before close and Anita managing the front desk was very eager to get me checked in and my tire mounted. I was told it back by noon to pick it up. I was gone for 23 min and received a call saying it was done. I was ecstatic! When I checked out I was charged $26 after tax for dismount, mount, & tire disposal. Great Price! I recently had four carry in tires mounted at a local competitor at Crawford exit and was charged $42/ tire. I was very happy they worked me in yesterday! Keep up the good work, I will be back!

I I had a back end wobble I took the car to best where my boyfriend had his Cadillac done. They had done such a good job on his car. I left my car expecting to have it the next day. Later in the day they called me with a quote to fix the car. I agreed and I had my car done that day. What a difference and the way the car drives wow I am impressed Plus not only did they fix my car they also gave me rides back and forth to leave my car and you pick it up

I had a tire destroyed by an angle iron through the sidewall. I planned to get a new tire and keep it for the spare until I needed to replace the other 3. Best one suggested a used tire and they had a set of 4 quite a bit better than mine for $100 less than one new one. Thanks for the great deal Best One.

Bought a new tire, they mounted and balanced the tire but did not put in a new valve stem which I asked them to do. I also noticed a deep gouge in the aluminum wheel right next to where they installed one of the wheel weights... Not sure what happened there? I should have checked the wheel and valve stem over really well before I left with it.

I was wet cold and trying to get an enclosed trailer w/furn. to Craig Colo blower a tire clear off the wheel and thy showed up down town and fixed it and were great.

Excellent service and excellent prices! My valve stem broke and spent hours trying to jack my car up with these newer jacks, lugnuts not budging, and wheel was like welded to the car. But I finally got the little spare on which is hooked by a cable underneath the car. I took the tire out for a new valve stem. They replaced the stem, removed my spare (and put away), and mounted the tire. They also checked the air in all of my tires. For an unbelievable low price! I highly recommend.

Great price and service! Had 6 new tires put on the RV and the front end alignment. The people in the front are very nice and responsive. The guy that did the work was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the work.

I have to give everyone that works here credit for fast, friendly, and honest service. I took my truck in for a alignment and found out i need some front end work on my truck. They couldnt do the work right then but had me in at 8am the following morning and out and driving again by 11:00. Took my truck in on a Friday for a wheel alignment kind of last minute. They werent able to get it done Friday but offered me a discount and asked if I wanted to reschedule for Monday. Took a tire that had a separated belt for warranty. Took care of it no problem. Didnt even charge me to mount or rebalance. I highly recommend.

Had an alignment issue traveling through Salina. Blew a tire out. They got us in within an hour for 2 new tires and an an alignment. Within 2 hrs we were on the road again. Friendly to work with and saved our trip.

Purchased 3 sets of 4 tires with them over the years. They had competent garage workers. The front office person was difficult to get along with. My last set of tires I purchased AFTER I have they did the alignment ALL OF THE SHIMS FELL OUT. IAfter taking my vehicle to another shop while believing it was the brakes, I learned about the shims. When I returned to Best1 they wanted me to drive to McPherson. Another mechanic told me not to because it would mess up my control arms. They had a mechanic come from McPherson to put shims in and align it. After he put shims in and I drove it the front right tire bounrd up and down and wabbles. When T took it back and to another garage they said the control arm was loose or needed replaced. NOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR AMOTHER GARAGE TO FIX IT. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THEM TO EORK ON IT. m

Wasnt a great experience. Having used them in past for tires I was optimistic they could rotate tires and perform oil change. Didnt go as I hoped. Nice people just not a great experience this day.

Very helpful! Since I could not lift the tire out of the pickup bed, it was done for me. Then when I came to pick up the tire after it was fixed again it was put into the pickup bed. The tire was a trailer tire that went flat over the winter. Now I have functioning tires again! Thanks!

My U-Haul truck blew a tire on I-70. Help was on its way from Becker in a very reasonable amount of time. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to help get me on the road again as fast as possible.

They got the job done but an oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and customer service was lacking. They are always willing to give customers a ride though, so that’s a good thing, but their counter service and inspections could use some improvement.

Last week I went into this (business) and I use the term lightly . My husband and I wanted to price some tires. There was a blonde woman behind the counter with a man whom may or may not of worked there. But they were so busy flirting with each other we got ignored. We left and won’t return!! I usually don’t leave reviews. I believe in the if you don’t have something nice to say .... Well my husbands company does business a lot of busines with Becker who is now Best one and he says it was bad before it was Best One. But they stayed there for the prices. Now the prices are high ALOT HIGHER !! They will be going someplace else. I would like to know who the managers are now?

We were traveleing west to Denver from Missouri and after a gas stop, a tire sensor went off regarding one of our rear tires. Searched Google for tire stores in the upcoming town of Salina, KS. First store we went to didn’t have any openings for services but recommended Beeker Tire. Unfortunately for us we have an odd tire size so when the technician said we had a slice in our tire, it was worrisome. The staff working at Beeker couldn’t have been more accommodating and wonderful. Many phone calls later to area tire stores, they were able to locate a used tire that would work at least to get us to Denver and the dealership. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road! Would highly recommend!! Thank you!

The havent sold used tires for a while, and when asked about the price of a new tire, no attempt at service, just told there wasnt anything in stock. I said alright, thank you and the lady was already hanging up the phone before the word thank made it out of my mouth.
